Doesnt update their hours on Google and wastes people time and money

Usually way too crowded with parents ignoring their kids acting crazy. Dirty. But we keep coming back because the kids love it and the pizza isn’t terrible. If you go don’t do it on a pay day weekend!

Cost was to high.to eat,to drink,out ragious.Large, clean place.friendly employees.

Its a good place for kids to run around, play and win cheap toys. Sadly, after going there multiple times i saw that the employees cleaning the tables and sweeping (performing custodial duties) are also bringing costumers their foods and doing so without washing their hands or wearing some type of gloves. Chemical mixed with the food youre about to consume with your kids, not a healthy combination.

Amazing. My little brothers friend had her birthday party there and it was amazing. Chuck E Cheeses birthday spectacular was crazily amazing! They have good employees. I even got a lot of tickets.

This location is probably the best Chuck e cheese Ive ever visited. All the employees are so nice. There is a lot of very fun and nice games!

It took an extremely long time to get our food. We only ordered a cheese pizza and it wasnt busy. The Chuck E Cheese in Raleigh is a whole lot better. I took a person with autism and from now on we will be going to the Raleigh one, even if its a further drive.

Awesome place. My grandson had so much fun. So did I. The workers there are awesome.

This is a great place for a childs birthday party. I have been to this location several times, but was surprised by the service from our waitress. She was very enthusiastic and paid attention to the birthday girl and the other kids making sure they had a good time. She served cupcakes to everyone. A great place for kids, but always too loud for me.

Used to be a nice place to take children aged 9 or younger, but honestly the new set up is sad. Not many games, cost went up to be more expensive than other arcades in the area. Truthfully, other than keeping kiddos safe and offering some known things like birthday parties, it isnt worth it.

Food was good. Kids loved the games. One of the staff members was horrible very bad attitude not sure if she was having a bad day. Any question we asked she had a snarky response.

Honestly a miserable experience. Our waitress didn’t set up enough places for the kids even though we told them how many kids were coming, we made our own drinks the whole time, kids weren’t even finished eating and they brought out the cake super early without asking, others that ordered pizza waited over 30 minutes and when we checked on the order we were asked twice to show our receipt as if we didn’t have our number sitting out on the table. All of the workers looked completely unhappy and the waitress didn’t make any attempt to interact with the birthday girl. Everyone left the party unhappy

My daughter had a great birthday and the staff was amazing. I loved Chucky Cheese he was Great and very Enthusiastic and involved with the kids. Food was Great and Parents had fun too.

We love having birthday parties here!! We always seem to run into rude kids but that could happen anywhere the staff is always helpful

Great staff. Able to keep the place professional and fun at the same time. Armed guard in case of stupidity. Strict entrance and exit to ensure kids dont go home without mommy and/or daddy.

Lots of games, decent food, decent prices. Very clean. Staff was attentive and friendly. They threw away our food but did re make it for us. Overall kids had fun

My son had fun. It is really small and not many games. When it is busy you are constantly bumping into other people. There are not many games. The staff are friendly and the pizza is good.

No more token! You got to buy a card and put on minutes or points. Very disappointed with the new changes!!!

It was a great day watching my 2 year old granddaughter having a good time. Her momma and her played the games. It made my day watching her having so much fun. We are going to make a point to do it again. It may be a monthly event for us to visit Chuck E. Cheese. Thank you for having a place to take children so they can have Fun and just be themselves.

So much stimulation for my one year old! He loved every bit of it. Pizza and prices were good, everything seemed sanitary, and games were fun. Just wish Chuck E. would come around to the tables to say hi to the kids. We had to hunt him down way over by the entrance to even see him for a few seconds. Also, the sketch booth that takes your picture takes the longest to print your picture. I think I spent more time there than at any game there was. Nice experience, though. Would be back again.

Clean environment. Prices are a little steep but worth it. Pizza and wi gs are delicious.

I haven’t been here in years, the last time I was here was in 2003 a year before I moved out of Fayetteville. I was very happy to visit there, the staff greets you at the door and visits with you throughout your visit. The facility is big and has so many interesting games for the children and extremely immaculate. What I enjoyed about my visit was I witnessed chuck e perform alongside with the staff for the children and showed love to all the visitors now that’s the chuck e I remember. This location will always be #1 for me, lastly the pizza was not good at all I hope they do better on their food quality.

My great granddaughter loves to play there and dance with Chuckee Cheese. A little pricey.

My kids love it here! And I love that they have buffet now,it was great over the summer. But now the kids are in school,they cant go during the week! And buffet is only M-F,ends at 3:00pm.

My husband and son were in the restroom when an employee came out of the stall after being in there for a while. He walked out and didnt wash his hands. From where I was sitting I watched him walk out and straight into the kitchen my husband right behind him. The employee walked out of the kitchen with a pizza to deliver to a table next. My husband told the manager and she said she would handle it. The employee then proceeds to come over to our table where my kids are playing and yell and argue with my husband. My husband then goes back to the manager to let her know he is trying to fight with him and she tells my husband he has to leave....this is not how you run a business let alone a restaurant.

It is a good place to take kids of all age, you will find yourself having fun without realizing it. There are machines for all ages!

Food was cold and overpriced. The arcade is nice. You would think with what you pay it would be much nicer but it was lacking.

Wonderful service and a friendly staff that enjoys making kids happy! They go above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoys their experience. The pizza was delicious and salad bar was neat and fresh looking.

Booked for a party 5 days in advance. Added 2 kids to the party the moment we arrived. This was the best birthday party ever! My birthday boy made memories for a lifetime with all of his family and friends. Our party hostesses were friendly, courteous, and very on too of all of the needs of our party. Way to go Chuck E. Cheese in Fayetteville!!!

I visited Chuck E. Cheese in Fayetteville, NC location and it was the worst experience. I spent all that money there just for our pizza to be thrown away. We only ate one piece of pizza and they cleared our table off. Pizza gone, then drinks gone. Before we realized the pizza was gone after we got done playing we asked for the churros. They came and told us they were out.I mentioned the pizza they were supposed to bring it we replaced the churros with cinnamon sticks . Then they came with no pizza and said the cinnamon sticks were out. Games were out of tickets. This was around 7 pm when they close at 10 so why after all that money were they out of everything and I could never get them to replace my pizza they thrown away. Such a bummer!! We use to love going to chuck e cheese!!!!!

This is an great place to take the kiddos only bad thing was not all the games that were suppose to give tickets did give told a few of the employees but nothing was done about it.. Everything else was EXCELLENT!!!!!!

I love how secure the place is and the fact that they have great games. Especially the Wizard of Oz (for Adults) the games are also pretty fair priced. Only thing that I wish is that they had the play cards and that would eleminate the tokens thing. Overall it is a great place to take the kids as we all know. Most of the workers are pretty awesome too.

They have guitar hero and the strawberries on the bar loomed amazing.. most CEC I go to look a little run down and the food an the bar isnt fresh.. but I will be back to this location very soon! My only complaint is the older kids misusing the rides and would jump in on my kids rides... no one came and told them to stop shaking the machines.. but the place was well kept otherwise.

The package prices are not family friendly. A party of 9, was more than 300.00 for 2 hours of play, 2 small slices of pizza. The hostess Cory way amazing!

Was nice to take my son here... Hes still a little young (almost 2) but I believed he enjoyed himself especially when Chuckie came out to sing and dance with the little ones..... Cant wait to go back but am gonna wait until hes a little older to enjoy it more because it was pretty pricy just to play a few games and have a pizza and drinks

My family loves this place. I wish they hadnt switched to the card system instead of tokens but its still fun. The pizza is always great and the salad bar never fails.

For starters, this particular restaurant is clean, safe and well run. Next, the menu offerings have improved greatly, with regards to healthy or low carb options, with a salad bar and hot wings that were well cooked. Here, they strictly adhered to their method of ensuring that my child could only leave with me, which is a great relief. The value of the overall experience is where I draw my criticism. Though they do offer no cost play options, when you figure in the cost of the tokens for games, food, time spent, etc...the whole experience can become quite expensive. Not a Bad option for a birthday party or to take the kiddos for a few hours for a special treat, just know what youre getting into (lots and lots of commotion)!

Way to many kids parties at one time. Made it difficult to move around and enjoy our time. Five to six parties is a lot happening at one time. Staff was friendly.

They took the beer out. :( changed chuckie to better suit the modern kid, but the games are still great! And they have a big tunnel/slide thing for the kids to play in. The pizza has slightly stepped its game up to be somewhat edible and the staff is friendly. The bathrooms (for it being a childrens place) are pretty decent when it comes to cleanliness. Kudos to the young people that work there dealing with kids all day. Best birth control ever.

The old style was better buying the coins .they are like the trampoline parks charging your kids to play by the hour

Crowded, expensive, sanitary rating at 90. Service was okay. Check in and out system was decent. Food was decent. Games were good for kids. They really need to get away from the old school tickets and go electronic due to the amount of traffic. Its neat to see the tickets but theres just too much going on.

I actually really liked it. It was clean and the staff was hard-working and attentive. My child loved the toddler rides and Chuck E. Cheese came up and interacted with her and the rest of the kids at our table during dinner. The price of dining+play packages seemed reasonable and Im fine with pricing. Most games were only one token. I would go back.

Very, very, very busy. Consider looking up off times for your visit. They get jam packed with bday parties and you have to maneuver yourself through hoards of people. I prefer SC Magnolia location.

Customer service was horrible! No one seemed better knowledgeable of the menu. There young girls at the counter were rude and impatient. After repeating my order back to me, we still ended up with the wrong pizza! We wont be back.

I bought the combo of pizza and 120 minutes of unlimited play. The employees failed to tell us you only can pause the time once. This is the only issue I experienced. If the customer pays for the time why does it matter how many times they need to pause the game play.

Great for kids birthday parties. Fun, good food but was very crowded and most of the ticket munchers were out of service which caused for a long line of people waiting to cash out their tickets.

Great staff!! So much fun with the birthday party! Our host was so into the dancing and screaming he was the biggest hype man made the party really feel like a party! The place is huge had maintenance and crew members walking around for any concerns or problems it was very busy! The place could have been cleaner there were trash everywhere! Other than that good time!

This place was dirty the people who work here are nice and I understand it’s a kid environment but it was disgusting. A lot of stuff was broken to.I originally gave one star it was very clean and prices were reasonable and most games were working good job on getting it together

Best time to go is before 3pm during the week, and on the weekends before 1pm or else you will run into a crowed area. My kids loves going here.

Quick in and out birthday with Police presence!Right when we got there the host for the party was going down this laundry list of questions on an extremely loud place. We kept saying what? Then they had an ear piercing intercom system they kept using that was right over the children. Who knows if they still have hearing after today. My host kept asking me if we wanted to go to the next item, next item, and then bam! Heres the bill, pay and get out. We didnt even get all our stuff that we paid for. Double check your bill and dont pay for anything you didnt get.

They changed to cards and not coins. So much more convenient. My son loves this place.

We went for a birthday party and had a blast. First I want to give kuddos to the staff for keeping this place clean. No sticky machines, no gum under tables or trash on the floor. Staff was very attentive to our party and made sure the kids... and adults had a great time! We are going back especially since now my daughter wants to have her birthday party there too.

Overrated and extremely high priced. Go to omni and out for pizza somewhere else. Girls couldnt even get noticed by mascot for a picture. After spending $100+, the counter girls were very impatient.

My family and I love Chuck e cheese!! My daughter is 5 years old and three of her birthdays has been at Chuck e cheese!

I was surprised that this place is still open as I used to take my children many years ago, but after taking my Grandson there recently it was still fun and the personality of the workers really brought it alive, a bit expensive, but you are going to spend most of that amount with whatever you do and they clean up lol

Love that they switched to the swipes instead of coins. You can get an hour of play for $15 on Wednesdays which is perfect!

At this present time they are at the top of my list for places for children to play. My son is on the autism spectrum and this is the only place that has even considered catering to children with special needs, even if is is for one day throughout the month and only for 2 hrs, it is a start! I think more places should consider being sensory friendly so all children have the ability to go out and experience play in a variety of settings!

Eve was an excellent hostess for our party ensuring that we had everything we needed and really made sure the birthday babies were taken care of.

Birthday parties 15.99 a child different than years ago. But quality snd service didnt improve so why raise prices?

Its Chuck E. Cheese so dont expect gourmet anything, but the prices. The staff has always been kind and friendly and the last time we went the facility was very clean. They did raise their game costs from one token to two now, which with a 5yr old can get costly pretty quickly. Not a bad place to spend a hot or rainy day with the wild ones in your life just be prepared to spend around $60.00 for a few hours of fun.

Friendly staff. Games are mostly dilapitated and many were out of order. They need new games that work! Salad bar is in need of more items! Kids loved the pizza!

We had a great time there today. My only complaint would be the bathroom. Everything was clean minus that. The toilet was on another level of disgusting. Instead of using the restroom, I simply washed my hands instead and just waited until we left

Pretty Good. Havent been there in YEARS lol !! But they dont have tokens anymore .. you load points on what looks like a debit card & just wave the card over every game insert & it takes the points off & begins the game. Pizza was decent. Sketched pictures date needs to be changed . Date on ot says 11.24.18 .. it is CURRENTLY 7.10.19 (PLEASE CHANGE)!!

The place is new, however it was very dirty. The staff where very friendly and polite. The games were priced a bit steep compared to the other arcade places here in Fayetteville. The overall atmosphere was just okay. Lots of unaccompanied children running around.

I ordered wings and they came out with a fly on the sauce. Emplyee was rude and management acted like that was nothing.

Always enjoy taking my sonshine here... Monday thru Thursday preferably... Not so packed.

Everytime I go here I feel like a big kid.. I love this place for games only.. Not the prizes.. It is completely understandable this place is technically for childern.. So the prizes are definitely for childern.. Great place to kill time .. Love it!!!!

Party for my son was great. Went there with family and we had a great time playing games and having the party there. The staff are really nice Clarissa and her Manager made his day extra special. Thank you guys. Chuck cheese did come out and celebrate too
