Kids wanted to see the animatronics at a different chuck e cheese. They didnt disappoint! The location was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

First of all My Grandson Jace and it seems so do Hundreds of Children and Adults alike ! The Price you pay for them to have that much Fun is More than Worth it and we would go more often if we were not 40 minutes away ! Also the Pizza is Amazing !!

We really like this location. We visit at least a few times a year and never have any big issues. Our most recent visit (3 days ago), The staff member who took our order and rang us up was very friendly, however the woman running the ticket redemption area when we left was not. She misread our ticket receipt and wanted to give my daughter only 10% of her actual ticket count. Then when it was time to leave, she looked at and then ignored my husband as he waited at the rope to be let out. Overall it was still a good time. We were celebrating my daughters birthday and she had fun, so thats all that really mattered. Pro tip: buy discounted gift cards from Sams club, and use coupons. Makes it more affordable!

Theres a way to pay for time and you get tickets! I loved that feature! And the wristbands you can buy to attach to your cards. Very child user friendly! Made for a perfect day!

Hadnt been here in twenty years. Took my granddaughter and had a very good time. Employees were absolutely great! Pizza was good too. I would recommend it for sure. Big changes, great place.

Had my daughters birthday cancelled because of covid-19 in march and they still havent sent my refund back. I will not be coming back.

I enjoy Chuck E Cheese although its very crowded but its for the kids with that said there really should be a family bathroom. My dad loves to spend time with his great grand kids and he wears depends. We had to cut our time there short due to an accident. He cant go into the ladies room and I cant go into the mens room and given Im his care giver I really need that option so that we can continue to enjoy it.

Easy way to do a kids birthday party. Kids had a lot of fun. Kept them busy for the 2 hours we were there. Clean and friendly staff.

My friend had her sons birthday party there today and we were so disappointed in the handling of the party. They didnt want to give the birthday child a t-shirt but finally agreed. She was continuously having to hunt the server and then was told she HAD to pay while her son was opening his presents. Just disappointed.

Im not sure any parent/guardian likes this place. Blinking lights, loud noises, germy games, cheesy entertainment & over priced food are great if you want to introduce children to an age appropriate casino. We spent $52 on a large cheese pizza, drinks, inedible chicken wings, 45 minutes of unlimited gaming & no attempts make this experience even the slightest bit palatable for parents. Our kid walked away with massive winnings of a $0.10 lollipop & stickers. She showed gratitude, but was clearly annoyed. We havent been in years, we arent going back anytime soon. Im going to go wash my hands now.

Horrific treatment of employees. I walked in today With my kids, to notice that an employee was extremely ill and barely able to stand. This could have gotten my kids really really sick. I don’t blame the employee, but the management. What kind of management is running this place, where you let your employees walk in that Ill. Especially at an establishment full of children.Disgusting.

It was my first time back at Chuck E. Cheese in years and I was surprised. The pizza is still good! I personally dont like salad bars and buffets, but theres looked nice and clean. Chuck E no longer has you playing with coins and tokens but they now have game cards like Dave and Busters that you put money on to play the games. So kids are no longer running around with pockets and hands full of coins, but they have game cards hanging from their wrists as they play. Thats cool. The child security check when you go in and leave is nice also. They stamped my hand and gave me a sticker to put on my babys car seat to be recognized as belonging to me, and checked it before we walked out. The staff was nice and pleasant. Chuck Es also skinny now... At least he was tonight... Lol.

The food was good and started doing Red Sox on our pizza we did the white sauce which was a lot better. The price on the games was good. But the cashier at the front desk needed to get off her cell phone in typing instead of waiting on us or waiting on the other two people that were standing in line I guess working at Chuck-E-Cheese you can set there and text on your cell phone instead of doing your job

Went for a kids birthday party, employees were friendly, did a great job personalizing the experience for the kids, although there were like 4 other parties at the same time. That has to take a certain level of care and attention. Heard how much the birthday mom payed, honestly pretty reasonable. Only criticism is that the prizes are not super impressive and any of the real cool stuff costs real cash, not tickets. My kids had fun at the party, and thats the important thing.

Manager is beyond rude. If you work with the public you should know how to properly speak to them.

This is a great place to take the kids to have a blast they have refillable cards to play the games and usually like once an hour Chucky comes out and throws tickets in the air for the kids to grab a little pricey but worth it for a good time with the kids

They have made a lot of changes. Not suggested for children under 5, not unless you just want your child to be able to get in literally 3 rides thats for smaller children.

Great place to spend quality time with my kids. For about $60 I was able to feed my two kids and they got an unlimited card for 1 hour which was really a great deal because the parents are able to use the cards also to play as many games as we could. And lets face it.... After about an hour or two with the mouse and all the kids running everywhere thats really about all the fun we could handle at one time.....

Staff was friendly, and food was good too. Cleanliness was kind of an issue. Many tables sat with food still on them for hours, and the bathrooms were a disaster. Feces was wiped on the wall of the handicapped bathroom, and the floors were covered with paper towel, toiletpaper, and brown sticky spots. Given there were only two people working the counter and floor however, I can imagine keeping up with it all would be tough- especially since they were pretty busy for a Wednesday evening.

Awesome experience Chuckie was the most amazing, Deb I couldnt ask for a better person and Mark is my hero .. will definitely be back. Had a 30 person party and they never missed a beet. Everyone had a great time

I hadnt been in many years! I didnt like it then. Now its updated, cleaner and better menu( grown up food too). Still pricey as hell, but not bad at all crowd wise for a weekday evening (Tuesday).

The staff here is wonderful and the place is great if you’re just going to hang out.I just recently did a birthday party tho I will never do another party there I was on a time crunch the entire time by the time everybody got their pizza was being brought out then they wanted to sing happy birthday then cake and they moved us to another table in the back corner of the restaurant with all of our stuff before we could even finish eating!We ended up not even opening presents there and the kids literally got to spend 20 minutes of their two hour game pass!Out of six kids not one of them played more than 20 minutes nobody even cashed their tickets because they didn’t really have any. And you can’t even pause the two hour all you can play birthday band! So you have two hours at your table and a two hour band but they bring your pizza and cake all in that time. Wasn’t worth the money was not happy and will not do it again.

So I went here for my babys first birthday. The food was great and staff were awesome. Every thing seemed very clean and well kept. Also we went on a Wed so not a lot of kids there so it was kind of quiet. I would say this place is more so for kids 2 and up. My baby couldnt quite walk yet so she couldnt run around and she was afraid of the rides so there wasnt much for her to do. Would be nice if they had things for babies.

We had our daughters 5th birthday here and we had a great experience! everyone was friendly, it was clean and the kids had a blast. Our server/host Kaniah was great and very helpful, she was always smiling and checked on us several time. We will definitely return and recommend

In the middle of a snow storm there was only one other family in the place. They treated us so well and we got the attention of everyone! It was great. My grandson always loves C. E. Cheese’s!

I always go early in the morning to avoid the crowd and chaos. Nice clean place for my kids to run around and play. The lunch buffet is a great deal for the family. I just wish they would make the place bigger.

Great experience. We had our sons birthday party here and the entire staff count not have been more friendly. The restaurant was clean, the pizza was very good, and every single member of the staff was very friendly and accommodating to whatever we needed. We had children with life threatening food allergies and the staff made sure to help us keep everyone safe. We had Muslim guests that needed the pizza cut with a clean pizza slicer. The staff said this would not be a problem at all. Everything about the day was amazing and the staff should be proud of the store they are running. We got compliments from other parents about how great it was and how they were considering having their childs party there. We will definitely be back for our next childs party.

Great place for birthday parties and for only 10 bucks you get unlimited play time for 2 hours! Dont worry, Shawn dawson was wrong they dont reuse their pizza. When you have a birthday party there you get to do the air machine where you have to grab tickets or money or coupons, something like that. So, nice place for kids and is really fun!

I think the games are fine and they take better care of them, maintaining and fixing and such, and I like the play pass better than tokens. As for the food, way overpriced and Im pretty sure its frozen pizza they just stick in the toaster oven. The breadsticks were paper thin and Im scared to touch the salad bar! There is never enough help. One person running the cash register/taking orders, stamping hands at the door and doing the prize counter a lot of the time. Its not bad but not the same as when I was a kid.

First off, there is something about being called hun that makes me feel all warm inside. The staff ladies were very friendly and very lighthearted. I have a big family so I had to make a big order and, without asking, they grabbed the food themselves and delivered it straight to my table.You can watch them prepare your food through the glass and all of the prices are pretty reasonable. We were put off by the lack of sugar in the tea but remembered that we live up north now.Overall, it was a great experience and the food was really good. I would recommend this restaurant if youre in the area.
