I just did some service work there to a mobile home door that was stuck shut great customer thank you and if it’s stuck again call the lucky lube guy to help you out again.

This place is the absolute worst mobile home park in King county. Its owned and operated my rich kids that have never worked a day in their life.theyre absolutely the most selfish greedy dishonest people Ive ever came across in my entire life. Are constantly taking advantage elderly people and our people may not understand breaking laws.. long-term time tenant in this park is just about moved out... I live there more than 15 years and these guys became an absolute nightmare....... Please please do yourself a favor dont live here and dont let anyone you know live here I promise they will regret it..

The new management has implemented a stupid parking pass little bit ago that is annoying as hell... Especially after my moms has been lived there before their take over.. I know why theyve done it but its so inconvenient to get my park pass when I come to visit. The online site is difficult to navigate & shouldnt be I was unable to get pass.. Is the point I am making. No way to send myself an email password reset..no where on the site gave me that option.. Dont like feeling I have to have a pass to park here when all I am doing is coming in for a visit... Ya know what i mean I am not staying or trying to live with her.. Whatever...

Park is in excellent condition. Area is communicable with easy access to all shopping and services.

Management here is terrible. They enforce too many rules about things which shouldn’t even be a thing like getting fined for visitors. I parked my car halfways on the grass and street (clearly allowing other cars to pass on the street) and I come back 30 min later to a sticker on my window. Ridiculous, and there are many more things that are negative about this management.

Really bad place to live, management dont listen to the mobile homes owners, really expensive rent they charge a lot for car parking, home owners have to share personal imformation for there visitors like plates numbers, if they dont do it they give you a warning.when i go visit my family i feel like criminal because i have to provide all my personal imformation, somebody have to do somenting about it.This people is out of control.

If i could do -5 stars I would. HORRIBLE property management. Horrible is actually an understatement. You want to deal with the most appaling humans come live here and get treated like trash. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
