Cool place! Lots for kids of all ages to enjoy. Would consider the best values of the kids are over the age of 4 as there is not much for little ones to do.

Our son visited this location for a friends birthday party. They had a great time and experience. They had their own party room, not to mention for a Friday night, there werent too many people. For a birthday party compared to Sky Zone, where they seem to treat you like cattle, this place was AMAZING!! I would highly recommend to anyone that wants something more than just trampolines.

We had a party there on Friday for my twins and our party host Nina was amazing! She made sure every thing flowed smoothly for our party and was there every step of the way! I was very pleased with her service!I also say Kaleigh helped me plan the party from start to finish! She was sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. Great service!!

We had a 2hr party room for my son’s birthday The hostess & manager was wonderful. The room was clean & comfortable for parents & children. I truly love the fact that even after the party was over we didn’t have a time limit on play. We could stay, eat and play as long as we wanted. Our new favorite place!!!

Only good for kids 7-12, way too many people allowed in. 2 hr wait time for any “ultimate” ride. So kids over 10-12 have little to do. Only 1 register at concessions working. That line was over an hour. Probably be fun if they regulated how many people attended.

This place is really nice and clean and kids and adults can have a blast. My only complaint is not enough sitting area for parents, grandparents and seniors to sit. The majority of their tables outside the party rooms are reserved for parties. The cafe area is taken up by people that want to sit.

Its great if your a kid, but the place is packed which is good for the business, but there is lines everywhere and the staff is in no hurry to serve you. There is only one cashier register at the cafe so the line in outrageous. There is limited seating available and the rest in concrete flooring so its not that comfortable or enjoyable for the adults, and we are the ones paying lol

I dont know who had more fun! The parents played just as much as the kids. Staff was awesome too! Definitely going back

Super fun place. My kids and myself had a blast. Many attractions. Its fun for adults too. I liked the unlimited time vs other similar places.However, the food service was terrible. I understand new places may have hiccups with demand but I am disgusted. I spent 10 minutes in line waiting to order 3 slices of pizza. I then waited another 30 minutes for the food to be made. I witnessed a worker eat a slice of pizza behind the counter with gloved hands and continued to service food without changing her gloves. At this point I walked up and was told they still dont have any pizza ready. I asked for a manager and a refund. When I told the manager about the unsanitary behaviors of the worker she defended them stating they were short staffed and the workers didnt get a break. I can sympathize with being short staffed. Even if there is no time for a break you still change your gloves after eating or touching your face! With all the stomach bugs going around, you dont touch your mouth then other peoples food. Gross! Also dont make your paying customers wait for a product that your staff is consuming in plain sight. They should have ate something not in demand. Poor response by the manger by defending the employee. I wouldnt have written this review, if the manager would have properly corrected the situation. I will go back to the park but will skip the cafe.

I would not suggest this place for little guys. There are way too many people and kids that arent being watched. We went Saturday night and there was hardly any staff watching the lines it was a free for all everywhere we went, except for the zipline, which had a long line but the girls (10 years old) liked it.

Awesome birthday party experience for our son’s 10th birthday! Very attentive and extremely nice! Totally recommend for super simple birthday party planning! All I provided is cake!

We love visiting Urban Air on our family travels. This place is huge. The facility was clean and the food was great. The sky rider is also very cool. One of the longest we have been on.

We visited Urban Air as party guests and my kids loved the place. We ended up staying for 6 hours!!! The party mom purchased the ultimate package so they had access to all areas. My kids were exhausted but said they loved the place. Its spacious, has lots of activities, in addition to trampolines (zip line, 7 climbing walls/structures, ropes course, jousting, and slides). The pizza was good and the food seemed reasonably priced. My feedback to a manager that a corner in the tubes and play area was a little dark was well received. The staff was helpful and friendly, all seemed like wonderful young adults. Well definiteltly visit again. Im hoping theyll offer passes as a purchase and done option vs. monthly recurring payments through memberships. They dont have VR like other locations. We look forward to visiting again!!!

I feel like this location is short staffed. We held a birthday party here 2 weeks after the grand opening. We had 3 different party host but had trouble finding any of them, they only had 2 sizes available in the socks you must wear (kids small & adult small), took a long time to order food (fries were burned), party room had boxes of supplies in the corner, took a long time to checkout as only one worker was available to do the party checkouts. I didnt receive a receipt at checkout. My card was just charged. I assumed it would be emailed but it wasnt. The kids love it though so we will be back. Hopefully, the staffing issue will get resolved soon.

The place is a great. A little different than Skyzone. Whats really nice is that there is no time limit. You can stay for four hours at the same price. Lots of different things to do besides jumping on trampolines.

Had our 5 year old birthday there it was so great and fun will definitely go again

The place is great from activity perspective. Kids had a blast.Do NOT come expecting to eat or drink anything....the line basically does not move except for when people give up and leave the line. Disappointing.

It was ok. There wasnt any structure. Kids were able to cut in lines, have food in the jump areas. I stepped in somebodys discarded gum while in a jump area. There were issues in the womens bathroom where the toilets wouldnt flush right.

Great fun place for a family outing! Parents can get a pass for $6 and play alongside kiddos! Overall clean! Alot of different activities! Few downfalls, not suitable for children under 3. Had to take turns trying to entertain our 18 mon old with very little for her to do, they should have a designated area for children under 3. The only spot that was sort of for youngsters some teenagers came bouncing in taking away fun for the babies. Took 10minutes for 1 order of nachos and cheese, others were complaining of waiting over an hour for pizza!

I like the indoor zipline, the ropes course was fun, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The back area trampolines are a lot tighter than other area jumpoline parks, small amount of points off for that and the dodgeball area is unmanned and small. Four separate warrior courses was a nice touch though. Probably will be back, but wont be monthly members yet.

Needs vegan food options and i dont mean a salad! maybe a lightlife hotdog or something! but otherwise awesome attraction the harness obstacle course up in the air really gets your guts tense haha

Great place; slow service. If outside food and drinks arent allowed, you shouldnt have to stand in line for 30 minutes waiting to buy a bottle of Powerade

Kaleigh was wonderful in servicing my needs. She was very helpful in directing how to sign up for a membership. Her attention in making sure that I felt valued as a new customer was priceless. Yay Kaleigh!!

Kids had fun but it seems like they are understaffed. There were a bunch of teenagers running around inside the slide and tube attraction that is meant for kids 52” and under.

First time here. The lady at the front desk was extreamly accommodating and helpful!! So much more to do than skyzone. The kids loved it!! We will be back.

It is a fun aesthetic place to be. Bring your friends and have a lot of fun!

This has been a ridiculously horrible experience. Over booked for a Saturday. Stood in line to order food for 45 mins., only to be told it would take another 45 mins to get it. One registered take orders, no where for me and the kids to sit after I received my order. Not enough supervision of areas with small children, older children running and playing in area for small children. Unsatisfied.

Awesome place to take your family and enjoy your time they also provide lockers for personal items but they do cost to purchase but well worth buying and prices arent to terrible

Good place but the trampolines could be looser. The wait lines are always long - I spent more time waiting there than I did actually doing stuff.

This place is awesome. The kids Loved it and slept in till 9 the next day.

Lots of activities to do and you can stay as long as you want. Fun for all ages.
