Nice people! Great pool! Neighborhood was a little rough, but not bad! Close to everything!

Mostly older, few new trailers for sale, rent. 55+ park. Older park, convenient location near Tice Elementary school. Pool is attached to back if managers home. Separate laundry room. Nice people live there. Reasonable rent. Safe park Sometimes seasonal rental.

I have been here for 2.5 months and I really enjoy it. I was very nervous at first because it isnt in a great area, but there is a nice sense of community inside the park that makes me feel safe. Neighbors are all very nice, park is clean and well kept, office staff is very nice and definitely go above and beyond. I will stay here again the next time I am in the area.

Inconsiderate jerks. They much 80 year old people out because they put in a window air conditioner on a95 degree day, when they have spent hours and hundreds of dollars trying to fix the main air unit, with no luck. House trailers that look like they are about to fall down are ok, but 19 year old RVs with a very small amount of damage have to go!The manager seemed caught in the middle with no choice but too impose the owners inconsiderate, uncaring, rediculous orders!Funny thing is, before I purchased an RV, I would have never lived in a dump like this. Good riddens !!!

Your normal run of this mill mobile home park

Lower space rental, small dogs, cats allowed, not much gardening is permitted, well kept palms, and other trees. Bad neighborhood, but the pak is safe, if you Will keep lucked up your Nick and car.

What a dump. Met with an incredibly rude man at the front desk... Wont be trying this place again.

Is awesome that i even think about make an investment here.. We got poolcat,pool table, free tv at the dead hause, we open door to anyone want to coming and use our trash without owners been present is a lovely place you know everybody any racial cursy that you can image or look at you windown without you see then(thats what the windown pickers think) if your is on your drive way or gtass infront of your hause with a car cover they look or harras you elders if they dont speak the language when you go to work, BUT STILL A GREAT PLACE TO COLLECT MONEY WITH YOUR LAWYER

Not a good place to stay

I have moved several times since I moved to florida. This is my favorite,and I live here now!
