We had my Sons Birthday party here. I was not sure what to expect. It turned out amazing! When you check in, they give you a cart to put all your stuff on, a basket for all the kids shoes, which is super helpful. They let you set your stuff there until it is your turn for the party room. You are able to get in the room in a sufficient amount of time to get set up before the kids are done jumping and come in. The employees are SUPER helpful and kind! We even had someone in our party who thought they lost their money, and the managers were calling even days later to see what they could do to help out, whether it be watch security cameras, etc. We definitely had a VERY good experience at this location. We will definitely be back again!

Had a party for my child who was able to invite 8 friends. Kids has a great time. I was amazed on how friendly the staff accommodated our party. Two thumbs up from me. Well worth it. Kids had a blast but will be tired. Ha!

This place will remind you VERY quickly how out of shape you are. I was worn out after 10 or 15 minutes? Fun activities for all ages. If you want to do the mini ninja-warrior course, do it first, or youll be too tired to make it. :) Especially enjoyed learning to do flips into the foam pit - I have always wanted to do that. And dunking from the trampolines is not as easy as it looks - probably would be easier if it was a solid floor with the trampoline only in the area in front of the goal to allow for more of a run-up.

The kids had fun here. We followed them everywhere they went. I am not the trusting type. I was completely amazed and scared at the number of kids from age 4 and up that were running around by themselves. They need a system like chuckee cheese so nobody can leave without being checked. Place was dirty. They do not have enough tables for people that dont walk along. Bring a bag to carry shoes and coat with you. No safe place for those. I will take the kids again but be more prepared.

I took my grandchildren. They had so much fun. Even I joined in with them. Then laser tag was awesome. I am going back soon.

Really great place, I have 4 kids, two boys and two girls ranging from 1 yrs to 12 yrs and every one of us have a blast everytime we go. Maybe a 2 hour trip just to go And its well worth it. Something for everyone to do. Highly recommend!

Great place for kids, unfortunately policing the rules does not happen here. So specifically the kids whose parents are using Sky Zone as a baby sitter just run around and hog the trampolines, get very rowdy, and no one trys to stop it.But hey it was clean, we had fun, and the price wasnt unreasonable. I couldnt rate the food, the line was to long, the menu was full of fried food (not what i want to eat while moving) but it looked good from all the people around us. And hey they do sell beer!

The staffing crew were very attentive to all areas of the building. Me and my daughter was celebrating her 6th birthday with friends and family. We had a nice time jumping, playing games, and a laser tag session. Great job guys we will visit again

It was our first time and we really enjoyed our visit. It would’ve been nice if an employee would have asked if we had been there before and when we said no, they could’ve helped us with information on what you do, what your options and cost are and maybe just a little tour of the facility or at least an explanation of what Activities there are to do including information about laser tag. I ended up asking all the questions to find out for myself which is fine but again would’ve been nice with a number of staff in the facility if they were offered a little assistance. The place is great and we will definitely go back again.

Did a SKYFIT class with instructor TJ. He showed us the work outs, and let us go at our pace. He was attentive to the needs of everyone in his course. Kept it fun, and energetic. Music was an added bonus to the over all enjoyment. Totally had a blast, burned almost 1000 calories. Will definitely be back soon!

My grandson had his 5th birthday here with his preschool classmates. Great place for any kid to have fun. Party room was nice even pizza was good. They keep it moving in the party room to get you in and out

Took 2 boys who will both be 16 next week. They loved jumping for 2 hours and then played a game of laser tag before leaving. Thanks!! Great time was had by both boys!!

Well it was really awesome and fun great place for a date or family activities and field trips which I was on a field trip with my class so I got in for free but one thing I dont like is the pricing of the food and drinks, I mean seriously 7 dollars for a 12oz mountain dew

Overall great experience. Went outside for a second to take a call and had a panic attack when I couldn’t find my child. Definitely needs a better system when kids are coming for a party a head count to make sure everyone is there then proceeding to party rooms especially if someone just dropped off and plans to pick up the child.

No offense to sky zone; but Urban air is now my favorite trampoline park sky zone is just ok Ima describe it its just trampolines and a dodgeball pit and I climbing wall and those mushy dice point is everything old but Urban air got a like zip line thing and it got climbing and a better version of everything in sky zone I dont mean no harm but sky zone has kinda went down one star from me but I still like it but it can be improved.... Oh yeah but they warrior course aint all that bad and that new thing where you climb up a like some bouncy stairs and then you can flip or jump off of it and thats fun but sky zone is at a 4 right now... BUT IT WAS STILL GREAT AND FUN AND ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES!

The Facility is clean and well taken care of. The staff is great. The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is because all of their alarmed doors for keeping our kids protected are either propped open, or not locked. Was not overly thrilled to see how many people used them in my hour there.

Our first time there, my daughter, whose 8 yrs old, injured her ankle. The staff handled the situation PERFECTLY! Very caring and gentle with my daughter as well. Got her an ice pack, we did some minor paperwork, and was offered passes to come back another time being as our 2 hour session lasted only 30 minutes! Very fun for all ages, even my 2 yr old!

Horrific lines. 30-40 minutes to get in. Terrible prices. $20 PER KID for only an hour. Significantly lacking in safety. I saw multiple injuries. (One example...theres no way to get down from the rock wall except drop down onto the kids below you. And that far of a drop led to several injuries, both in adult and child, even with a single person falling without hitting anyone else.) Staff isnt even watching or caring. Extremely loud music and intensely crowded, but it was a saturday night so gotta take that in consideration. Altogether theres got to be a better way to have fun.

Great for the kids but for us older parents could be the death of us was fun but after you feel it

I took my Niece here while she was visiting, and we had SO much fun! We did the Ninja Warrior course, the warped wall, Wipe Out, the foam pits, basketball, and parkour! It was a GREAT workout! I am also really interested in trying their fitness trampolining. I am older (44) but I’ll try anything with my Niece, and this was a BLAST!! Strongly suggest Sky Zone!

Prices are kinda high,but alot to keep kids busy

This place is a super good value for all that’s included with your ticket (warrior course, rock wall, basketball hoops, foam pits, etc). Us 20-somethings we’re having a lot of fun and felt like kids again. It was also really nice to see that there were other people our age there - not just kids. Unfortunately, I landed wrong on one of my jumps and hurt my ankle. The staff was quick to rush to help me and offer me anything I needed, and the general manager was more than accommodating and extremely generous to us. He even brought out a wheelchair for me and had somebody help me get back to my car so I could head to the hospital. I can’t say it was a good day as I’m in a ton of pain, but when I think back to his kindness and generosity, and the general helpfulness and positivity of the rest of the staff, it makes me smile. When I’m healthy again, I’d love to give that warrior course another go - but I think my trampoline jumping years are now behind me .Also, on the plus side, the grippy socks you get there are super helpful when you’re bound to crutches! Hah!

Kids love this place and so does my wife.

They had fun, but only lasted 45 minutes after I had paid for 1 1/2 hours. They said they was hungry. The birthday boy, James, said he had a good birthday!

5yr old birthday party went great. Might have been a little too young, but they still had a lot of fun. Staff was very helpful and attentive, especially in the actual party room. We only had 10 kids, but with all the parents, that was a out the right size for the room.

My granddaughter and her best friend chose Skyzone for playdate. The customer service is excellent. Prices are a little high but worth every penny. The adventure for them-Priceless!

We have a jump place closer to us, but Sky Zone blows it away. There are so many more things to do. The bits were thoroughly wore out once we left. Watching them made me wish I had bought time to play as well. Really an enjoyable time.

Excessive noise level (and l wear hearing aids). The kids ran around screaming and unsupervised nocking down signs. I went as spectator for family ax throw thing. The rules were unclear. Boring. Trampolines looked like fun, but needing a cane to walk, left nothing in there for me to enjoy.

I reserved a spot for my 2-year old granddaughter. What was supposed to be special and exciting turned in to a nightmare. These people do not answer the phone or return emails. By the time I was able to leave a message, each time I called it was almost 4 minutes. Finally, I received an email from Paige saying their phone system was down one-day. What about the other days several of us called. When I finally canceled and had enough they kept my money and I never received a call from a manager or anyone. Speechless!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was a lot of fun! An employee even jumped my car because my battery died. Above and beyond!

This is a cool trampoline park with some fun dodge ball, warrior course and of course trampolines

Our whole family was there and enjoyed all the things we could do. We would definitely go back.The only thing we had issues with was the lockers they dont give back change so we lost the extra money we put in them because we only had larger bills on us. We could have gotten our money back but after our jump time and getting everyone rounded up we forgot to stop at the front desk to see about getting a refund. So note if you plan to use their lockers make sure you bring smaller bills to put in the machine. The machine does give a warning to this and we should have just got change first but didnt.

Well it was a lot of fun but they need to give you more time for the wipeout game and laser tag too.

Over priced and we were rushed the whole time. You pay for a party room that you dont even really get to use. My son didnt even have time to open his presents. Our pizza wasnt even cooked all the way and was still doughy. You cant go into your party room and put anything up. The adults that arent bouncing have to crowd up front. The place is over packed with others you cant even enjoy the over $500 birthday party you just spent. Yes a lot of fun things to do for the kids but your sharing it with a hundred other kids at the same time. Stressing over keeping an eye on your child and trying to hoist a party. They say you get bottomless drinks for the kids but they arent allowed to have any of it when they are thristy. So you end up being forced to buy more drinks so that they can have something while they run around. Its a good place to go as a family but never to have a birthday party at. Your rushed the whole time and you dont get to enjoy any of it.

The kids had a blast and I didn’t have to lift a finger in the party room! They did everything for me. The only complaint I have is that 40 mins is just not enough time. I think you should get at least an hour. We had to open presents right after passing out cake and had 7 minutes to do it all. We went about 5 minutes over and right after he was done, everyone just kind of awkwardly left. There was no time to say an appropriate thank you to the guests or anything. Adding the extra 40 minutes would have been way too much time, too. If we could have added 20 mins, we would have. Besides that, everything was great!

We had my sons 10th birthday party at Sky Zone and it was wonderful! The party planner was immensely helpful and so organized at check in that the process was super easy. The boys had a fantastic time and I enjoyed the massage chairs in the lounge where I could relax yet still be in view of the boys as they would run by. In the party room, our party employee had everything set up, served the boys and myself, and helped keep the party on track time-wise so that we finished at exactly the right time for other parents to start picking up the boys. Will definitely do this again!!!

Everyone was so nice! And its great when we got to the party room our host fed the kids and was fun with them. The only thing i can think of is it would have been a good idea for us to bring a radio for music. And maybe a little more than the 40 mins in the party room but no one was rude as we tried to wrangle everyone to get them out of the room. We will book a party here again.

If was totally worth it we loved it there. Obstical courses, neck out, rock climbing, laser tag etc I will have to definitely go back!

Pretty good time. better for younger children as that is the popular demographic at skyzone. It was a little weird because the power went out and some alarms went off for like 30 seconds. There were no explanations given really, we just returned to jumping. Staff member gave us a little attitude when he couldnt find our waivers in the system, but Im not that mad about it- he doesnt have the best job. Overall a fun time yesterday !

My wife and I went on a date to try the axe throwing. TO DANGEROUS! The axe bounces off the wood and the lanes are not long enough. On several occasions, the axe bounced all the way back over the throwing line . Also, one time it bounced on the other sign of the fence in another lane. What if someone was going to get there axe when this happened??? They should shut this down ASAP.

Birthday party rooms was large, staff friendly. Facility clean and open. Lots of different things to play on.

Fairview Heights, Illinois walked in there today first time just to look around looks like a very fun place a lot of different things to do than just jump on trampolines.

Thank you for a wonderful day.It had so much to do from Warrior Course, dodgeball, climbing wall, basketball, a fun challenging attraction called wipe out, and even laser tag.Even had a safe place for my 2 year to jump without bigger guests jumping into her. They even offered a parent help sticker so we could walk out there with her . You know when you have a 2 yr old you never know where they are going to go.Very affordable especially if you come on Wednesday when everything is half off.

My wife and I planned our 3 year olds birthday party here. They handled everything for us. We had eight jumpers for an hour, then moved to the party room, which was taken care of by them as well. The gentleman who was in charge of our party was aas about customer service! He served a party of seventeen with ease. Thank you sky zone! I will come back, and highly recommend to all young kids!

The trampolines are nice, but its too loud. The music is playing everywhere, so the announcement microphone is at a screaming loud volume where it feeds back and no one can tell whats being said. Its fun, but expensive. My kids love it. They used to have benches to get ready, but they replaced them with tables, so everyone is changing their socks on the floor and it takes forever to get a locker.

We had a wonderful experience at the baby shark event. All the staff were very helpful, the restooms were clean and the children really enjoyed themselves.

Last night I took my 8 year old and his friend and let them jump for an hour.. signing in was easy, payment was easy, but then when I sat down and decided to grab something to eat while they played, I ordered an Icee and waffle fries. The girl told me the icee machine had been down for like a week, so I just settled for a soda instead.. then she said the waffle fries would take about 15 minutes. I wasnt going anywhere so I said that was fine.. about 10 minutes passed before a guy came up to me and said they had run out of waffle fries and asked if I wanted something else. So that time I settled for a soft pretzel.. I dont know why they couldnt tell me they were out when I ordered instead of 10 minutes later. So I was a bit annoyed and didnt even try to order anything else. But the two boys had a lot of fun, so I am rating this experience a 2.

Overly priced, so many rules that kids arent really able to have much fun also why are all the attendant teens. No one is really watching out for the childrens saftey outside of the parents and the teen who come there are just trying to find a dark spot of get freaky how disgusting. Glad I dont have any kids to take there but I wont be taking my nephews again ever

Its was really fun, but I would like them to separate the bouncing area a little more. I bumped into a little boy today and we both started crying because we both felt bad. I would like the teens to have there own jumping place.

Fun place for kids but its quite expensive. When we were there we couldnt order food because they were out of cheese to make pizza and didnt have any chicken either.

Its always been good but this time was awful. The workers didnt have certain areas open but were standing around talking to eachother. One of the female workers wouldnt do her job and was constantly flirting with a few of the other workers. I asked one of the workers Marcus if anyone was going to open the obstacle course because my younger sister wanted to do that and he looked at me like I was crazy and just said Yeah. The funny part was as soon as they opened it so many kids went right to it. I shouldnt have to ask for it to be opened. It is clean and very fun it would just be better if some of the staff members werent so rude. Hopefully next time will be better.
