Forget your big box golf superstores. This is the only place in town for the serious and not-so-serious golfer!

Excellent service, great selection, better than fair pricing, and knowledgeable staff. Whether it is used clubs, golf balls, or accessories of any kind related to golf these guys nail it. I have been shopping here for 5+ years and any time I have needed anything, whether it be an answer to a question or a repair on my clubs, the Broken Niblick has hit a hole in one each time.

I went to Broken Niblick to get a price on some Adams clubs. They gave me a price with a trade in and were to call me to firm up the price. I also went to another store to get a comparison price which they gave me after I told them what I received at another dealer and to the best of my knowledge I did not mention the dealer. it seems the other dealer called Broken advising them that a customer had mentioned the deal they offered. Upon hearing from Broken Niblick they said they didnt want to do business with me because I mentioned the deal to the other store. Since when is getting a comparative price not an acceptable practice . I was ready to make an order with Niblick but they refused my business. Not a good way to do business. My golfing friends will hear about this.

Went in with a broken shaft and the guy at the counter had a very condescending attitude....was not attentive to to what I was saying...thought i could find a local place for future business but had a very disappointing experience...wound up going to another place on US41 and though he couldnt do anything for me he at least explained the situation a lot more clearly. In the future I will go back to the place on US41...
