Just saw The Carols at the Gilbert. Must see. If you dont walk away from there with a smile, I have bad news for you Mr. Scrooge.

This was a wonderful experience! I thought I was going to be bored lol! Ive never been to a play since I became an adult so I figured it was going to be boring..... I WAS WRONG! The play was absolutely phenomenal! 2 hours passed by so fast it was truly fun!

When we first went into the theater this evening, I was a little bit concerned that maybe I had wasted my money. Once the play started, I was very pleasantly surprised. The actors and actresses did a great job! The props were simple but tasteful. The costumes were tastefully designed. Mr. Potter and George Bailey were my two favorites of the actors. Mary Hatch was also very good. All of the actors and actresses did a good job. It is something I would definitely do again.

The theatre was really pretty and the show was awesome. My husband and I just got back from date night at Its a Wonderful Life. The show was awesome and I got all teary eyed watching it. The staff was so kind and they have a whole book of previous plays with some really cool pictures. My husband and I definitely plan on going again.

We had a group of 20 our first time last weekend to go see the premier opening-day show of Evil Dead the musical my daughter Linda and the rest of the group were amazing but the theater itself was nice comfortable very courteous and we had a wonderful time theres an experience that I will never forget it was so good we had to go back tonight and I plan to go next weekend

The Gilbert is a wonderful community theater. The plays are always well written and acted. I enjoy every one produced there.

If you havent been to an event in this theater you dont know what you are missing. The intimacy of the Gilbert makes you part of the production.

We just watched the last performance of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof-so well done!Amazing talent from everyone on stage.We thought the cast would come out at the end for another round of applause, but they didnt, so bravo! and thank you for an enjoyable experience.

I preformed here and come to watch shows all the time. Its a great place to have a family outing and the shows are amazing

The Gilbert puts on plays that entertain, as well as, tells beautiful stories of the human experience. They are very welcoming to new talent, too, if you want to get involved!

The Gilbert Theater is a great community theater. Highly recommended.

Small, cozy theater! We went as a club event to see Antigone a month back. The play was a more modern take on Antigone but I enjoyed having the audience be apart of the stage. We got to sit on the perimeter of the upper stage, which was exciting. Pricing was fair and the establishment was clean and staff was friendly.

Wonderful as always. Cast and crew did a grade A number 1 job. My wife and i cant wait for the rest of performances this season.

Great place to work! Had an amazing time with a fantastic group of artists directing & adapting ANTIGONE. Highly recommended as an artist and as an audience member!

This is an excellent theater with a very intimate feel. Everyone was outstanding from the staff to the cast. Looking forward to seeing many more performances here.In addition, I just saw Evil Dead: The Musical here. Definitely a funny and campy show that brought both Evil Dead and ED2: Dead by Dawn mixed in with lots of puns, blood and a few below the belts to Sam and Bruce. Everything that went into this performance came together to bring a phenomenal show! The stage work was outstanding and the cast members were awesome. Standing ovations deserved!!!

Fantastic team of people who love what they do. Small theater with okay seating, but that is made up for by the passion of the team!

This intimate theater has done some amazing productions in such unique ways. I have had the pleasure of watching them bring to life some fantastic work.

I saw Doubt here. The actors were wonderful and the production was first rate.

Their main entrance is not from Green street (although thats their physical address) . The correct entrance is just around the corner on Bow Street, right in front of Wells Fargo Bank.I have enjoyed all the plays I have seen at this theater! I love how they get the audience engaged in some of the plays.

Low key, we were way over dressed! Some people were wearing blue jeans and a plain t-shirt. The play was nice, although stage was played down and crowded, due to space. The seating was just office waiting room chairs layed out in rows. Nothing fancy, but cozy! Great place to go for casual date, just dont expect to wow a date with a fancy night on Broadway!

My grandaughter and grandson joined the theaters glee group a year ago and have now become seasoned performers at the many events held here. The staff seem dedicated to giving these children a fun, stimulating experience in the performing arts. Now, my daughter and grandaughter are performing in the Gilberts production of Its a Wonderful Life during the holiday season. I recommend that all those in the Fayetteville area get their tickets for this Christmas classic.
