Beautiful well maintained building in historic fort Lauderdale. Well worth a drive through or casual walk.

Nice establishment and exbits change regularly

Great area and secure, nice folks living there, parking for guests poor. Lighting on side streets poor as well. Ample space for lofts.

Met a few people who lives there. They havent moved since. That was 2009.

Beautiful building that hosts many art exhibits as Gallery 1310 also taking workshops with Jason Schneiders studio NLP and life coach.

A delight experience. I always recommended this gallery. A must in Fort Lauderdale.

Its a working and living community. The Gallery showing is great and every time, the works of art, live painting, live dancing, music brings in the press and the art lovers from everywhere.
