I spent a night at this hotel. This place is impeccable! It’s super clean, the staff is super friendly, the service is extremely good and the food is exceptional.... not to mention the rooms are stunning and high tech. The food is so fresh and tasty. The casino area is elegant and light so it makes gambling fun. I felt super lucky while betting. You will have a great time when you come here

This place was small but it had everything I needed. Staffs were nice too. Corona virus is hurting our economy and we should support this place! Short drive from Boston with easy parking. Take your family and tuck them in after dinner. You and I are going to wager a little for a greater good! Boston Strong.

I am being generous with giving them a 4 star rating. The place is nice they have a good selection of slots and video poker games. The also have a good amount of table games as well. Where they lose stars is at the customer experience and customer service. If you are lucky enough to hit and get a hand pay you better not be in a rush. I had to go find someone that worked there leaving my machine so I could get paid. This has happened on a few occasions. I thought it was just growing pains. The only staff that is super friendly is the drink girls. But good luck getting your drink unless you are planning on staying at the same machine for the next 30 to 45 min. Seems to me they are understaffed or they just dont care about the experience of the guest. At least they did away with charging 32.00 to park. I guess they realized that people dont like paying to park when they are going to gamble their hard earned money.

I love the hotel room. However, casino part is small . Another downside, They only have a few restaurants to choose from as well . Location is very good close by to the shopping area . I loved the hotel it was very clean and modern . Harbor facing rooms was a plus . Good customer service by the way .Will come back again soon .

Beautiful place. First time going. They did not take my temp. I didnt see anyone walking around with sanitizer to wash down the machines. More then enough people for my liking.

This hotel is not playing.. It has taken the hotel industry in the Boston area to a whole new level. The architecture and decor is absolutely gorgeous. The combination colors and decorative styles creates a modern yet luxurious and classical environment that evokes feelings of joy, comfort and especially optimism which is convenient in a casino. You cant ignore the bright inviting colors, the gorgeous and unique carousel in the entrance or the fact thats its all FLOWERS. REAL FLOWERS. At check in youre greeted very courteously and that energy can be found at the turn of every corner by every person who works there. The suite we stayed in was breath taking and very comfortable. Pretty much everything can be controlled by voice (Lights, music, drapes). We stayed on the 26th floor on the side of the harbor; the view is gorgeous. The casino was smoke free, clean and spacious with lots of slots and tables. There are high end dining options as well as more modest ones. We made reservations for Fratellis and the food was good coming from two food snobs. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone whether youre looking to relax or have fun this place can and will accommodate you.

I think we have a keeper here! The grounds are Stunning (I only saw it at night). The walk down the docks and the garden were beautiful! Every single staff member I encountered was very pleasant, and the Interior was Very Colorful! The slot machines were fun! No big winners but we left with more then we came with. Definitely going to be back!!

Honestly, this place is amazing. Slots took my money but the place is absolutely beautiful. Took my gf there for her birthday weekend and she loved it. The room was very spacious and had Alexa. You could ask her to turn things on for you, lights, TV, drapes and more. Their shower is nice and strong for those that love that (me)! Food was great and so was the service. Done rambling but I can not wait to go back!

Player perk programs can be way better. Other casinos give perks to their players like Twin River, etc; they give their players complimentary offers. Encore casino is convenient for those who do not want have the time to drive elsewhere; I do like visiting or playing my favorite game in this place, but the player perk programs need more improvement as well as beverage services/overall customer service. Another thing that is convenient at going to Encore is the Self-Parking garage which is free for those who may worry about parking.

We have stayed at Encore Boston Harbor multiple times when we were in Boston to visit our daughter and also to celebrate my birthday. The rooms are spacious and super clean. I love the amenities like the Alexa touch free, the nespresso machine and the beautiful bathrooms. Encore has great restaurants too! Our favorites are Rare and Sinatra. We also love the Garden Lounge for cocktails. Of course they have a great casino if you’re feeling lucky! Great place to visit!

Great place, AMAZING rooms. Expensive tho... And most of the slots dont pay out.. a small percentage pays out ok but u still end up down overall. Poker craps and roulette tables have been completely empty both times iv been. Thats why only 4 stars. But the resort part of my resort casino, is incredible.

Encore Boston is such a beautiful place!! Everywhere you look your mouth drops in envy!! In my pics you will see a Merry Go Round that is purely made of flowers!! Its a must see!!Also the entire casino is filled with all types of new distancing measures to keep its customers safe as possible.As for spending the night in one of the fabulous rooms... That I couldnt say.. too pricey for me... But Im sure its nothing but luxury! If you can afford it... Enjoy!!

Visit the site for the pickup order in the restaurant inside the casino. Red 8 has one of the best chinese Beijing duck in Boston area. Worth the money!Concerned was crowded casino tables, apparently the percentage of full occupancy of the property is way too much to keep the social distancing and other healthy guidance.

Great place to go have some drinks and place bets. Waitress are rude, dont come around enough and when they do they walk pass you even if you waive at them, and when you go up to them they tell you you have to be sitting down. Definitely need better Waitresses.

We stayed at the Encore to get the full experience and they didnt let us down one bit! The room was something out of this world as was the technology, gambling floor and casino grounds. This place is luxurious and it comes with a price tag. Dont expect any freebies or typical resort amenities. If you come here to experience world class gambling, remind yourself that casinos are in the business to make money and what that ultimately means for your bank account.

Fine dining at its best. Went to the Mystique Restaurant and had the Halibut. The combination was great. Who would think turmeric and mango could be good? The scallion pancakes were also the crispiest that I ever had.

Obviously intended for higher stakes gamblers- lowest table limits are $15 (for any game type), and the smallest slot machines i could find were 25 cents per line. Furthermore, the vast majority of the tables are reserved for blackjack, and when I visited only 2 or three tables each were reserved for hold em and crazy fours (my two favorite table games). Have done a great job with COVID awareness though. Overall an agreeable visit, will probably stick to casinos in New Hampshire or Rhode Island because Im balling on a college budget. Dont know the parking situation, sorry.

This is the best Casino I feel I have ever been to! Beautiful atmosphere, very sanitary environment, wonderful personality on every staff member I encountered. So many updated slot machines big screens! Play for a penny, or high roll with it, either way YOU WILL HAVE FUN! Card tables galore! Clean Plexi shield divide gaming stations! I LOVE ENCORE!!

What a great place to enjoy some gambling and a really nice room if you are going to stay. It was very clean and the staff are on point with enforcing social distancing. They come quickly behind you to wipe all the slots and table games are also available. Great for a weekend getaway or a hotel to stay at when in Boston if you want top notch quality and cleanliness.

Amazing. My first visit due to the pandemic but easily one of my favorite New England Casinos. Looks and feels very much like the Las Vegas location. Kudos to the staff and team who pulled this off. Will definitely be returning soon.

This investment building cost a whopping $26b to build and every thing was well thought out and immaculately finished.It’s boasts of luxury suites, a casino, a night club, buffet breakfast and dinner restaurant, several restaurants, shops, amazing views, parking options including free parking, and most importantly the $28m Popeye Art.You’re bound to have a great time here for romance, family or business.I’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful place but the slots are very tight compared to other casinos. It is definitely not a family friendly place. Theres absolutely nothing for kids. Go to Mohegan sun for a better experience.

Casino is beautifully decorated and games are endless but thats where it ends...very lackluster if youre not a gambler..Had Breakfast at on Deck and dinner at Fratellis.Fratellis was great on Deck was just ok.

Very grand in its design and architecture, Encore Boston Harbor is the premier and must-visit destination in Boston for 2019. A fully integrated gaming resort and luxury hotel, Encore is equipped with fashion boutiques, five star restaurants, and a complimentary gym and spa. My favorite thing about about Encore are the artworks that are scattered throughout the entire resort, and particularly the Jeff Koons Popeye sculpture is the center piece of the entire resort, which also serves as a symbol for the transformation of the city of Everett and the surrounding area. Encore is surrounded by it a beautiful environmental landscape to explore and enjoy. Not to forget the staffs are wonderful and friendly. I recommend recommend visiting Encore Boston Harbor.

Its beautiful the rooms are over the top extraordinary the view is amazing the room is amazing and everything is controlled by a iPad they provide, even for the TV, if you have Netflix or Amazon prime you can log in and watch it on the TV. it is very expensive but you get what you pay for. Which actually I didnt even need to pay for the room. As long as you keep going to the casino and spend a certain amount of money they comp you a room for the night. Free drinks while you play in the casino. Its such a beautiful getaway

Encore boston harbor has a lot to learn from its sister properties in Macau and Las Vegas. The place doesn’t feel nearly as fun and laid back as the Las Vegas properties. The table minimums are unreasonably high, often times $25 or $50. That seems hard to justify in Las Vegas, but this place has nothing on Las Vegas, the cocktail servers come around very scarcely and the atmosphere isn’t very fun. Seriously...you are located in Everett...who has thousands for a bankroll? Save up a few hundred and fly to Wynn/Encore Las Vegas, they have $10 tables, awesome poolside gaming, amazing dealers and seemingly more cocktail servers than players.

Always a good time! Although they took me for all I had for the first time last night I had a blast! Usually the drink service is horrendous which would be my one complaint, but last night it was on point. My Blackjack dealer Eric P. was AWESOME!! Friendly guy and lots of fun. Some dealers have ZERO personality but not him! LOVED him!

It was very clean, elegantly decorated. Due to Covid-19 they had extra people cleaning machines and woman permanently in ladies room which I appreciated . They have barriers up at the tables and machines strategically closed down in-between seats as to social distance. Drinks were extremely slow. Nice experience.

Love that it is just under an hours drive so I dont have to spend the night like I do when going to the CT casinos. Its small so not too much walking or having the feeling of being overwhelmed. Many choices for dining whether its a quick bite, snack or a sit down dinner.

Great casino and waterfront area. The outdoor beer garden was great with plenty of umbrella seating. The casino floor was large with great decor and layout that made it easy to find what I wanted. Staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions. Place was immaculate and clean.

We went dinner at The Buffet on Friday. Honestly, I don’t think it deserve the price, it costs almost $55 including tax. There’s not much options. And there is two exactly same meats stations. I was disappointed for the seafood. They should serve raw oysters instead of Oysters Rockefeller. Doesn’t feel fresh for the giant crab meat, and actually it was very thin.

Had more fun than expected. Staff seemed friendly enough and felt like they had a good variety of games. Free parking as well.

Not the best casino. looks nice outside but inside small and basic. not nearly as nice as Mohegan or Foxwoods. And restaurants there way overpriced for the quality of food...at least the On deck Burger bar is.

People that work here are great. I left my phone there and it was safe and sound in Lost and Found with a sweetheart named Jenny. I only wish that lost and found what able to distribute your items at all hours not just between 9 and 5. It was nice to have honest people return my phone. Also I finally got to enjoy the rooms and they are amazing. Beautiful I will post some pictures. Still not sure about the payout on the slide but I think I am going to work towards the table games next time. she is one of my favorite hard working and cleaning girls that puts her all into it and picks a lot of slack from others that I cant really communicate and English so theyre always sending everybody her way. Shes always diligently cleaning and just such a nice quiet person. Jim is one of the head security is also notable and a very nice guy

The casino is a bit on the small side. Bigger than Plainridge but smaller than Twin River. On deck burger bar is way overly priced. The hostesses as you walk into the restaurant are rude. The casino is clean and bright.

Love it! Fun and comfortabe,clean place for me to go with family,friends and significant other. If ur careful and gamble responsible, which I do a portion of the time lol, then.. makes for a great little visit/date night when you just want something fun and different to do .we just bring a designated amount so that way you either come home with more or dont spend more than you anticipated. . Can a kick out of the fact that if we went out for a night in Boston we would be spending quadruple the amount so we can have more fun here and actually get paid if the winning work out that way. Otherwise were paying for a fun night and thats how we look at it We had a newbie which was his handicapped friend come with us for first time... initially he was nervous and trying to back out thinking it would be crowded or not very accommodating but he was pleasantly surprised, comfortable very happy. Helpful staff and a lot of room for his wheelchair to be able to maneuver around. it was also a special day for us because it was a year since we actually reconnected and one year ago from yesterday we had our first date at encore.

I stayed a couple of months back with some friends. The room was spacious and clean. There is no doubt the place is luxurious, however, it needs more amenities. They need to offer more entertainment or shopping. Hopefully, in the future theyll make some additions!

I visited this casino on New Year’s Day of 2020. The casino has lots of memorable art pieces. The customer service was extraordinary. However the payout odds are very low. I witnessed someone win and they did not receive their money. I will not go back.

Beautiful place, hotel room was super clean, staff was very polite. Plan on spending a lot of money. A couple highlights were a 20 dollar breakfast sandwich or the 4 dollar 20 ounce Coke. Dont know about adult beverages, I was never offered one on the gaming floor. The casino payout seems very low. I got lots of little wins but never amounted to more than my bet. Overall I would recommend a day trip here for a few hours, lots to see. Ill probably never do a whole weekend there again.

I didn’t gamble, but the staff members around the establishment and especially in The Buffet were SO wonderful! I was also excited to find out that smoking was not allowed inside...it made our visit MUCH more enjoyable. I was impressed to say the least, and pleasantly surprised by the options at the buffet. Most things I tried were cooked/prepared well. The one complaint I have is that the waiter was slow to give us water and other drinks, but I totally understand as it is opening weekend. Wonderful experience.

The Encore Boston harbor is a perfect place to escape. While not quite built on the scale of Las Vegas, it offers a diverse set of restaurants and enough gaming to get you through a New England winter.We came for dinner at the Garden Cafe, walked through the common areas, visited the gaming tables, and took a walk along the waterfront.Although it was quiet at 7pm when we arrived, things picked up by 10 in the evening and were going strong at 11:30 to midnight.If you havent been really encourage you to try it out. If you lived in the Boston area its a big change compared to our dining and entertainment of the past.

This place is over the top. Not in a bad way necessarily as you anticipate that in a casino... and one that cost $960 Million to build. The rooms are incredibly beautiful... and fully automated. My company paid for it, so I can’t judge on value. But if you want an opulent stay, this will work!The casino is very nice. You don’t smell any smoke and there isn’t the loud bells you normally hear in many casinos. We don’t gamble so it was nice to have this quiet, pleasant smelly area to walk though.Why not 5 stars? Because the food at the restaurant wasn’t all that great.

Not so clean the bed had a big stain, the staff member was a little rude, front desk for kind of clueless when you ask them a question they didn’t know where to find near restaurant not a family orientated hotel. we went during the pandemic a lot of the restaurants were closed and the one the were open were open it started 12am to 2am Also the outside restaurant would not deliver because it’s hard to park or impossible.

Its a very nice clean environment the employees I very very helpful anytime you need one they are there for you I never had a problem with any machine everything is nice and clean theres only one problem is trying to get a drink I was here for like couple hours and I talked to at least five or six different service trying to get a drink and I did not get it besides that everything is lovely I recommend encore anybody who would like to come here and play its a decent environment

When I got to my car, after leaving the casino, I had a completely dead battery. Dan, (the white hair ambassador) to come to my rescue. If you ever need anything, Dans the Man. He was able to put us in touch with Curtis, who saved the day. It just happened to be my birthday which we found out its Dan & Curtis birthday this month, so we had a lot in common with both of them. Not only did Curtis get my car started but he also went out of his way to present me with a gift & a birthday card. Both of these members of your team need some recognition for going above & beyond there duties. Please thank them again from Joe & Ursula. They deserve a lot of praise!

The casino is beautiful .the food is top notch. the gambling is fun and exciting. Ive been to many casinos the only problem I see is there is a few kinks they need figure out is with the staff I was sitting at the poke bar in the center of the floor it took 28 minutes for me to get a drink. There were four bartenders all talking to themselves. I had put $40 into the machine by then I had to ask the bartender for a drink it was on a Tuesday afternoon the place was not crowded that was the only problem I had it was not Las Vegas service ... They need to speak and pay attention more to the customers then chatting amongst themselves...

Played Pai Gow Poker. Very good experience. Very nice Dealer...I believe her name was Ping. Helped me set hands correctly. I look forward to return to Pai Gow. I usually play Craps.

It’s a smaller casino but still enough to keep you playing for quite some time.You do need to pay for parking if you go here. But there are free shuttles that can bring you in from various locations I would check the website for that.

This was my 1st time at Encore and I forsee many more. I was pleasantly surprised how immaculately clean it was inside. I arrived around 10:00AM on a Saturday. Received my Red Players Card quickly too. Easy parking in their no charge garage with it being possibly only 20% full. The elevator was close by and took me down 2 stops to Casino West Level. Distance was properly maintained by either Plexiglass Partitions or slot machines with an out of order sign on every other machine. That area had hundreds of machines and I estimate possibly no more then 10% of allowed people there. I stayed in that area and walked around for about 20 minutes to get my bearings. I then took my chances with Lady Luck for about 30 minutes. I do allocate a certain amount and almost donated it at when my machine lit up, flashing lights and a lot of noise. People were looking and I was pleased with what I won. My trip was worthwhile and I will be back to take a chance and look at another part of Encore.

Had a great time at Encore. It feels like getting away for a day but at a place that doesnt feel like its so close to home! The staff were friendly, attentive and engaging. It was busy but I still found slot machines and tables to play at. Theres a variety of bars/food and the ones we visited were all a good time. Very pleasant first experience.

When cashing in chips The wait was over 10 minutes.Which seemed excessive.Couldnt wait because of dinner plans.Explained I wanted to chips back so iCan head to dinner.Waited another few more minutes before my own chips were released back to me.3) realized my ID was left at the cage afterwards.Returned to ask for my ID and cash in my chips.Was told no ID was left behind.Was directed to speak with security.I walked back to to the previous table I played to see if they were notified of my ID.Waited a few minutes only to be told it was found at the cage.....No explanation of any kind.4) asked to speak with the cage manager and was told he was unavailable and Timothy spoke with me.I explained my concerns.Specifically about my ID, why was I not contacted after it was left behind.Why was I directed to security and having me run around when it was in fact at the cage?

Immaculate casino offering high end amenities and accomodations. The Encore developers have paid attention to detail including some details no one even thought about. The buffet located on the gaming floor is an amazing delight and a good catch all alternative for those not looking to venture too far away from the action. The grounds look great and the newly open water front is a great addition to the area. Looking forward to experiencing more and while I live local even staying in the very expensive rooms.

Went for my Birthday. The carousel and foyer were spectacular . However being in the casino was something to be desired. Having the plastic around was not bad. Customer service was awesome as well. But the service on the casino floor was worse than something to be desired. Could not find waitresses had to ask a supervisor About 3 times to find one. The first time she rhe waitress said it would be a little bit. She needed to take other orders. More than 30 minutes later a waitress walks by I explain what happens she then tells me the other person left. That I am going to have to wait. This was not her area and she needed to get to hers. Another 15 minutes I finally flag down another supervisor who finally found the waitress. This happened 2 more times. And the floor hardly had any people on it. Don’t understand how they were busy. The last one said it will be awhile and gave me a bottle of water to tide me over. She never did come back. I finally left disgusted.
