Cavalier Trail Park

Nice little park with tennis courts and playground for kids.

Its beautifully designed park with a creek going alongside it. The park is small but the amenities such as a basketball and tennis court make up for the shortfall. Also, try the many shops around the park such as the comic book store to and and Falls Church Distillery to get a real feel for the Tinner Hill area.

Its a solid park to add to the rotation of parks to visit so one doesnt get too stale. This isnt an OMG YES LETS GO kind of park but it has all the makings of a good day outdoors.1) Theres a shaded playground with two slides, one a twisty slide. 2) There are swings. 3) Theres a little bridge over a creek that you can race leaves. 4) Theres a basketball court and a tennis court.Con- no bathroom. Common in parks but will prevent anywhere from having 5 stars.Protip: Park in the retail lots nearby so your car is cool after being out in the sun. It rounds out a good trip to Cavalier Trail Park.

A lovely narrow woodland park whose trail wends back and forth across Tripps Run.

Nice little trail/park. Well-kept for the most part. Cute little outdoor chess table, playground, swings, tennis courts. A small parking lot, and lots of attractions nearby.

The short trail takes you over two quaint, picturesque bridges along a small stream. Very picturesque and walkable.
