Normally love this place, it’s always well stocked and the folks are super nice and helpful. This past trip I saw an outfit that I really loved. Got home with it and waited to try it on. Got it to surprise my bf for his birthday. The top has a pretty noticeable tear in it. They don’t do refunds so I’m pretty disappointed with the 30 dollars I could have spent on something nice and in perfect condition. Maybe next time will be better.

I was excited to browse the store and buy some new toys however, the woman at the counter didnt pay me any attention. There was literally only one other customer in the store and she didnt even say hello. She was chatting him up though! The store is so small that its awkward to actually allow someone to walk in and not speak. On my way out the door though she told me to have a good day . I just cant spend money anywhere where Im not spoken to like other customers.

The prices are better than Priscillas, and the customer service here is Way better too! The associate was so friendly and knowledgeable. I came to browse, but I saw they had the sexy costumes for Halloween, or just fun lol, for ONLY $10!! I went ahead and got my favorite two and a pair of shoes and still spent under $50! Plus I love the free reward card you get too. It makes it worth coming back. I found my new favorite store. PLUS, Desires on Bragg is their sister store if I cant find what I want here. Same deals, good service, and low prices. Im telling ALL my friends to go to His& Hers from now on.

The store itself is kind of small and their selection is good, but not great. What made this experience great was the friendly staff. I had Azia help me out and she answered exert question without making me feel akward or embarrassed. Great, great customer service!

The staff is friendly, you can walk in without feeling not welcomed, great place for beginners to more advanced people. Prices are pretty decent and they usually have stuff on sale all the time.
