Sunday night 11/14/20 I was at this theater to see a movie with my boyfriend and him and I walked into the lobby and heard loud yelling and the workers and two managers by look of them one female other make at this theater all where cramming there self into the photo booth. MOST of them where females and the place that sells tickets was empty but with how bad Covid-19 is right now this is horrible to see them all trying to fit into one booth for some group photo and they did this for quite a while. They all where very loud and not practicing distancing for there and our safety. Only one that night that was not doing that was a long hair man behind the counter ready too take my order . I recommend to all that reads this to go to different theater with Management disregard to covid safety and loudness who knows what else they arent doing for the safety of customers...

I really like the updates. You can now reserve seats and there are more movies showing then at The Bistro xD. They have gotten new chairs that are cushy but not recliner type chairs. I’ll definitely come here more often

Great place for people of all sizes!! Very accommodating and the staff is personable. I thought I had left my car key in the theater after my wife and my first ‘date night’ in over a year. I called the next morning and Mr. Studt took the time to take me into the theater to try and find my lost key. I really appreciated the time and attention they took, it really felt like they cared.As far as the theater - we saw two movies that night and it was discount night (Tuesday) so it was only $5 all day - what a great deal!!

This location would have been a 4 and then they joined the growing number of theaters doing reserved seating. When the first Lord of the Rings (Fellowship of the Ring) came out, I brought a sleeping bag the night before and camped on their doorstep to get the best seat for the first showing. It was bitter cold, but thats not the point. Im not sure what the point was to that. Moving on.Their concessions are of very reasonable quality. This isnt to say theyre gourmet, but if youre going to a theater for gourmet food, thats its own issue. The popcorn is always excellent, and thats what really matters, right?The staff is always very friendly and helpful. When my wife left her handmade scarf, her first handcrafted gift from her mother, I called to see if they had it and they turned the place upside down to find it, and find it they did. That service alone earns top marks and they exemplify it in everything they do.The Bistro might be the new, fancy theater in town, just dont forget the amazing one that might well be miles closer to you, playing all the same movies, waiting to smile at you when you walk in the door and hand you a buttery bucket of popcorn.

Saw a great movie . The theatre was clean. Not many people.

Socially distanced. Kind of felt eerie going there, but I am confident theyre doing all they can to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

First time here. Its a bit older, but clean and well kept. Great place for matinee movies and really ample popcorn. Be sure to get the free app to get discounts and accumulate points for free stuff. Clean restrooms, and nice staff was a plus too.

Small, intimate theaters within the complex. Seats are amazing... Plush, comfy, recliners, elevation of the room is such that your knees are even with the seat in front therefor no obstruction in viewing.Restroom was very clean. Easy access off of I-25 on Harmony Road. 25 full minutes of coming attractions and advertisements for concessions!

Attended and enjoyed a couple of movies recently while visiting family. Good deal available for movie goers! Seating and sound were comfortable!

Ive had consistently good experiences going to this theater over the years. I feel the facility is well maintained for its age, and Ive never had an instance of poor customer service. Doesnt have all the latest amenities, but a good theater overall.

Been a long time since Ive been in this theater, but the upgrades to the seating were really nice. The show we saw had reserved seating and fake leather chairs. Very comfortable. Not sure if all the theatres are upgraded but it was nice. Ill be back!

My wife and I love, LOVE, LOVE Cinemark Fort Collins! This is our GO TO theater . . . in fact, I cannot remember the last time I went to any other theater.We rarely indulge in their specialty items (such as popcorn, drinks, etc.), but enjoy the theater for the sheer luxury and comfort of the surroundings.The seats ROCK, and are extremely comfortable. The floor is never sticky, and a lot lot of attention is paid to little details such as that, including the bathrooms, which are well-lit and clean.Oh, the sound system is TOP NOTCH as well. Projection is invariably excellent; the projectionist seemingly never leaves his/her area, and the bulb has never burned out in the middle of a show. (Do they still use bulbs? Dont know, but the show has never stopped dead for us.)All that, plus the sound is unparalleled . . . . . booming bass and high highs.I almost forgot. We can see a show for about five bucks on Tuesday cause, you know, were old. Their regular pricing is competitive, Im sure.

My daughters first movie experience and my sons second was at Cinemark Fort Collins. The theater was clean and spacious. The only bummer was the strong smell of burnt popcorn in the lobby. Will definitely come back for future movies.

We went to see frozen 2 with our 3 year old. It was a great experience. Loved the reclining seats and the fact that the theater was not completely full. Will be returning again.

Nice and clean theater. Havent tried their food and drinks section. I really liked the interior design of this theater. Overall I think it was a good experience. Oh by the way it was the movie Jumanji 2 we went to watch here.

When you go to the theater. The floors are dirty. Just look down and youll see popcorn everywhere on the floors. Its like the workers dont care about their place. If they cant handle all of the work then they should hire more help, but people dont need to come see a movie in a dirty place.

This is the best theatre in Fort Collins! The staff is amazing! Jessica Jones,one of the managers, took my YPLC Teen Campers for a behind the scenes tour of the theatre! She even showed us how the projectors work! Oscar showed us how to make popcorn at the front counter and Mr.Rutz is always there to help! I love this theatre!

Have been here a few times and have not had problems, but wanted to post a warning - if they put you in theatre 13 in the winter, just ask for a refund. We were warned by the ticket taker that it was pretty chilly in there, but we were not prepared to have numb toes and fingers by the end of the movie. It was genuinely very uncomfortable. Everyone in the theatre kept on their hats and gloves the whole time. Not sure why they keep using it.

A modern multi-plex theatre, with many screens and comfy, (slightly) reclining seats. For popular films, its a great idea to get there early enough to choose a seat that doesnt feel like its right up against the screen. A good selection of standard movie snacks to calm those munchies while you enjoy a new film!

Solid movie theater. I like how you can buy snacks/drinks from inside the theater part of the building and not just the lobby. Also I like how you dont have to reserve tickets, instead you pick your seats on a screen as you buy your tickets at the window. Also showings are never overly crowded in my experience. Friendly down to earth staff too.

Honestly theyve done some good improvements. First, the customer service. Are they amazing. No. But they do answer questions, at least say hello, and listen. Second, the seats. Theyre cushy and now the arm rests have cushions. Better than before for sure. And third, the food. I just had a hot dog and some popcorn. It was worth the price and honestly theatre food. Im glad to see these subtle changes at least. Thats why Im upgrading their star rating. Still not as good as the Bistro

Love this theater. Everyone is super friendly, staff keeps it clean and the location couldnt be better. They are right next to old Chicagos so grabbing some beers before a movie is key and if you are visiting from out of town you have a hotel right there plus a Texas Road house. You will pay a pretty penny for food and drinks but what movie theater doesnt any more? I would definitely recommend this place!

Reserved seats with my family to see Star Wars in theater 3 at 4:20 p.m. on Thursday, December 26 2019. When I came into the theater, three of my reserved seats were open for my family but my fourth seat was taken by an overweight older man who said it was his seat. I had to spend the next 10 minutes determining if Cinemark double booked this reserved seat, and missed the opening of the movie. Conclusion: reserved seats do not work at this theater. When the seats are double booked, there are no other seats to take unless I purchase another reserved seat. Would rather purchased non reserved seats because I will have more than one chance of getting a seat.

Clean. Quick service, short lines. Still a nice place to comfortable watch a movie after all these years. The upgrades are appreciated.

Went to watch a movie with my kids, and the theater staff very politely referred me to theater 7. Sat in our reserved seats to find out that the ticket box sent us to show that have been started around an hour ago.We kept sitting thinking that this is an add and the movie will start in any minute. Then it was too late to switch.Two weeks later went to talk to the manager and she was happily punishing us for waiting two weeks.“Nothing I can do now “ she said.

Easily our favorite theater in Fort Collins. The staff is friendly, theaters and bathrooms are clean, and prices are about what you’d expect, if not on the slightly cheaper side. There was some construction going on in the theater to our left on our last visit, which was very disruptive to our movie. I told a manager about it, and the noise stopped almost immediately! Well-managed, clean, and affordable.

I have always enjoyed this theater. This time I went with someone in a wheelchair. It is not a facility that has easy access for wheelchairs. Disappointed. But new seats and very comfortable. Nice staff.

The seat assignment was torn by ticket taker. I would advise more careful tearing of the ticket. We had an issue with swatting and was unable to fully verify the seat assignment.

We like being able to reserve seats. The new seating is comfortable. The concession stands seem a little understaffed but everyone was pleasant.

Really pleasant experience and a great place to go for a cheaper than your average movie ticket. Also havent doesnt seem to get over crowded.The candy and snacks are way over priced but what movie theaters isnt? The popcorn was great, buttery and tasty.I was very surprised at how comfortable the seating was and didnt noticed problems with the quality of the screen and audio.

Place was very clean. Staff was fast, friendly, and helpful! And the seats, while not reclining; very comfy for sitting 2.5+ hours on them.

Yay. It was not tooooo loud. This was one of the first times for me that Ive been to any movie theater where I did not have to wear earplugs. Saw the movie Spider-Man it was excellent. Im going to go to this movie theater again and see if it was just a fluke that the volume was tolerable, or is this the way of the future. I hope that this is the way this movie theater is, because I want to preserve the hearing I have. The lobby was clean the theater was clean the seating, not recliners but rocking chairs were comfortable, no complaints.

I love this cinema. Its smaller than the one at the mall, which I prefer! The only problem is the price. $4.25 for water? Youre kidding, right? Since I can bring my own stuff, which I usually do, it only drops 1 star.

Best movie theater I have ever been too. Only place Id go. Large and comfortable theaters, you can order meals and they will bring them to you, staff is friendly, and the bathrooms are clean. Couldnt ask for more! Food is actually worth the price unlike other movie theaters.

I remember when this used to be the nice theatre in Fort Collins...The XD bistro has spoiled me and I wouldnt ever choose to go to this one unless I have to. They did add the reserved seating which is nice, but they packed so many seats in the theaters that you feel unformfortably close to people on all four sides. My wife is short enough that her feet dont touch the ground in the seats, making it horribly uncomfortable for her. We were here twice this month and both times the temperature was turned up so high that we were all sweating inside. The staff seemed nice enough, but Cinemark missed the mark when they remodeled this one.

Although this Cinemark doesn’t have all the amenities of its newer sister theater in midtown Fort Collins, it is still a favorite of ours! Staff is great and the popcorn is always hot and buttery!

We went to see the rise of Skywalker here, and the movie itself, was awesome. There are a lot of commercials, and the pre-show intentional messages of go buy concessions is annoying. Otherwise, at least during this visit the theater was cluttered, and there was a lot of box piles, pallets, and equipment just randomly lying everywhere. So for the messiness, poor quality of the theater, and the annoying, way too long of commercials, they definitely lose 2 stars.

Number 2 theater in fort Collins. The Cinemark bistro is the best one. But this is a close second. Forget about any of the other theaters in foco.

I havent patronized the Cinemark in South Fort Collins on account of an out-of-state relocation, but the theater is still a great multiplex theater option for anyone. My movie experience today was truly rewarding. The facilities are well maintained and the stadium seating is second to none. Although Im partial to reserve seating multiplexes, the Cinemark in south Ft. Collins will satisfy all movie-goers needs.

The best theater locally for cheaper tickets. The seats are comfortable, the viewing and sound quality are excellent. And their membership program is worth it to any cinophile. They have a free ticket every month (and they accrue) and every other ticket you buy is cheaper. Its a great deal.

I went here recently to see Die Valcure by Wagner as a live broadcast from the Met. It was five hours, but we stayed comfortable in the highly cushioned seats. The popcorn is always good, and the quality if the movies is wonderful. Definitely coming back.

I like this theater. They are usually the one here in town to host fathom events. Princess Mononoke is always amazing, but even more so on the big screen.

I received the worst service in my life at this theater. The cashier argued with me when he gave me incorrect change and the management took forever to fix the mistake without any apology for making me late to my movie. Its a shame because it was a convenient location but Im never going there again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Cinemark.

The people that work there were really nice and helpful. The only problem was the popcorn seemed very old and we were at one of the first shows of the morning.

Staff is always happy to accommodate your desires. Coffees, rebels, and smoothies are all good. Ask for the full drink menu and youll be amazed at all the creations. My personal favorite is the blended vampire Slayer rebel. Highly recommend it and looking forward to my next one.

Pretty good service, overall good experience, there are never all that many people, and the seats are a mix between the standard uncomfortable movie seats and one of the lux theaters.

We took our 3 year old to his first movie in a theatre today. The theatres where we live were no longer showing Toystory 4 so we drove to ft Collins, about 45 min away. Before we left I called the theatre to ask about the popcorn ingredients. Our kiddo cannot have artificial dye. AJ the manager at the time said to come see him when we got there and he would make sure we got fresh popcorn minus the salt (which contains dye). When we got there he helped us out and was so sweet to our son. He made him his own special bag of popcorn and then asked my husband and I how we liked our popcorn ( he even made the popcorn in a freshly cleaned popper to ensure no salt had been used). My kiddo was so excited to sit in his own big seat and eat his own bag of popcorn! AJ really helped make this a fun experience for us! The theatre was so clean and the seats were so comfortable. Such a great first experience for my little guy, we may be driving to ft Collins for any future movies too! What great customer service we experienced today!

These guys rock! I have never once had a bad experience at a Cinemark. Their customer service is always top notch. There was even a mix up with movie pass and they completely refunded me the ticket and then let me into a different move for free. Great theater with competitive pricing (tickets didnt mess with concessions). Was a little strange to have assigned seats and seats that were prepaid, just simply not used to it and slighty strange in my option. But all in all freindly staff and clean enough location.
