Staff was fantastic amd attentive to anything we needed! Eveything was clean and organized. They had a variety of different games and my group had a blast! Well worth the money. In fact, I could not recommend this place enough!

Great place to blow off some steam during Covid. Social distancing seems easy here with their boxes you play their games in AND get a good workout. There werent a lot of people there either so I felt safe in this environment. Especially with them taking extra precautions for health safety.

They were really professional, they knew their stuff, and they ensured you were comfortable before they started your time. They had a TON of games to choose from, plenty of room, but best of all the staff, all of them, were cheery, smiling, and helpful. Of you are on the fence about VR or getting one, this is a great place to come try it out and see for yourselves. Even the price was super reasonable and affordable. We definitely be making a trip back here in the future.

This was a lot of fun, the guy that helped is was quick and efficient. Unfortunately I couldnt get some of the games to work properly and wasted a lot of my 30 minutes trying to find a game I could actually play. Definitely would give it another go, I would suggest looking at the games offered ahead of time to cut back on loading (which does take a while and doesnt stop your time). Worth checking out!

My son wanted to try out. We both did a half hour and was fun for both of us. Customer service was great. Would recommend to anybody old and young.

Our experience was great the staff explained everything we needed to know how to play explained which games were for beginners and which games were for experience players suggested best time frame to play for 1st time players. He was very polite smiled and very nice. We will come back and refer friends and family.

This is a very nice, new concept. It is a great place for couples or singles. Taking a group here could be troublesome if your not willing to pay a lot of money. I feel like the prices should be a little lower per hour. Teens and young adults would have a hard time affording this place. It is clean and the staff are very helpful and nice. 1 more star would be given if the place was a little more affordable.

I have been here twice, and both times were absolutely amazing. They have sessions and extremely decent prices and a wide variety of games to choose from, even ones like SUPERHOT, FNAF VR, and Arizona Sunshine. The staff is very friendly and they point you in the right direction. I am a VR enthusiast myself and I must say, if you ever suddenly get the knack to want to try out VR, the Sandbox is a great way to be introduced to a world that is better than our own.

This was my first time ever doing VR. The guys there are very nice and helpful. They had me try the demo of walking the plank and lets just say it was definitely an experience I wont forget.

Great place to take friends and family or just to get a away and have some fun alone. I would recommend getting reservations though. Very decent prices I took my family of 4 and we played for an hour for $40. Always friendly staff as well.

This place is just immense with the amount of fun youll have! Ive been to this place numerous times, and every time ive visited I always played a new game and/or had new experiences. The staff is so friendly and inviting, I never feel pressured while theyre around. They are also very helpful! The whole arcade is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I really recommend that you take the time out of your day, bring a few friends or your kids, because this might be the coolest thing youve ever done.

They closed early once despite me calling ahead and confirming normal business hours (on a holiday). The next time they said we could come in at 8, but they gave our time slot to another group.

It was the kids first time. Plan on kids 10 or younger spending much of their first session learning the ropes in the tutorial. Hopefully next time they get more actual play time.

Called ahead to see if we would be able to get a group of 8 in around 6:30pm. Were told they had a scout group in from 6-8 and to come in at 8. When we arrive we are told the group extended there time to close so they had no spots available. Glad we wasted an hour drive time to get here for no reason. Last time we called on Labor Day we were told they were open normal hours. We show up to find out they closed three hours early. Have not been able to give this place a try but Im over this scheduling nonsense and will not be back. Bye Felicia!

The kids and adults had a great time. The prices were amazing. The you g lady that got our group together even made sure we had extra time because some of adults took a little longer in training than others.

Heard about them on Groupon. Wanted to do something new with my kids ( ages 5,11,12). They didn’t want to leave, especially my 5 year old. Staff was wonderful and helpful. I even got to play and had a blast. Definitely recommend this place and we will be going back soon!!!

The boy had a great time he said the games where great. The set up of the place was very cool and signing the window is fun! A bit pricey on the hourly rates for the quality of games but it is very unique.

This place truly offers a one of a kind experience. I took my son for his 9th birthday here and even though he had been once before, I had not. For someone who has never played video games much, I was enthralled! Literally you will forget you are only in a room and not inside your experience. I will say, the pricing is a little hard to understand at first as you are purchasing time and not necessarily space. Its sort of a combination. Hopefully they will work the kinks out of that and make it a little simpler for first timers to understand. Perhaps a premium paid for the standard box you want to use and them a time fee on top of it. Either way, the place is awesome. We will surely be back! And if you go make sure you ask for the Plank Challenge.

Kids had a blast. Only one issue: You pay for segments of time. OK no problem right?! Unfortunately, there was only 1 employee setting everyone up. By the time my children could actually begin to play, around 10 minutes had passed. So instead of a 30 minute VR experience, they only had a 20 minute VR experience.

We called several times and no one answered, We arrived and the doors were locked, there was no one inside even though the sign in the window said they were open since noon (we came at 12:40).

We went there today it was GREAT !!!!!! Once we got settled in..only thing negative was how long it took for the setup, it also went against your paid time allotment which sucks, but it was good family fun. Loved the autograph window.

I thought this place was pretty cool the first time we went. Taken the kids back 3 times. We got the kids gift cards for christmas and they totally ripped us off. They raised the price after we got the gift cards, so a hour of time turned into a1/2 hour. At the time they told us that it was good that i bought them when i did because the price was going up. Which is fine execpt they didnt get what we paid for. They were looking forward to having a hour worth to use. Not mention the the systems were so glitchy you spend 1/2 your time re loading programs. All they could say was I dont know why these things are acting up so much.

Since discovering this place, my boyfriend and I have been there every week for the past month and weve brought a bunch of friends. Everybody always has a great time! I love The Blu under the sea adventure - try The Abyss, which takes place on the ocean floor in a dark trench. Its a little spooky and super cool! I LOVE playing the dogdeball game, Smashbox Arena. Its live online so you play with people from all around the world! They offer a free trial of the Plank Experience, and I highly recommend you go give it a try. I was shocked at how realistic VR feels, its very disorienting. Ive almost fallen over when seeing a bench in a game and trying to sit on it, because you forget that the things arent really there!

It was great it was so much fun me and my son and brother inlaw had a great time.
