Would like to point out that Mr. Chandler Jackson is a great manager. He’s kind and polite and extremely professional. He handled an over charge on my membership for my children with patience and empathy and acknowledgment of the error with sincere apologies.Thank You Mr. Jackson. You and your team are doing a great job!Highly recommend this location because of their great customer service and cleanliness of their facility.

Great place for adults and kids to enjoy.Not so much for babies and toddlers but they do have a toddler time on Sunday mornings and my kids love it as they usually have a cartoon character make an appearance and play with the kids. It only lasts for a couple of hours but totally worth it for anyone with toddlers/babies who would also like to take advantage of all Skyzone has to offer.If you go on weekends past 12, you will be sharing the place with a lot of people, hence why I prefer to go either Sunday AM or during the week Monday - Thursday.You do have to pay for the socks but I dont quite remember how much but you can keep them to use it for your next visit.The staff is nice and friendly and very attentive as well. My family and I always have a great time when we visit.

I had a lil situation coming in to sky zone and I have to say the manager made sure we were taken care of and made sure we had a great time. Very nice place to come visit. Highly recommend! Thanks to the manager for making sure we had a blast today! We will be back again!

Ive always gone to sky zone and had a really good experience until today. Today I brought my son into sky zone and I tried to use my Groupon coupon and the manager some young kid would not let me use my Groupon coupon. he told me that it was glow night and I had to pay full price to get in. I explained to him that I drove an hour to get sky zone and nowhere on the Groupon coupon did it say I could not use it for glow night he argued with me and said that because it said group activities that that meant I could not use it for glow night. I said how was I supposed to know the group activities meant glow night I had no idea that group activities meant I couldnt use it for glow night especially since the coupon actually said I could use it for group activities. He did not offer to help me at all he continued to say I had to pay the $22 for glow night. I left Mad and told him I was never coming to sky zone again! which is really disappointing because I have been bringing my son to sky zone many times over the past few years and this is the first time I have been treated this poorly! I also wanted to add that the candy machine is still broken from the last time that I was there. The pizza is really small and the prices are overcharged. Dodgeball is hardly ever open which is very disappointing for when we are there. The t-shirts and the socks are way overpriced! The owner is really cool but Ive only seen him there a couple of times I must say he is actually spectacular! the owner is what keeps us going there I truly wish that I had ran into him tonight because the little douchebag that I spoke with today was rude and obnoxious ! If theres one thing I cannot stand it is horrible customer service and that is what I received tonight and I just cant get over how horrible of the customer service I got tonight! I know many people that go to sky zone and they really do enjoy it including my son so its really sad that I got treated the way that I did tonight and that there wasnt anything that they could do for us about the Groupon coupon considering that we do go so many times per week.

The kids had a blast. The concession stand items are outrageous though. And I was not allowed to jump on the same square as my toddler and she cant jump by herself so it was a waste of money for the 2 of us, but my 10 year old daughter absolutely loves it!

Thank goodness I got tickets on groupon!! Very expensive! And now the socks are up to $6 a pair!! What a rip off! The kids had a very good time tho. I had to hive 3 stars for my average of the price VS the fun they had. We will only return if we can get the groupon discount agian tho and i am def saving the socks to bring next time

Not cheap, but worth it. We had a great time with our 3 and 6 year olds, but theres something to do for all ages. You can also find discounts on Groupon. Keep in mind that in addition to the jump time you purchase, youll also need to buy their special socks if you dont already own a pair.

I booked my son’s birthday party at this location, I booked in advance because I like to have things prepared, the lack of communication from their party team is the worst, my private party was from 2:30-5:30, just like anywhere you rent a space you assume you will have this space from the time your party starts so that as your guest come in everything is decorated and your guest have a place to sit, snack, talk, time for pictures before the madness......the normal right? .. I visited sky-zone a week before the party because I wanted to see the size of the room and just have an idea, I spoke to one of their party “coordinators” MADISON, I specifically asked her ¿What time should I be here to decorate? - she answered “ Oh don’t worry we have a team, we will help you set up, we have 30 minutes between parties” .... so I thought I would have from 2pm to 2:30pm ( time my party started ) to set everything up right? - I show up the day of the party ONE hour before with my party decorations because I like to be on time and when I get there they tell me I don’t actually get a room until 4:30PM!!!!!!! So mad! This is super inconvenient, super uncomfortable, very hectic and disorganized and extremely disappointing because THEY NEVER MENTIONED THIS ( now I get why Madison wasn’t truthful about my question, very smart!!!! ) I was just furious, specially if I telling them I will be there early to decorate you would think they would have the decency to be transparent with you and tell you! But not, not sky-zone. The whole party was madness, I couldn’t take pictures of the family, my guest had no where to sit and relax, some of my guest were older ( grandparents and others ) they were just sitting on those super uncomfortable bleachers for 2 hours, things were just all over the place... remember the 30 minutes prior to party to decorate?? So it’s 4:15 and I still dont have a room, Finally at 4:15 I get a room, by this time my entire party was just standing outside waiting to have a room with a BUNCH of other people from other parties in the same situation ... we had to decorate in 15 minutes super RUSHED AND PURE CHAOS, I was left with a bunch of unopened decorations, didn’t even have time to inflate balloons, just madness. Then manager comes and tells me I have to $50 for outside food or take it outside LOL, again lack of communication because I asked it I could bring finger food for my guest and they said yes never mentioning this fee before, I would never recommend sky-zone for parties, they want to maximize time and book as much parties as possible, completely wrong and extremely disrespectful to not be straight forward with your clients. Worst party place experience I ended up with a headache and kept apologizing to my guest who didn’t have a place to sit. - Sorry Sky-Zone but worst service ever!

We were there a little over 4 months ago for our grandsons 8th birthday. We had our, at the time, 6 month old granddaughter along. Even she had a good time. Unfortunately we sat too close to that air thing when you make it to the top but shed jump & that was it. I sure hope they have it there this year too cause this time my age wont hold me back. Im wanna play too. I watched & saw that everyone got their turn, no one was jumping lines. All the employees were professional & pleasant. Id recommend this place to any and all!!

Fun times! Had a great time as an adult here. The only thing was they didnt have the Glow Night as we thought. The staff was nice for a bunch of young kids. They were actually quite knowledgeable and super friendly. They made me feel welcome as a newcomer! Had a blast jumping. The unlimited visits pass is well worth it. We will most certainly be back.

My boy loves this place extremely. He having blast every month we come here . Only major issue I have is that the music blasting from speakers dont sound very appropriate for kids. Gangsters rap is not choice for age under 10 (thats my opinion ) Music selection feels more like choice for employees that for visitors.

Okay guys, Ive noticed all ages can participate and all ages love it. Its a great place, nobody is trampling anybody, The workers are amazing. Very laid back, they wont whistle in your face if you walk wrong like other trampoline places. So in other words, I recommend it for anybody.

Nice and clean place. Sometimes gets a little crowded. Staff is nice with the kids and keep them entertained when it is not too crowded. It can get a little expensive when you have more than 1 kid. 1 hr$16, 1.5 $21 and 2hrs for $23. Options to add 30 more mins for $7. Different activities throughout the floor.

This place is great for the kids!!! They love coming here. I have been here twice for toddler time and it is great! I will definately not only continue to come but I will reccomend all friends and family here. The food is not so great and the person at the counter serving is not either but everything else is good.

Had the worst time ever. Not a place for anyone over 200 pounds. They gave me the wrong size socks 3 times & when I tried to put my feet in the foam pit I got yelled at. This place is a rip off they don’t even have half the stuff that they places have. Wouldn’t even recommend for anyone younger then 5.

Went to a birthday party here. Was loads of fun and had a great staff in place to make the birthday party go off without a hitch.Separate jumping areas and activities to keep everyone entertained for a longer period of time. They offer a big trampoline area, foam pits, swings, obstacle courses, dodge ball and more.They also have characters who can pop in and visit the kids for some extra fun and a photo op.I absolutely recommend.

We had a mini party it was the best. The manager that was there last night (Saturday) was awesome. The staff all around was very helpful. They brought us our drinks and pizza on time. They did everything they said they would do. The kids had a blast. I want to do it again next year.

I had a party there for my daughter. Everything was good except the fact that when you have toddlers you cant jump with them or be in the square with them.My party helper was awesome.

I loved that Sky Zone has designated toddler time and days. We got there right at 9 so it wasn’t super crowded which was great since it was our first time there. What I didn’t like was being told I couldn’t be on the same trampoline square as my one year old. I don’t feel comfortable with that at all. I completely understand not having two kids jumping in the same square, but when he’s one and doesn’t even understand the concept of jumping on this type of material yet, I don’t understand it.

Been here a few years ago, but I now it’s even better. A lot of renovating is currently being done. A lot of things for kids to do. I would prefer an all day rate for my kids as do other parents I talked to.

This was my very first time to a Sky Zone facility. Had a wonderful time I really wish these were around when I was a kid I’m currently 36 and yes I had a blast. It’s extremely fun for younger kids and safe. Staff seem very helpful and pleasant.

My 8 year old son and I had a pass for one free 90 minute jump but I was told I could not just observe I had to buy a jump pass. My full intention was a day for him to jump. Then I was told we had to purchase new socks even though we already had sky zone socks from a few months back. In addition Sky Zone has raised their prices. I’m very unhappy with this experience and it is unlikely I will be back.

Great place for kids and fun for fit adults as well bouncing around on the trampolines is a surprisingly good way to get the blood pumping. Looks like a couple large areas are under construction at the time of this review but they have. Groupon to smooth things over. Dodgeball can get overcrowded and boring but the foam pit is good for practicing flips.

Had passes for a free hour and was told that I would have to buy more time before they could honor it. I was just there a month before with the same pass and they honored it then. Kids love it. Concessions prices are high. Understaffed. You would think they would have enough staff to keep all attractions going. If it wasnt for the fact my kids enjoy it, I would steer clear..

Booked a party for my 9 year old, he loved it. Beyond the fun they had jumping and running all over the place, our hostess team was equally amazing. They were engaging, curious, and made great effort to individualize the experience to my sons unique interests. They customized his party room door to match the theme of the cake. They were patient and pleasant. Highly recommended and Id definitely book again

Last night was our first time going to a trampoline park and it was super fun, the staff was super friendly! However the a.c. could have been a bit cooler. You get hot quick jumping around. Overall our sons birthday experience was a good one! Thank you!

Great fun at a glow party. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We were able to make changes easily. The kids had a blast and got a t-shirt and socks included with the party price.

We went here for Easter break and it was an excellent experience. They have done many upgrades since the last time we were here! They have something for all different ages! My son and niece had a blast. The energy of the employees is amazing! Michael specifically was really good with the kids at the warpedwall. We were even offered free samples of a milkshake! Great place we will be back!

Great equipment, clean facilities, great summer pass program (2019) music was mostly good but some of the songs were a too vulgar for children. Most of the staff was great, but there were a few that did not make me feel welcomed of like they had the patience to answer my questions. Daily jump prices are too high. Programs definitely are the way to pay.

This was our first visit to toddler time. My 2yr old had a blast. Ill add that we traded socks and in the end thought we would simply return them for ours back. When we left they were lost, eventually they did find them however they truly went above for us. We kept their socks and were given a pass to come back on them. Because even after they were found it was not necessary they still did. I was impressed and well be back every Wednesday when we can afford it. Thanks

Took my family here for the first time. I have to say we have had a blast and will definitely be back. Working are friendly and nice. Two of the workers Blake and Nick were great at managing kids in the count and made my family and I feel welcome and comfortable. Place is very clean. Dodgeball courts were amazing. They have a small court for young kids and one big court for teenagers/adults. Great place.

Today was my first time coming in several years. Brought my 2 y/o in for toddler time. Staff was very attentive and looking out for the safety of the little ones. Gentleman at front desk this morning was very informative and helpful. My toddler had a great time. Thank you sky zone!

Kids had fun. Tired themselves out jumping all day. They were even a little soar the next day. Definitely a full body workout!

This place is amazing and my kids cant get enough of it! Great job on the new upgrades! I had to drop a star because to my surprise they stopped doing the Jets Pizza and replaced it with this cheap nasty pizza! From what I was told was because they had to cut cost. With the prices they charge here you know sky zone is making a killing in revenue so cutting the Jets pizza was a big mistake in my opinion. As a parent I actually looked forward to coming because of the pizza but now not so much! My kids wont even touch the new pizza because they said it taste weird. Plus you cant have pizza without sauce and this new cheap pizza they have has a smear of sauce if even that. So disappointed!!!

The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. I would recommend doing everything online in advance for convenience when you arrive. We noticed that there seemed to be more people than there were trampoline related things to play on. Our “almost” 3 year old had a lot of fun. I was impressed on how so many of the people using the trampolines were so friendly and understanding of the little ones!

It was fun the staff encourage you to play and it’s great. Good environment and you can make friends and stuff. Ion know what else but I completely recommend coming because if you don’t, why? Just go your gonna have fun and it’s not even expensive.

We took our 3 children ages 8, 10 and 21. The oldest is Autistic and the environment was not over stimulating for him. The volume was what you would expect with any kind of indoor play area.Very clean, rules were posted clearly. Equipment was clean and unbroken. Attendants (Im not sure what else to call them) were friendly and explained things well, they actually checked with another staff member if they didnt know an answer.Bathrooms were clean, as were the water fountains (I only saw two, both near the bathrooms).I found the pricing to be reasonable. $70 for a Summer Pass, 120min of jump time every day of the summer. SCORE.

The Sky Zone-Fort Myers has a deep commitment to the community. They have provided holiday jump parties for homeless teens, a space for town hall meetings for kids to express their opinions, and now will be helping us participate in the United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades and Okeechobee Counties On the Table program, where we will join citizens from throughout Lee County in a community discussion - it is so great that because of the Sky Zone, the voices of our teens are heard!

We have been to skyzone 4 times already within 2 weeks. They have definitely upgraded and added allot more activities and what seems like space to their establishment. We, being my 10 year old son and I, were going to a different trampoline park as it had allot more things to do and was more fun, but decided to go back to Skyzone and we were extremely happy we did. They have added so many areas such as a free climb rock wall zone, ninja warrior course, zip-line, an aerial area & wipe out, but still kept the jousting, warp wall, 3 different height basketball hoops, ladder climb, free jump zone, separate area for the toddlers, dodge ball and of course the massage chairs and thats not even everything!!! The staff seems on the younger side but are professional, courteous, friendly and over all great at what they do. With the added memberships, which we definitely had to get, its affordable for us to go as often as we want and only pay the 21. and change a month. They do have an elite membership which is worth it if the parent or another child ever wants to bounce also. This place has definitely upped their game and I recommend checking it out if you like to bounce or have little ones that do.

I love this place its great to bring your kids to spend some of that energy. And its even great for adults to get some exercise. You can pay by the hour I know it doesnt seem like long but after an hour I was sweating and I felt like Ive had a full day of exercise. Superfund definitely recommended

We had a blast. This was our first time going. I went with my 9, 2, and 16 month old kids. We played for 2 hours. Only thing I didnt really like is that the toddler zone can get boring pretty quick. My 2 year old spent more time in the Wipe out trampoline than the toddler zone but my 16 month old loved it. It really just depends on your child. The food and drinks are over priced as to be expected. But overall it was a great experience. My kids were exhausted and took a nap as soon as we got home. Ill be coming back but only with my 9 year old so I can have some fun too.

Nice place for kids. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone over 15 or 16. My nephews birthday party was held there and I was somewhat underwhelmed. The birthday (process) felt institutionalized to an extent. Sort of similar to a Chucky Cheese birthday, with the exception that you have your own private room.

One of the better sky zones. Plenty for kids or adults to enjoy. Very reasonable pricing. Plenty of seating for the adults that choose not to jump. More than just trampolines. My kids had a blast.

The kids and myself went to the glow zone on Friday night. It was a great time! We loved how much there was to do with the new changes. The kids ran around and played straight for the 2 hours and did Not want to go home! Thank you!

My son had so much fun. The staff was awesome. Marlie was one of the court leads and was very knowledgeable about the equipment and went out of her way to make sure my son had a great time.

This is a great indoor activity for any weather day. Hot, cool, wet or cloudy. Look into Groupon offer for a great deal. The spacious open-floor design has plenty of seating and tables. Adults can relax, browse on phone or even work on laptop. The experience for the kids is top-notch. American Ninja like platforms, dodgeball, dunk basketball, foam pit and more for ALL ages. Staff usually friendly and kids at heart. Concession stand with marginal choices, but sustainable snacks if you need.

This place is a family fun area for all ages. Not too expensive, awesome activities, and a great place to have a party. They have good hours and great employees. I had an awesome experience.

Purchased the elite membership and I can play dogeball, enjoy the music and atmosphere all weekend! With a place as fun as sky zone, I forget that Im not only getting a great workout, but I get to let loose and forget about the stress of my work week.

Very fun for the kids. But its usually too cold on 1 side, that causes my daughters asthma to act up. We went today and the temperature was ok. No asthma attack.

Great staff ! I have been coming here for years the only thing turning me away now is the cost and one team member who had told me to not lean on the trampoline walls after I rolled my ankle (nobody was around other than my girlfriend) which was very clear .. I left halfway through my time. Jump at your own risk I’m not as good as I once was left with torn a ligament will come back to at least finish the hour.

Had our sons 6th birthday party here - was a little pricey, but the service was very good. They took all the heavy lifting off of our shoulders for setup & cleanup. Kids love it!

The place itself is fun for the kids. The management is non existant. We went there for a birthday party, we wandered around for 30 minutes, no one was there to tell us where to sign in, what room the party was in. We asked and employee and they had to ask someone else, and never came back. The party was supposed to be 1-3 but we all ended up standing around for the first hour, so the kids lost half their jump time. Its all young kids working at this place, with no manager or supervisor coordinating anything. For the money you pay to party here, I expected more.
