Every time we come into this Store its always the same person! We love Nichole she always makes us feel super comfortable! She has never steered us wrong on toys or bondage!! With every customer she is always so open and loud but inviting. She makes us laugh because no matter how many times we come in she always says to everyone If you have any question or want to see anything out please let me know we like for you to like what your getting because we DO NOT TAKE RETURNS! then ALWAYS says Thats Nasty LOVE IT!! She is Awesome at her job Thank you!!!

Big store but not much on the selection I was wanting!! Nice women working there!!

I love this place the employees are so sweet and always so inviting! I also had some issues with a toy it was working when we left the store but when we got home it was not charging at all :( I did call up to the store and a nice young man got my name and number for the manager I was told she would be contacting me within 24 to 48 hours. Yeah it did not take that long at all she called me the next morning and I just had to tell her what happened I left with a new toy that same day. The customer service here is Awesome and I have told all of my friends who have read the reviews about this and are not wanting to come in how wrong and dumb that would be. I have been in the other Adult Stores around here and WOW No thank you. We felt safe and welcomed coming in and calling the store. So wonderful job on the customer service.

My fiancé bought me a gift and I called and politely asked “what is your exchange policy” the lady told me that they aren’t allowed to do returns because they can’t tell if something has been used. Which is okay I get that and I said “okay I just wasn’t sure because of the policy for online is different” the lady then proceeds to say “ well your husband should have seen we don’t do exchanges or returns, have a nice day” in the rudest tone I have ever experienced through customer service. Will never go back to this store. I recommend only buying online. Really disappointed in the way this stores customer service specifically.
