The customer service is great. Beyond that this place sucks. We got there at 9pm on a Saturday and we were the very first people to show up for the better part of the next hour that we were there. The bartenders were nice, smart,attractive in an older woman kind of way, the pricing was fair I guess. The bouncer was respectful when my friend had to much to drink. He didnt make it so I had to get involved, so that was nice. But it was dead the entire time. When we left around 10:45pm there were 12 people in a massive building. Maybe it was just a weird night or something, but I wasnt impressed. Especially not when its my first visit.

Such a nice place to come hang out very clean, feel safe while having fun. The bartenders are amazing!!!! They make you feel welcome you can get there early and just hang and chill with friends or later into the night have fun, Molly the bartender is sooooo kind and helpful made the night so much fun

Great Friday happy hour specials. The hummus and veggies are delicious. The DJ on Saturday nights rocks! Awesome mixes, keeps the dance floor hopping! Try the Zumba and Hip Hop classes! The instructors are amazing!

Ive been to Fusion on several occasions. Their Zumba classes are top notch and their DJ is awesome. I cannot say enough about how much Ive enjoyed each experience. Great appetizers and cocktails. Cant wait to go back.

Absolutely horrific!1st time being there: I asked the guy(boy) bartender what he would suggest to order and he suggested a margarita. He spilled it everywhere the first time and then almost the second time and then when I finally got it, it was the worst margarita I have ever had. (Which you think since it was the drink he suggested it he would be able to make it)2nd time: took my boyfriend and friend and the owner hung out with us the whole time. He seemed super nice and awesome and he even offered to buy me a shot and later on all three of us a shot. At the end of the night when we went to go pay the bill we found out he put all of the shots on us. Not to mention he was absolutely rude once he found my boyfriend was my boyfriend. Oh and lets not forget how hammered he was(incredibly unprofessional for someone who is suppose to be in charge of a place).All thats good about this place is how it looks. I will never be returning and I am constantly warning people not to go.

I ordered a drink and was asked if, instead, Id like to take a mistake drink that was sitting on the bar, as it would just get thrown out. I said sure, then (after drinking some) I was told that would be $7.50. Then my receipt said $8.00. If Id known I was paying for the drink, I would have preferred to pay for the drink I ordered. The space is nice, though the DJ only played about 30 seconds of a song before switching.

Fitness studio by day and club by night. The fitness classes are fun and led by some of the best instructors in the area. The night club is fun, especially on Thursday night when the have duel pianos.

I really used to enjoy Fusion for its space and being among the few places in Fort Collins to dance without trashiness involved. I give a one star rating though because I enthusiastically recommended Fusion to my friends and was let down when we were all escorted out for no apparent reason. We asked and all we were told was by the doormen We were told that you need to go. They even apologized to us. I rushed and closed my tab and essentially a quarter of the club was gone after they made a group of 8 of us leave. They only need to apologize to themselves as we wont be back and we will let our friends know about the incident as well. I never give poor ratings to local spaces. This was outrageous though and the fact that we were never even given a reason is more upsetting.

When the crowd has energy and is pretty large this place is a blast. If the Crowds Are small, its hard to have a good time.

The experience was horrible! It was my first time going in and because of miscommunication of the security guards, my group and myself got kicked out. Paid to just get kicked out for simply going out to put my bag in my car even though two other security said it was fine. Horrible first time.

Was a great bar with dueling pianos on Thursdays. Im sad to see its now closed. Looking through the reviews, possible management issues.

It looked cool from the outside until we walked in with ten people inside and the bouncer told my boyfriend you may have to leave if it gets busy because he was wearing cut off shorts, while some other guys across the bar wore a t shirt that said rusty butcher this place is incredibly pretentious and I wouldnt even let my aunt from LA attend even though everyone is over 35+. Even though we paid 10$ For an average drink, we felt very unwelcomed

Initially, my night at Fusion started off great. I enjoyed the open dance floor and the atmosphere. After purchasing three rounds of drinks with my boyfriend, my opinion of the establishment changed. We purchased three separate rounds of one red bull and vodka and one shot of well tequila. I paid for the first round and was charged $10.50, my boyfriend paid for the other round and was charged $12.50. The only difference being that a female paid and then a male paid. The receipts they gave us were not itemized so we had no indication of exactly what we were paying for. $2 is really not that big of a deal, however I felt uncomfortable knowing that the bartenders could just decide how much they wanted to charge for drinks depending on gender or that particular bartenders mood. To make matters worse, I was with a group of 8 friends and towards the end of our night we were all escorted out of the venue for no apparent reason. None of us were heavily intoxicated and the only reason they could provide us for having to leave was that they were told we had to go. I have been at bars where girls could barely stand and were allowed to continue buying shots. In my opinion not one of us engaged in any behavior that could be seen as causing issues for the club or anyone in the venue. Unless you count kissing our boyfriends for less than a minute, as that was what we were doing when we were asked to leave. I am extremely disappointed in the staff at Fusion and I will not be returning.

Setup needs a littke work but overall a good time.

Terrible just terrible. I wish there was an option to,give 0 stars. Our group had reserved their venue from 8-11pm and by 9:30 the police were there along with management kicking practically all of our group out for no reason. Manager told us wed get discounted drinks for reserving the place, didnt happen. Our group will never be back.

Worst bar in Fort Collins. Owner is insane and the bouncers are even worst. They basically assaulted my female friend. We will never return here.

Seems empty all the time. Over priced drinks.
