Had a great time jumping with the kids. (Yes, adults can jump, too, just know your limits!) We went on a Tuesday during the day and there were only a few other kids playing. Was fun to have the run of the place! The obstacle courses were challenging. Great fun for all ages!

Nice place to jump and burn some calories. Daughter enjoys it and thats what counts. Clean and the personnel are very helpful.

My son & I have their 2 month membership, that comes with the 3rd month free, & weve had a blast every time we go!!! Such a great place for the whole family... To have fun, for parties, & best of all, to get or stay active, & have fun while also getting a workout at the same time!!!Large space, with lots to do, a good variety of different obstacles, & fun for the whole family... Definitely recommend to everyone & anyone, looking for good wholesome fun, just something different, or an interesting & fun new way to stay active!!!***By the way, or just to be clear, Im not one of those people who gets paid, or receives any benefits or rewards whatsoever, for writing this or any other review...I only say this, because by now, I would think many of us know or realize, that a lot (if not most) of the positive reviews have been & are, written by people with motives which are less than genuine, to say the least LOL***

DEFY was Awesome! That was our 2nd time there and we had a blast! The staff was nice and friendly. I like that they cleaned the floors and bathroom every hour.

The Crew were very very friendly. The crew were constantly cleaning and sanitizing equipment and sitting areas.Very happy about their proficiently.

We definitely love going here! We go probably once a week sometimes twice and pay for the monthly $20 plan for each kid. The rules are clear but it’s relaxed and very CLEAN. It’s more fun than sky zone according to our kids because the staff are laid back and only intervene if injury is likely to happen or if kids get into heated debates. I love that parents can stay with their kids even if they aren’t jumping themselves as an “observer” We always go in the mornings and it’s usually not too full until around noon. I also love that they don’t allow any random person off the street to come in as an observer. You have to have a kid with you! So no weirdos watching the kids! The doors are mirrored too so no one can peek in. Can’t be too safe now daysI’d say my only complaint is price but you win some and lose some haha! It’d be nice to have a discount for additional kids so instead of $40/mo for two kids maybe give a discount so it would encourage people with more than one or two kids to come play.

My kids had so much fun. The place was clean and play area was well maintained. However, bathrooms needed servicing and all vending machine were out of order. Due to the COVID, you can’t even get a drink of water from the fountain. So, just some upkeep is needed and then I would happily get my sons monthly passes.

The team at DEFY were very attentive and pleasant to be around. Every single staff member paid attention to your needs and safety. The obstacle courses and jumps were a blast to use and everything seemed to be kept up with in an organized way. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Very inexpensive way to have fun for the whole family! I love the sections they have for parties too. We will definitely be back.

This was my familys first time going to DEFY! My children had a blast weve always went to Skyzone. This is now their jump place. The lines were long but it went fairly fast. Only complaint is that I bought 1.5 hours of jump time and their time ended 20 minutes early. I wasnt to happy about that but the workers did let my kids get their 20 minutes. Thats one thing they should work on. Making sure their customers get all their time they pay for.

Friendly staff, pretty clean, my children love it! We’re there 2-3x/week. If I could change anything it would be 1. More family friendly music during homeschool hours & turn it down & 2. Turn the AC up- it’s a freezer in there

This place is a great spot for your kids to get some energy out and make new friends :) the only problem lately is there have been quite a few fights happening etc. And alot of police presence needing to be there because of some activities happening. I think they definitely need to hire a few extra people to help keep more eyes on what all is happening to help stop it before it happens. But my teen loves it there. He gets to be hyper and hang out with some friends. I get a little bit of a break LoL :) just wish some kids would stop ruining it for other kids by acting out.

Had a really great time. Just wish we would have known that there are only a few vending machines for drinks and the only one with $2 water was hidden behind the front desk. Maybe a hey do to covid please bring a water with you.

Great place for the kids (and adults) to have fun!! Our kids were having a great time until some boys came and were swearing at them and kept giving them the middle finger and calling them names. It dampened the mood, but that’s not DEFY’s fault, that’s on their parents.

It was very fun I went with my friend and sister. Although please be careful, don’t be dumb like me and almost break your neck.

The mornings are so perfect for people who want to be around a limited amount of people. My kids loved jumping without the distraction of a crowd.

Staff was amazing, first time there with my three year old who has sensory issues and has a much better time than we did at sky zone!

I would have liked to see more sanitizing measures and well as masks. There were 3 or 4 parties going on at once. In my opinion not safe.

Great experience. First time here and was pleasantly surprised on the room there was to keep distant from other kids and people and how much the staff was cleaning to keep things safe. Lots of kids from toddlers to teens there but was more than enough room to play.Will definitely go back.

Went today. It is packed. Noone is social distancing, noone is wearing masks. Noone was seen cleaning and the employees are not only NOT watching the courts but they literally gave my kids their own sticks to grab the swing to do it themselves! How lazy akd they spent more time talking to eachother than watching the courts and the employees had there masks on but slid down so their entire masks were pulled down. I did not feel safe here today and left.Skyzone ia doing more to protect the customer, i am so dissapointed.

Today I took my kids to Defy at the 11:36am we had a great time! My son got 2 hours and I got to play with the boys for 1 1/2hrs. But somehow my sons color was called an as we thought nothing of it, next thing I know it 1pm and I’m almost home in Cape Coral... shouldn’t we have been there till 1:30? I don’t know if they go by the half hour, but his color was called Before 1pm. I don’t even know when we actually left.

Me and my friends love to come here all the time! Its a very clean & safe place for everyone.

This place is awesome! We went with a group of 11! We are on vacation and used a groupon but if we lived in the area we would definitely buy the memberships! So much to do. Even all 4 adults jumped!!

I have been trying to cancel membership. Oh my! Nightmare! Made request months ago and they are still charging my card. :( Called Defy and nobody seems to be able to help with refund issue. Tried calling number on website and nobody picks up. Beware if you sign up for monthly membership! Sigh!

That is such a fun place to go with friends! The ONLY thing that can change is adding a TIME LIMIT on the basket ball hoops. People are not considerate of others and there needs to be a set Time that someone has to place on the hoops to allow everyone to play on it as well.

Had a great time and my 3 kids (2, 5, & 15 yo) had a blast but we had to leave early because i had to change 2 y.o.s diaper and there is no baby changing station in mens room. So, Id probably add one because this could have been a 5 star review if your facility wasnt so close minded. Dads take their kids out too.

Such a cool place. If you just want to jump by yourself you can. If you want to American gladiator your wife you can. Tons of foam pits. Tons of things to do. Kids love this place. You want to have a peaceful night at home take the kids here for an hour or 2. Fun place way better then sky zone. Check it out if you have never been to a defy. You will not be disappointed. And when they have the lights off with the neons and black lights it’s so much fun. Bring out the kid in you. Pretty cheap and the socks you get are sweet lol.

It’s a pretty fun place to bring your kids! But they did tell me that I had to get off the trampoline with my baby. I’m not sure why? I’m assuming because he can’t jump himself yet? I’m not sure but we were there for my cousins birthday party so kinda annoying that I couldn’t bounce with everyone with my little guy.

Great place for pre-teens, teens and adults. Lots of trampolines, and obstacles. No real area for kids under 7. My 2 daughters ages 2 and 4 didn’t enjoy themselves there. Obstacles were too far apart or/and too high. Nice seating areas though.

Loads of fun. Makes you feel like a kid again. You have to pay $3-$3.50 for their socks but they are definitely a great reminder for an amazing time with my family. We will definitely be going back.

Great place to bring the kids to get them up and moving! We all know with kids glued to their phones and tablets these days they arent getting exercise the way we all used to as kids playing outside. Defy offers a unique approach to exercise disguised as lots of fun for the whole family. The activities are very much like an obstacle course, lots of trampolines & foam pits as well.

This place is very fun but I recently had a visit and my daughter was doing her gymnastics and she hit her lip and the side of the wall while the worker was watching her and he didnt help her at all. She started bleeding but she was alright. Other than that the place is great for kids and adults too!

My Son and Grandson had a great time together, due to circumstances it wasnt crowded.

Took my 3 girls here while visiting the area. They had a blast! We had never been there before, all the staff were great, especially Kalvin who helped get us set up and going! Great place to let the little critters burn off some energy! Would definitely recommend and visit again!

This place is not for me at all! But my grandson and kids enjoyed there self. You could not pay to get the smiles an laughter I adored with them priceless moment of fun with your kids an family. Loss phone so no pictures from the event sad about that part

Deft was so much fun! The facility was very clean and the attendants were visible and helpful throughout the facility. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The different stations made the whole day very fun. We will definitely be back. I also like the upper observation deck.

Great place & lots of fun! TONS of activities. Went here for a team building outing - Defy shut the place down from 8-10 on a Sunday! Their employees were great & made it an extremely enjoyable time. HIGHLY recommend.

Was there today 9/20 and bathrooms were filthy! No drinks! 1 vending machine completely empty and the other 3 that were full were not working!! If I would have been told prior to checking in I could have went to the store! Also only seen them sanitize ONE time in 2 hours!

Had a birthday party for my 8 year old boy today. He had 12 friends as guests. The staff was extremely helpful and very professional. The kids had a great time. Taylor helped us with the party and couldn’t of been nicer. I recommend this to any parent who is looking for an energetic and fun idea for a birthday party.

I visited the other day for my sons 6th birthday party. My children had a great time and we will definitely be visiting again.

This place is great. The kids love the trampolines and its a great workout, wont set you back a fortune and is a lot of fun for adults too. If you plan on coming back again at all in the next year get the annual pass.
