Its the week of Thanksgiving and crowded as can be. Fully stocked with Christmas things, shiny bells and ring a dingdings! My favorite store. I will say that prices seem high even with the 40% off.

Went in to purchase a sewing machine advertised at $109 on the app. When I got to the register it was prices at 219.00. they need to make sure the prices on the app are honerable prices. I did not get the price as advertised.

Cashiers are rude, mean and treat you like they are doing you a favor to check you out. The manager is very nice but she really needs to use her management skills to either retrain them or just fire them all. They are the last person you see before you leave the store and i go in the store in a good mood and always leave disrespected and angry how i was treated. Stay away!

This Michaels needs more employees. I had to ask the manager to open another register because he didnt notice the long line. There is no excuse for a 20 minute wait in the middle of a pandemic.

I love Michaels Craft store. Great prices, greasy selection on items. However lately the store has team members and events that are not in sync. I do hope that management can fix these variances, and can continue the exceptional service it has in the past!

Usually staff here is super friendly but cashier was on her phone and kept moving our stuff so she could see her phone... no greeting we however did find great bargains for thanksgiving and fall.

I was able to use both of my coupons today and saved a bundle! I havent shopped at the store on N. Federal Hgy. in quite a while and it took me a few minutes to relearn the layout but I enjoyed looking around.

Wayne was exceptionally helpful in the framing department today! And the sweet cashier applied a discount coupon to my purchase without me even asking. I received speedy assistance as I was trying to find a certain acrylic glue (which they had) and checkout was a breeze. Keep in mind the AC was out and it was a bit stifling (urgent repairs were underway). Thats why it was so especially awesome that these employees were so good. They were performing under duress! Great job

They desperately need help here. A Store Manager or something. I wondered up and down every aisle looking for ceramic flower pots. Non to be found. Odd since they have a kabillion fake flowers for sale. I finally found a Young Man to ask and his answer was yes, somewhere over there as he waved his hand over the entire store. Im really not sure, Im new here. There were approximately 15 to 20 or more people in line waiting to pay with what appeared to be 2 cashiers. 35+ minutes later when I left empty handed the new young man was behind a register so 3 were open. Clearly they have the traffic here but dont know how to handle it. Is it going out of business? It will if long time visitors like myself (Ive been many times before and never saw it like this) continue to leave empty handed. The store is a mess as well. There should be 1 or 2 or more working at all times on visual impact and not just the seasonal things most are walking past.

Associates don’t have much knowledge about the entire floor inventory. If the company is going hire people, they need to make sure they have an extensive knowledge of what is on the sales floor.

A great place to shop for crafts and gift ideas and maybe shell learn a few techniques in art. However its check out procedure is horrifying, not a single sales clerk is ever quick. Its filled with questions and offering advice and just slow Bland chat. Although we appreciate the interest in the project were doing when the line is backed up by at least eight people you need to stop asking questions and just start processing those credit cards. Dont get me wrong I love the place and I love the selection I just hate checking out.

Its a nice store but earned only 3 stars for the following: There were very few employees on the sales floor. Making it near impossible to get assistance. While this location is clean it lacked in the overall merchandising and layout. It would be nice to haverelated items closer together. It did appear that most items were in stock. The center aisle was tight. They were busy with a lot of customers in the store but something was lacking. Usually its a warm and inviting place but on this visit it felt more like a big box store. I will be going back at a later date and reevaluate my review.
