This is home. We are slowly getting back to a new normal. You can do as much or as little as you like, lots to do.

Love the people here, both residents and employees. Great location and well kept grounds. This year will be my 5th year here.

Stayed here while in town for work...great atmosphere, all the residents were helpful and awesome to talk with.

Nice park and trailers are on canals that lead out to the Caloosahatchee River. Shuffleboard courts community center, pool. Many amenities. Easy access to the highway and city of Ft. Myers. Several homes for sale. Great place.

We arrive after hrs . And the park had night person and he show us to our site and had a plug to use with a 50amp .

Great place. RV sites available but limited need to book in advance. Mostly permanent over 50+ retirement mobiles. The activities keep you hopping. Never a dull moment. Swimming pool, Exercise Facilities, Activities Room, Entertainment, Friendly Environment and very helpful.

Okay lets start with the positives, the staff was nice friendly and professional. The facility was safe clean and neat. My room was comfy so over all the hotel itself and the service is good probably four stars. On the downside I was there for a conference and the Wi-Fi in the conference room was just up down up down really hard for me to facilitate. The catered food was not the tastiest like any kind of seasoning but the Cadence that was very professional again nice and courteous.

Very scenic and laid back. Beautiful people. Beautiful spot.

Clean quiet place

This is one of them the most friendly and enjoyable mobile home parks in the East Fort Myers area. John and everybody are really great and its always a pleasure stopping by

Nice, quiet. Our site needed some leveling. Difficult maneuvering with our tow dolly to miss utilities and stay off concrete which will crack if you drive on it. Water shut off in Park im middle of laundry. I would still come back for its location and easy access from I-75.

My parents have stayed there for over a week love it cant say enough about it easy to find them just say wonderful wonderful wonderful place to be when youre camping want to be on the river in Fort Myers Florida have all the amenities close to the all of convenience stores shopping flea markets just a wonderful place to stay would recommend it to everybody I know

Nice and clean park. However the residents are not that friendly to the RV travelers. Also, they claim to be pet friendly but they are NOT dog friendly at all.. Great location.

Very nice, well kept park full of activities for those on the go and a fabulous pool. Close to downtown Fort Myers and restaurants and marina.

Relative lives here and it is an absolutely lovely place.

Spent three nights $155 with goodsams...was great place..very friendly and rv hoist helpful clean, electric and water good...tv was local channals..wifi fine...moblie trailer park but rvs have an area..everyone i spoke to seemed nice

Love it! Many activities to choose from. Friendly neighbors. I can fish, watch the manatees, or relax by the pool. Convenient location off of I75.
