Front desk very helpful.Mostly quiet around the park.Pleasant atmosphere...
We stayed here couple months. In our 45” motorhome. Sites were narrow but ones you are parked. There is no issue. It is a quiet place. Dan and Linda were very nice and they will do their best to keep you comfortable mails and packages are kept safely in the mail room next to the office. We will surely stay here if we are in town.
Dont pay them for sewage dump and water. There is free water and sewage dump at Silver Lake rest area right around the corner, of course they forgot to mention this and gladly took my money...
So many expired tags, not enough parking for cars and spaces are tiny
Poor maintenance of the facility. Overgrown trees cause damage to trailer. They do not reimburse “long term” for partial months if you have to move after paying a full month. Manager Is very difficult to deal with.
This place would get zero stars but I have do one. I didnt even stay here. I made reservation and the owner was initially nice at that time. But plans for us changed and I cancelled only a few hours later. He stated I was within 24 hour period and cancellation was fine. But then I get an email and a $55 charge after he said I was fine to cancel. When I called to question this he argued with me. I stated there was no cancellation policy on their website (his reply was no it is not on there) I said it was not on confirmation email either. He continued to argue and was extremely hostile and said he told me on the phone, which he DID NOT. I will never stay here and feel that fraudulent activity was done by charging me. I do not feel comfortable with them having my credit card info eitherbeware!! I cancelled within 24 hours and quite certain they can sell spot despite the fact he said he cant now. Horrible service. Apparently rules are made as they make them to suit themselves.
1 star at most - the landscaping was nice but the sites were so incredibly squished together I could reach from one side to our extended slide with my arms! And I dont have long arms!I noticed the lack of space as soon as we drove in - or rather squeezed into the narrow entrance off the main road - and when I asked the woman in the office, she snapped No! They are all the same size!. Ugh. As we were being checked in, the large man who needed a haircut and a clean shirt asked where we were from. When I told him NY, he proceeded to tell me everything he didnt like about NY. Thanks buddy, welcome to Washington. No decent place to walk the dogs, the sites were all unlevel and sloped, and despite the landscaping between each site, it was so unpleasant to be in such a small area that we never sat outside!Would not recommend this place. Premier RV Spot in Washington - what a joke!
Maple Grove RV resort is a beautifully maintained RV park. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The restrooms are spotless. We will be back in Seattle in a few weeks and will definitely stay at Maple Grove
Very clean park and safe place to stay your family will injoy the staff. Bathrooms are clean and laundry room. The staff treats you as family. I will recommend Maple Grove to my family.
11.17.19, JUST ARRIVED. PREMIERE SITE, . STAYING TWO WEEKS, NOT BC I WANT TO, FAMILY STUFF. OUR MH IS 34 FT BUMPER TO BUMPER AND BARELY FITS LENGTHWISE. CANT GET INTO BUMPER BOX OR SIDE KITCHEN. WOULDNT BE ABLE TO USE BBQ. AND TOP TOP IT OFF WE GET TO LINE THE LIBERAL POLITICIANS POCKETS WITH A HOTEL TAX OF 96 BUCKS FOR THE TWO WEEKS. WILL UPDATE BUT RIGHT NOW; AVOID IF YOU CAN.
Very tight spaces. No way is it a resort. Check in was easy with courtesy from management.
Very unfriendly staff. We arrived after office hours, no direction on door to our site as promised. Wrong phone number posted on office door as well. Short spaces for RV. We parked truck on side of RV but then could not open our storage or access our steps. Price was ridiculous. Almost double what other nicer parks charge.
We have used Maple Grove as home base every time we return to the area. We have been welcomed back like old friends each time since 2015. Many times weve had to extend our stay due to unexpected circumstances and have been accommodated. The park is clean and feels safe. I dont post reviews often but feel good about recommending Maple Grove.
The owners and staff of both the park and RV repair shop have servants hearts and are doing their part making a positive difference in the community. Recently our non profit was in a bind and they were a great help to us with our motor home that responds in the moment to shelter victims and survivors of major crisis. We are grateful for you.
Stayed at the place for 2 nights.. Made a mistake when parking my RV in wrong site. Despite there being several vacant ones, the owner left a rather nasty message and sticker on our vehicle. Sounded like some imagination was used by her.Internet - it states there is Internet. Trues, there is a network. But, we have never seen such a slow one. All (!) connections time out. We had to use our own cell phone hot spots etc. The reaction to our request for a possible better connection would probably be edited by the webmaster..... What a nasty owner. On the good side: the place is clean and quiet. We would never stay at this site again!
How bout trying to buy some useful Shower Heads.
Great sleep! Clean and well kept
I stayed here for one week. The staff was always courteous and helpful. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and well maintained. The website photo is misleading, you are not near the shore. The pads are nice and clean. I had to do some work to level the RV. All in all, a nice, clean, quiet RV park.
A girl named mandy helped me out at the resort, she was very helpful. The resort is very nice and maintained quite well. A very clean place to stay. I would recommend highly.
We loved staying at KMs Maple Grove RV Park and Resort in Randle, very much. The grounds are very beautiful and extremely well taken care of. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful in every way possible. The river is right there for fishing and they have a gorgeous 9 hole golf course, too.
Today June 19, 2019, i drove back to Maple Grove RV park to check my business mail. As i am waiting for an important letter. Consequently, the office managers Charlotte and Don was there in the office. I always try my best to communicate and be respectful, as i admit several times i drove 10 miles inside the park. And the speed limit is 8 mph. But i corrected my actions after this.Don spoke up today and asked why i was parking two cars in my lot. When he told me on Sunday June 16, that i had to park one of the cars in the oversite parking. Which i did park after working lyft drive on tuesday. But i was too tired and worried to leave the rental car at oversite. So i stayed with the car. HE started to yell at me for this.I told the managers as they yelled at me with violent and disrespectful tone of voices, i tried my best to keep calm and i asked specifically, i dont understand why they treat me the way they do, when my neighbors were parked unappropriately. Charlotte yelled at me, WE ARE DONE HERE GET OUT OF THE OFFICE..GET OUTi asked why are they so disrespectful towards me? I really dont deserve to be treated the way i was spoken towards. With such hate.No business should ever treat their customers with disrespect. I will be filing a complaint with better business bureau and put a police report for verbal assault. No one, especially a customer should be treated with disrespect.
As we arrived very late in the evening we didnt know how much we had to pay and I missed to ask. In the morning I learned that I have to pay 85$ for one night. This is inaccatable in my eyes for a place that really hasnt to offer something special. The only things I liked is that the restrooms are really good and the place is quiet for this area. Wifi is available but doesnt work. Sites are relatively close next to each other. If you have to return your RV rental in Everett at cruise america I would suggest to stay the last night at the rest area a few miles away. Tipp for RV returner: you can refill propane at the 76 gas station just two miles away for a good price.
Spaces are narrow & too close together. Also arent level. Why they call it a resort is beyond me. There arent any extras, like a kids park, pool, exercise room, or even a dog park. Not a place well return to.
The managers were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The park was a good location for the activities we had planned. The spaces were very nice divided by bushes. The laundry and restrooms were very nice and clean. We will return!
Very clean and quiet place. Nice owner. We stayed one night before our flight back. Green trees to the neighbors. Internet is really slow though.
We were traveling through town, and we initially called Lakeside RV which is right next door and they were full. The lady was nice and she referred us to Maple Grove. They had 1 spot available, so we took it. Upon arrival, we didnt know where to go, so we parked next to the office and were immediately verbally abused by a man standing on a balcony over us (like a troll) telling us that we shouldnt have parked there, stating that we were in a tow away zone. I apologized and he stated that he had a vehicle towed before. The sign that the man was referring to was not standing. It was laying on the ground. He was very aggressive and unfriendly!! We were not pleased with his bad attitude, but needed a place. It was over priced for a small parking spot. $50 + tax. Where other nice parks with grass are only $35. I dont recommend this park unless you are desperate.
This park is definitely not as advertised and definitely NOT a resort in any sense of the word. GoodSam should reevaluate this park as we doubt GoodSam would even continue to list it. If this park is the best the area has to provide (as it is advertised), then we feel sorry for anyone RVing to this area. The park is mostly full of permanent or semi-permanent units leaving just a few slots for short timers which are heavily slopped front to back as well as side to side. The parking slots are narrow and not as long as advertised and all of the slots are jammed tightly side by side. To add to our dismay about the physical attributes of the park and its grossly overpriced parking, the lady in the office is one of the rudest people we have ever encountered. We would not recommend this park to anyone even for a single nights stay! We would rate it a ZERO if this posting would permit us to do so.
Watch out for Charlotte at the front office!!!! She’s a mean one!!! Don’t pay $60 a night to be treated rudely. At check in I was advised the bathrooms would be steam cleaned at 9 the next morning. At 810 am I went to the showers and the cleaning had begun. I went to the office and Charlotte says, “Go look in the women’s shower, maybe they haven’t started yet.” I looked, and cleaning had started. I told her I had an appointment to get to.Charlotte hung up her phone, got up, stomped over to cleaning machine and switched it off. I told her I was going by the information I’d been given at check in. She said “Well I guess the bathrooms will just have to stay dirty!” She turned and walked away. I asked “Is this how you treat all your customers?” She just waved her arms as she walked away. The next morning I went to her and told her I thought she’d been rude and unprofessional. She said “I just didn’t want you to slip on a wet floor.” I told her I’d be writing a review, and then she gets sweet, saying “have a good day”, blah, blah, blah. Suddenly sweet.Took a look at the “Steam cleaned” bathroom, and there was still soap scum and mats of hair in the showers.

It isnt designed very well as it is a lot of black top and concrete and the spaces are a little tight hand and not very level. However the value is good and the folks that run the place have always been polite to us and very helpful. We have stayed here on several occaisions and have never had a problem.
This is a great place to station your trailer or motorhome while exploring the area from the Canadian Border to Tacoma, the Puget Sound to the Cascades. My stay has been great and havent had anything to complain about. The managers are a great couple and always greet me with a smile. Theyre always busy with the monthly renters and a high turn-around of the short-term crowd. You cant go wrong here.
The sloping pads are the only negative I found about this otherwise very pleasant and convenient RV park. Come prepared to augment your leveling system with blocks and pads!
Tiny sites, had to park truck 0.1 mile away from site because site was too small. Dog walk is neighborhood alley, trashy. Left 3 days earlier than original plan.
Customer service was very helpful. Great location, close to Edmonds. Lanes are all paved but not overly wide. Concrete pads. Pads all have crowns which makes leveling an rv very difficult. Sites are close together. Have unhook toad before going to assigned site. Only place to hook up toad when leaving is in front of office. Lady in apartment complained while we were looking up.
Stayed here three nights and found the staff to courteous and helpful. The grounds were clean and neat. Our site was tight, but pretty level. I did see other coaches had more of a challenge to get level. There really isnt any scenery to speak of, but I didnt expect much from a location right off Hwy 99. If you are looking for a a decent place to spend your nights while going out on other excursions during the day, this is a good option.
Greedy managers, over priced, loud
Love Maple Grove!Clean Restrooms, Beautiful sites among the maple trees!Very helpful and accommodating management!M. Young
Some of these reviews are ridiculous. Mr. Don and Mrs. Charlotte are great. Lived here almost 2 months and no issues. This is a great place to stay long term. I love it here. Not a better place to stay in the Seattle/Everett area.
Campers are stacked in with no space. Very difficult to park rv and leave and we have a 30 foot travel trailer. Would not recommend this place.
Good place to store your RV....3 months, no issues, friendly staff!!
Overpriced for a concrete parking spot 5 ft from your neighbor.
Horrible place! NEVER EVER will I stay there again even if I was paid to do so.The park is soooooooooooo crowded and sooooooooo tight you can’t breathe without your neighbor hearing it. We went out visiting Seattle I dropped my phone in the car. When we got back to the car I saw I had a message and a few missed calls. The park. I called and spoke to the SUPER NICE office team(Man & Woman) I was then screamed at saying my dogs has been barking I apologize and explained how I dropped my phone in the car.My small family and I have been traveling around in our Motor home for some time now. Now and again we have to leave our dogs behind( In RV ) never had we have a complaint. I told the SUPER NICE lady so and I’m so sorry must be the no space between RV and lots of other dogs. NICE LADY then told me it has made everyone around uncomfortable and she hung up on me. We have cameras in our RV generally we always check on them. But they were having problems with their internet but we did not know until we were away already. To end this review we came back rushing from Seattle to this ghetto town (EVERETT) to find print outs saying your dogs have been barking all day. These print out were tape all over the front of our Motor Home. Who does that? What are we 5. Horrible experience.
Basic accommodation, clean washrooms and friendly hosts.
I really am not happy with this place, no real dog area. Had to walk about 2 blocks up pavement and then across an area used for storeage and overflow parking across rocks to an old run down play ground with wire fence and such rustting away. Cant find a level site in the whole park rates jumped from what they were online to what we were charged
The laundry was nice, the spots are very small and not even at all. Had to block up our rig as high as we could get, wasnt comfortable with that and we still werent level. We have stayed in Resorts and this 5otally cannot be classified as a Resort. Not pet friendly have to walk your dog out to a back alley which was did not feel safe to do. They need to put a dog run in.
Clean looking park but I have NEVER been treated and yelled at so rudely by the owner/office lady. I was just driving through looking for a friend needing a spot for their 5th wheel while on the phone with them giving feedback and I did not see the small check in sign apparently. She walked down in the middle of the road and told me go to the exit and off the property while motioning her hand and saying bye bye over and over. Totally innocent mistake and I do not know why she came at me like that instead of asking if she could help me? Found out a friend had a very similar experience there.
Wonderful park great free and spotless showers. I cant forget to mention the friendly and professional manager. From THE DOTYS
Great folks. Good facilities for everything you need for your RV stay.
Nothing really bad to say about it except that the neighborhood is a bit seedy. The RV Park itself was nice and clean and the owners were very gracious.
Sadly the negative reviews below pretty much sum the place up accurately. We were very disappointed and couldnt wait to leave. I suppose if your standards are rather low, this park wouldnt seem so bad.
Nicest of all parks up and down HWY 99. Checked 4 others and found this to be the best. Stayed 5 months. Park always kept neat and tidy. New seasonal plants always going in making for a pleasant atmosphere. Bathrooms immaculate every time I went into one. Laundry clean and worked well. Don and Charlotte were the hosts. Charlotte is a workaholic, always doing something whenever I saw her. Yes, Wi-Fi could be a lot better. Had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this place
Stayed there several days and it was very enjoyable.I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a extremely clean RV park.Staff are EXCELLENT and friendly.
When they say spacious here, they mean measured out to the exact inch! It took me and a second person (a complete stranger) two hours to level my rig on the site. The truck did NOT fit beside.Otherwise, a clean park with foliage that is very well located for destinations both north and south of it. The price is right. The managers were pleasant, professional and reasonably accommodating. The Wi-Fi works fine. The laundry room was clean and accessible. I did not use the bathrooms.
Good place to use as a home site if you are visiting in the area. Staff are friendly and helpfull, only complaint is we were beside a large 5th wheel trailer and it blocked the wifi signal. So had to walk to the office and use the tablet from there,
Thank you for the terrific stay! Very pet-friendly, clean, nice greenery.
Spent Friday, the 17th and Saturday the 18th of February. When my wife called to make reservations the person who she talked to was very friendly and helpful. They accepted our late arrival and were helpful in assign us a site. The facilities were very clean and the site was set up with room to park a car and a nice pad for setting up your lounge chairs. Slope of the site was slight and needed for drainage. The area is rainy at during part of the year. Land scarping was nice.
Pulled up after hours and nothing was posted at the office. Called and no one picked up. Some lady called back with major attitude mad that we woke her up. How should people know the business phone # listed rings in your apartment? Then deliberately said she has no availabilities (when we are staring at many spots in the overflow section.) Horrible rotten service.
This was our first time in an RV park with ur new camper. It was really nice! Bathrooms - Owners - Facility - all FABulous! The spaces were awesome with necessities, however they require you to level - this was a prohlek for us being newbies!
Its like sardine can of RV Parks....for $70 you get a tiny sloped pad... wifi that doesnt work... barking dogs and double park cars.... the manager was very nice and bathrooms are clean... but this is a very expensive sardine can stay
Def on the pricey end...$75/night for a pull thru...very tightly packed spaces that are far from level...seems to have alot of full time residents, which is not a bad thing...they call it a resort, but it does not have a pool nor anything to make it resorty at all...not even a lawn...BUT the bathrooms and shower are clean and spacious...and the whole park is clean...
Very clean, well maintained. Conveniently located in the city of Everett WA. Open year round.
Tight sites, sorta cramped. Wifi sucks, not what expected after reading about it. Backend sites are not level and as wide as described. Trees overgrown, and we couldnt even put or awning out.concrete is okay, but if your over twenty foot, your screwed for parking your vehicle. Bathroom is nice good showers etc. Pull throughs, some are short for bigger rlgs, plus not all are level noticed a lot were raised high in the front and blocked up, tight on parking extra vehicle too. Payed laundry which at this price should be included. Otherwise clean, and well paved. Noticed quite a few permanent units in park, but they do have a overflow park area, which is full, when I did my walk around. I rated them a 2-3 only because we have a 29ft. Travel Trailer and we were put in a backend site, and it took 20 minutes to place my trailer because of the room situation with the pull through across from me. Im a truck driver by trade and not rusty by no means, very tight for that length of trailer. Would I come back, probably not. Staff very nice, park is well kept up as I said very clean park.
Very Clean and quiet. Leveling can be an issue so bring a few extra blocks if you have a trailer. Sites are small but from looking at others in the area this is common. WiFi is fast in the early part of day but at times when everyone is logged on it does slow down to a speed that would not allow me to enter a lot of my sites. This is common for a public accessed WiFi site. People downloading or streaming videos take up a lot of the speed. If you use the laundry facility please put a very large load in the washers or they may fail to spin and you get these saturated wet clothes to deal with. Overall this is a very good park.
Dont let the online descriptions fool you: this is mostly just a parking lot with some bushes. OK if youre going to be away from the site all day, but look elsewhere if you want to hang around a bit.
Top notch RV park. The showers are really nice and roomy, the Wifi is ok, the roads in the campground are very doable even in large rigs. I definitely would reccomend it to anyone.
Whatever you do, dont stay here! Overpriced for tiny little lot.$600 a month! Owner yelled obscenities at me and my mother with my son in the back of our car because she thought we were going too fast. Electricity charges are random and dont make sense. Blamed us for fires being started by a cigarette. Very unstable person. Yelled at our car as we left the park. Someone is going to file harassment charges on this woman.
I Got almost got hit by a trucks and people in big rv. Rigs come around the conner and they cross the line of invasion of privacy and I will start my own video of the management and early morning its very loud around hear because theres no space in a sardine can lot and she doesnt want a dog standing on an empty lot with the owner with leash in hand lot next to where my friend lives and she sick and needs, help with things its like a,prison camp. My friend kinda of fear of so am I for her personality. Video Camara on my phone when we meet Im thinking.the Lady rude and the people there are stockers and the lady a mean person treated my girl like cap and she going to get sued for falsely a cussing me of living get There and the place has loud trucks all the time also my wife is really dying and own her last days this landlord is mean to sick people that are dying she treated carol like cap never been nice to bet told her to her to get her dog out of her face and off the empty lit Im going to start recording around this park and lets see how she acts towards others post it on you tube shes mean theres barely room to walk outside we have a car and trailer is cant hardly walk a dog between the two there loud they move people in after the rules say to be quit. The water line keeps breaking its breaking again theres so little pressure in the pipes there probably old lead pipes call an inspector or something. My girlfriend is sick And will probably pass Im trying to help and be like nurse while she treated my girl I was hiding behind the trailer door
Worst experience of my RV travels, the owners where psychos who screamed at me and my pregnant fiancee for warming up the rv and not being out of the spot 5 minutes after check out time they then proceeded to hit the windshield repeatedly screaming obscenities and that they were calling the cops. I wouldnt stay here again if they paid me too.
Its basically a parking lot with a set of bathrooms and showers. Wifi wasnt the best for our group of 7 or 8. Hooking up the Xbox to the wifi was very complicated due to the type of wifi network they had (you have to sign in with a username rather than just input a password - like at a hotel). Bathrooms were decent.
The 4 star review from a year ago is correct...this is nice facility, the staff is friendly, and we found nothing to warrant a low ranking review. Don and Charlotte took our reservation without any problem - we were arriving late from Eastern Washington and needed to leave early to catch a morning ferry from Edmonds. We were assigned the pull through we requested and had no problem with our 30 trailer behind our 20 foot truck. The resort is small and well tended, neat and clean. If you cant maneuver your RV through this facility, you probably shouldnt be driving it in the first place. Even though there were about 75 cable TV channels to watch, the Wi-Fi was fast enough that we watched a Netflix streaming movie without any problem. The access and size of the park caught our eye from the satellite view. It looked secure and well contained. That is exactly what we found and we prefer the smaller parks to the larger facilities. Yes, the web site has an architect rendering. However the brochure we received has good accurate photos that we hope can be added to a gallery page addition to the web page. The modest increase in price over the adjoining facility was worth every penny to us. Wed recommend this place to all our friends. The wife says The bathrooms were nice and the showers were great...private and clean. We didnt need to use the laundry but the machines looked almost new and those being used were quiet. For an RV park right off Highway 99 in a urban commercial area, this was as quiet as any rural park weve stayed in.
4.5 stars for me, The Park is clean and the main area sites are quiet even though its just off of Hwy 99. The staff are very pleasant, making you feel at home and assisting you with any problems you may encounter, from actual site problems, to laundrey, etc; to where to find what. The only problems I had, were access to wifi, and restroom being not up to par in the evenings during hi-flow season. The first could be addressed with a stronger wifi setup in office at a possible increase in our cost and the second ispretty much out of their hands and it is only seasonal. Other then those two items, it would be a 5 star. The pros are just too numerous to mention and I have been there since October 2014 to present this time, and have been there on numerous occasions between 2004 and 2007.
Great staff, extremely clean facilities, quiet, bathrooms are AWESOME!My favorite place to stay in Everett.
Very nice & accomodating.
Visiting friends had dinner and left. Too much asphalt and concrete.
Dont bother coming here if your RV or 5th wheel is older than 10 years. No matter how nice it is. These people are tacky.
Very pleasant experience
Very nice
People are friendly.
Tight spaces
Clean nice
Very small spaces. Clean restrooms.

Lakeside RV Park right next door is the place to stay! And the picture on the website is an artists rendering!
