We had a wonderful experience in this restaurant. We loved the superb environment and the menu. The waiters were super attentive. I am happy we ultimately decided to try this place.
7pm - 8:30pm in Saturday after Fairfax County schools closed for the summer was not busy at all.Best to get the play pass for $15 - unlimited games for 45 minutes. Machine gives a discount for 2 more bucks, giving you 57 minutes. 60 minutes is normally $20.Definitely worth it, as most video games are 2 to 4 play points for one game. Chuck E. came out at 7:45pm for a dance.Parking outside was easy as well.Almost all games were surprisingly working.
This is a fun place for kids and adults. I brought my 2 year old here and we had a blast. They had a special on wristbands, so we paid 15 bucks for unlimited games for an hour. The staff was friendly and the prizes kept my boy excited even after we left! The pizza we got was nothing special, so I cant say much about the food.My only real complaint is the ticket counting system is a joke.. it took almost 20 minutes to count our 320 tickets due to single tickets and a protective cover that makes it hard to put the tickets in the machine.
One of the cleaner/nicer locations in the area. Booked the 10 AM Saturday birthday party for our older son. Everyone had a blast. Their birthday party package option is a good deal. Kids love their pizza too. Only complaint we had was several games were out of tickets or not working properly.
First time I had been in 30 years or so. Smaller than what I remember, but still very good. The place was clean, including the bathrooms. The staff was very helpful explaining how everything works and what would be the appropriate amount of plays for a 4 year old and one-and-a-half-year-old. The food was also pretty good as well. We had the pizza and the Boneless chicken fingers. Overall pleasantly surprised!
Kids under 6 years old can enjoy
Its really fun actually. Being 16, it brings back lots of memories and is worth going. Its best to bring like $50 for the most fun. Earning tickets are really easy and the games are pretty fun. Chuck E scares me a little bit. Its fun if you bring a girlfriend to act young again and spend valuable time with the one you love. Best place for a date, hands down.
Every time we go my kids have a blast!
Good play to have kids birthday party and pizza is amazingly good we love it there.
Well its a place for kids, but for the adults they were out of beer? Our small pizza took forever for them to make, my rule with my son is eat before you play, food was so long, I let him play, they changed it too much, I miss the way it was when I was little, other than that, my son had a fun time
Paradise for kids of all ages :)
Nice and clean. Ton of kids fun
We are visiting from out of town and this CEC had the friendliest staff Ive ever seen! They really catered to our kids AND even gave the birthday boy a special treat even though we didnt book an official party. It was clean, which is unusual for this restaurant chain. All of the games were working, also unusual. I would return to this location just because the staff was amazing. I wish I could get each person recognized, but I dont know names. If they were working the counter the evening of 7/30/19, they are great employees and people. Thank you!
Place and pizza is okay, not many arcades for adults. Never got the guest WiFi to work. Kids had fun overall.
Hard to beat this. Kids enjoy, and adults enjoy watching their kids have fun.
Great for young kids
You can generally feed a family of four and get two decently sized game passes for about $100. The pizza isnt bad; maybe in the same quality family as dominoes. Tastes decent as it is fresh out of the oven. The games provide the dopamine rush they always have. Mainstays like the robots on stage and ball pit have gone away for an open dance floor. Also, WiFi is a nice add.If youre ok with a $20 gamecard yielding maybe $5 in cheap toys and candy because the games are blinky and fun, then this is a good time. If you cant get past that, take your kids to the park followed by a toy store.
Awful, just awful not what it used to be. There seems to be less and less games. The Chuck E. that came out for a birthday party we attended looked like he just woke up - slow wave, slow saunter. There was no energy no excitement. How are you supposed to pump up the audience with a character like that? Hire better people who can get into character.
Pleasant environment and fun games. Be ready for tears when exchanging tickets for prizes. Your kids million tickets will likely buy a lollipop and no more.
This place has had a makeover since my daughters last birthday. Its not centric in the family and likens to a younger version of Dave And Busters. No more mechanical characters which means more room and they added a dance floor. I dont know why but okay. The games have also changed. The menu has been updated to include beer and wine and different flavors of chicken wings and salads. The best time to to us on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when they have specials for pizza and play cards. Give them a try.
Its ok k. Really fun n for especially you kids.
Although one of the smaller CECs, the staff here were so incredible, I have to give 5 stars. They were great with the kids as well as polite and helpful to us. Beyond expectations... I highly recommend.
Came in with my three kids right before a bus load of kids arrived. Even with the huge surge of people the staff was super helpful and friendly. Id definitely feel good bringing my kids back to this Chuck E. Cheese.
The girl with short hair was incredibly nice and helped us with every question we asked! The costomer service is amazing and the food is beyond great. Words can not express how nice she was and how excited I am to come back. :)
Easy to keep the kids occupied. Was very crowded on a Sunday
This location seemed extremely small. We were there for a birthday party and I felt cramped EVERYWHERE. Even though we received a comolimentary unlimited game play pass that was timed, unfortunately, A LOT of their machines either werent working properly or werent working at all. This place needs a lot of updating.
I love chunky cheese
It is nice place for kids and friendly stuff. Too bad they do not have playground like some other CCs.
You know what you are getting at Chuck E Cheese: 2-star pizza, 3-star games, and 5-star chaos. This Fairfax location doesnt disappoint. On the weekend this place is crazy. It is a pretty decent parking lot, but I had trouble finding a spot on Saturday. This location does serve beers. Had 3/4 taps working when I was there. There were also so many kids that the employees couldnt keep up. Many of the games didnt shoot out tickets.Place was clean and employees were polite enough considering they cant possibly get paid enough to put up with that insanity.
Wonderful place!
Probably in one of the nicer cleaner Chuck R. Cheeses in the area. Management is always faster solve issues and my kid has a great time period best place to go are probably Monday and Tuesday before 7:00 p.m. If you download the app so that you can win rewards and cash back.
Of course the place is chaos, but the renovations have cleaned it up quite a bit. The tubes were gross, but it was nice having something fun when the kids were fine draining my wallet. Also there were like 4 machines out of tickets last time I was there and a few others broken without any sign indicating, so that was a little annoying. Wouldve given 3 stars, but its still a pretty good option with lower crowd than DnB and they post some pretty good coupons. We gamed unlimited for an hour for 17$ last week and it was pretty fun.
I love this place
Friendly staff, fun place for toddlers .Totally renovated got rid of the ball pits, very bright and lots of new games for toddlers
Very good deals today and a good crowd, but not overcrowded.
Oh my goodness I don’t know where to start this place is horrible and the staff unprofessional very slow and the general manager is very loud disrespectful unprofessional he was the worst my kids birthday supposed to be the happiest day but that was the worst day I will never do a birthday party in this location.I only have 16 kids but they charge me 20 because when I make that reservation I said I had 20 kids are in the card they give me 20 but five of them were used didn’t work I asked them they replace two of them but they refuse to give me the three .The worst place the worst place the worst place. But at the end we had a great time because of my family and my friends thanks to them .
Cant even go in there without having a child. Had to pay some random boy to pretend to be my son to get in.
We had a great party here for my 6 year old son. Clean, relatively good food, and a great value for the money. Balloons, singing, the swishy ticket box, my little one felt special. All of my children had a blast. The party hostess was gracious and prompt. Thanks!
This is the first time I have been to this location. It seems a bit smaller than the one I usually go to so it felt a lot more crowded. It looks like the party area is a little bigger though. Cool thing is they have different games from the one I been going to.
It was clean, first time ever I see this place not over crowded.
I come here for field trips for work. The games are pretty good, with a good mix of different types and different difficulties. The kids have a good time when they are here. However, there are some improvements I would like to see.1. They need to install a water fountain. It is prohibitive for large groups that we have to get water cups for every kid, every time they want water. This is probably to upsell pitchers of soda to us and isnt a huge deal for small families but I promise, field trips will continue to swap the staff with water cup requests and go through the cups like they were, well, water.2. The point cost of each game should be better displayed on the game. Its very difficult to explain how different games use different amounts of credits and how to budget your points when the only indicator is a tiny piece of text on a tiny screen that no one looks at. Perhaps the thought process is that if kids get upset, their parents will buy then more credits to ease the tantrum but Id prefer a more honest and transparent practice.3. The prize counter needs to be reorganized/streamlined. A giant crowd of kids, no line, pressing to the front, is definitely not the best way to do this. Ive seen less assertive kids who got there first wait for almost 15 minutes while every single other kid in the mob pushes their way forward. Ive also seen kids throw a fit and have their parents cut the line for them, because frankly, there is no real organized system. These fixes would make the place much better and justify the ever inflating cost of a token/playpass point.
We had a nice size party group attending a B day for a very special 2 year old. While chuckeechesse could care less. The lazy staff made the experiance horrible. it took them at least 45 minutes to bring one single pizza at a time. And they where completely useless girls working there. The place was a complete mad house. They where the worst hosts of a birthday party alive. Id only hope that no one i mean no one actually uses this place for a birthday party unless you want to do all the work your self and actually end up going back to the kitchen and making your own food (THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO EVER CELEBRATE A BIRTHDAY AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.)
I went there this week and was surprised to see that the place has been revamped. The games have been rearranged and so has been the party area. The looks are pretty standard to any Chuck E Cheese. The games are good fun for kids. There were two machines that did not dispense the tickets on completing the game.Tip: It is a good (and new) option to opt for loading the card with game-time during weekdays. The crowd will be very less and you get to play lots of games.
A few broken down machines, BUT the stuff was alert and very prompt to deal with the machines. Chucky came out..... But wasnt very enthusiastic
I love the timed card to play games. This is a new thing and it definitely works for my children. Plenty of entertaining games for all ages. Not overly crowded on Friday. The only thing I would say negative is the prize selection really needs to be better its like dollar store prizes.
Worst staffed Chuck E Cheese in the area. Chuck e Cheese is supposed to come out and do a ticket splash dance with the kids every hour on the 30, but not at this location. Chuck E. Cheese only comes out if you inform the staff and even after doing that he’s not guaranteed to come out. My son once waited 2 hours for him. During the 2 hours I spoke to their staff 3 times asking when will he be out. Staff is very rude and makes you feel like you are bothering them. Also, when Chuck E. Cheese does finally come out it’s the most depressing show ever. My kids even notice that he always comes out after the music starts and does a poor job of doing the dance that all the kids know. The mangers Ken and Roxanne poorly run this location. It is a busy location and a fun place to go, however it needs to be run by a more talented management staff.
It’s horrible! The game is a scam and they are all out to get your money. And especially I came incounter with an employee and told her that there was this one game where it’s supposed to grab the ball once it touched it. But the grap doesn’t even grab the ball it literally is so loose to the point it doesn’t even pick up anything. When I told the worker about the problem. she had the odasity to reply with an “okay” like what do you mean “okay” I’m not trying to inform you for the fun I’m telling you so you can fix the problem and get me the ball like I have never felt more disrespected.
A little small but clean. We enjoyed our quick visit to let the kids play a few games.
I like it.. we have so funny time
This place has improved so much over the years. It is cleaned and good care of. Kids can enjoying those friendly games. Highly recommended for kids.
Fun place for kids, but dont consider working there. They will hire anyone who walks in for a reason, at least one employee quits every month it seems. The managers and supervisors pick favorites and its easy to tell, whether you work there or not. They cut corners in terms of cleanliness in restrooms as well.
Very nice store!EDIT: There’s a remodel going on here right now and they are removing the animatronic and replacing it for a dance floor for the mascot Chuck E to dance on. Really sucks... and also, the mascot Chuck E. Cheese barely comes out AT ALL anyway, so they didn’t need the dance floor anyway. :,( EDIT 2: Now seeing it finished the remodel isn’t that bad.
Usually Chuck e cheese is a slice of hell for me. But this one wasnt bad. Mostly clean, bright and somewhat open
Some game a broken but pizza was pretty good
One star for the food and 2 stars for the games. Dont come to Chuck E Cheeses for the food. Dont even come here for the games unless you really have nothing else to do. Many of the games were not very appropriate for my young child. Maybe when shes a little older. I think many of the better games are good for 5 - 10 year olds. Even then, there were a few games that simply didnt work. Very disappointing place. We went for a birthday party. Fun for the kids. Cake was not good. Punch was not liked by my child. I dont blame her. She ate a slice of the pizza somehow.
Birthday party!
Not much to do. Many of the machines are broken and dont spit out tickets. A bit dirty
Kids play games and collect tickets. They can have a lot of fun!
They have upgrade to a new coinless system that is very convenient and easy to use. I would say that %95 of the games were working when we came in and most of them were in good condition. Even if it seems a bit small, there is quite a bit of stuff packed in here and it was very fun for my entire family.
My daughter had a great time, they have removed some machines and the Mouse only came out once in the 3 hrs we spent there. It has lost its touch.
Nice place for spending time. And very nice pizza!
Not as crowded as other Chuck E Cheeses restaurants. A few less games but the children and I preferred the calmer atmosphere. The kids love that Chuck e Cheese comes out periodically with free tickets!
I think the mouse Chuck E Cheese should be more animated and happy with the kids.
Worst worst customer service, rides doesn’t works properly they have only 1 person to fix it, kids just paying and played nothing
Perfect no-bother birthday. Manager on site, support team responsive, facility was clean. Food was slightly above average. My kid loved it. Hard to beat.
Pay for cotton candy now because according to worker it was going to fast with tickets...smh
Nice place for kids to play. Friendly staff. Getting expensive .very tiny small cheese pizza 10$ +...and 10$ ticket good for only few 3 or less minutes games! !!????
Big improvement since last year.Game machines are well managed and the atmosphere is much more pleasant.Staff are better than last year, especially Maria was friendly and very helpful. She assisted kindly with buying the card and game machine malfunction.
The kids were happy. The adults thrilled to see the children engaged. A fun place a bit expensive but I bet their insurance is astronomical.
Its just great place for the kids to let out all of that pent up energy & the pizza is ACTUALLY GREAT there nowadays. Good little buffet for lunch. Good stuff
Fun place for kids, decent pizza, rides and games for small kids
There was a little confusion among staff about points vs. dollars. Heres what I learned: one dollar gets you three points. You can get them at the cashier or at the machine. Its pretty straightforward. Start with a few dollars and add more if you want.
Had a great time. The token system is hourly now so its way better plus prizes are cheaper. Would go again
I dread this place in general, but as a parent, you cant avoid it forever. First time at this location and it was so clean and food was not bad! Beautifully kept up salad bar and everyone who helped us was professional and nice, which is rare these days. A big shout out to manager EVELYN who is a customer service PROFESSIONAL and a great multi-tasker and problem-solver. Your establishment is lucky to have her!
They nickel and dime you, there were many games not working, the food is mediocre. I used to live going to this place when I was kid and it just really feels like a the chain is a far cry from what I enjoyed as a kid. Now, you also have to and oick up your own food too.
Yeah it was my first time at Chucks in the last 8 years I have been in the US and i went berserk. So many fun things to do and food all in one place. I am suprised how i have never come here before but until you have a kid of your own you dont understand the importance of Chucks. Pretty big place for having birthday parties and all kinds of food options available to cater to those cuties. You can buy credits to play the various arcade games which are reasonably priced. They have a kids DJ floor and suprisingly good washrooms. The food options could have been a little better considering there are a lot of adults that also visit.
Great place to bring the kids and spend time together. Food is pricey so eat before you come.
Kid heaven...games galore, jungle gym, food options, and of course Chuck E Cheese appearance! Birthday packages seemed like a good choice if your kid isn’t afraid of the costumed mouse.
Nice place, friendly staff. To all parents that their children are sick (with flu or fever or coughing), please do not take them because they infect the other children. When I took my son there were 3 children who coughed and sneezed. The next day my children woke up sick. please be aware. Thank you
Nice place to visit with the little one
They recently did some updates. Clean, and lots of new games.
Its a Chuck E cheese. About what youd expect but in decent condition
Every time we come there we get a smile from workers, such a great place to have fun, even for adults. People in this place is got the patience and seem always willing to help.
The best place to get pizza around. I love how they’re always on time when it comes to serving. The servers are quite friendly and helpful. Best place ever.
Nice place for kids... Needs more supervision about kids doing wrong things
Is very small for Chuck-E-Cheeses
Great. All You Can Play totally the best. Awesome salad bar.
A little hectic but great place to go with the littleMan
This place has gone downhill quick! Many machines are broken or dont work correctly. Ice man and Ghostbusters not calibrated correctly. Operation some how is broken. The flight simulator broken. And my biggest pet peeve, 58K points to hit the jackpot on skeeball! Has anyone ever even gotten 20K? I know Ive never seen a number outside the teens. It used to be generous with tickets. Now the kid plays a game that used to give him about 10, it gives you 3-4 tickets. Block game was 50 tickets to win now its 10. The bumblebee game used to be a ticket per point, now 2-3 no matter how many points you score. Will be taking the extra drive to visit other locations til they get their act together.
We have been here on 4 occasions. My son really enjoys it. Definitely recommend avoiding the weekend and having your party in the middle of the week. Some people are not fans of the pizza, but I thought it was OK.
Love the unlimited play
Visited yesterday and the only good thing was the pizza. Several games didnt work, half of the ticket machines didnt work. Three games my son played didnt give him tickets because they were out and there was virtually no staff to help.
Great place for kids to release their energy.Nice bar for the adults.
We havent been for a couple of years. The new optional time cards are a good idea, which we didnt do, but we ended up witnessing little kids hogging all the coin slot machines like gambling addicts.
Just was the best Chuck-E-Cheese Ive been to. All the games with working customer service is great food was good.
My daughter loves going to Chuck E. Cheese! We usually go to the one on Centreville rd... but at that time we were closer to the Fairfax one. This particular park is really small compare to others and the quantity in food was disappointing tbh. I’ll just stick with Herndon’s Chuck E. Cheese.
This place was just renovated and you can pay for time not tokens. Hint if you have a half way decent shot play b-ball and get your kids some tickets.
