I believe Ive actually only been here doing tree work. It seems to be nicely maintained, clean, the clubhouse (where Ive gone to use restroom) is always in excellent condition and the maintenance guys we interact with are awesome. Always enjoy working here

Great 55+ community. Looks like residents really care about their surroundings here. It’s a beautiful place! Three exits/entrances, easy to find, beautiful surroundings. What else is there to need?

Ive lived in this park over 7 years now, and Im overall very happy. The management is helpful and attentive. Its located conveniently between Highway 99 and Mukilteo Speedway, but it doesnt seem like its between two busy highways, because its fairly quiet, considering. Space rent is reasonable, especially for this general area. I have had my car broken into once, but have had no other issues at all. Neighbors are very friendly and keep their yards very nice. Its a nice place to live.

This is a great park for manufactured homes, with lots of trees and vegetation. It was carefully planned quite awhile ago...and now benefits from mature plantings, along with a mature population. Retired, friendly, quiet seniors reside here. Pets are welcome, and theres a beautiful green belt for all the residents and their pets to enjoy. You can safely walk, drive and live in this quiet little retirement community nestled between Mukilteo Speedway and Highway 99. Convenient, quick access to major roads but quietly tucked out of sight.

This is a 55+ community (owner must be 55+, 18 or older for additional resident). Mostly retired, friendly people and great management. There are lots of mature trees and vegetation. Pets are welcome, with a green belt for people and pets to enjoy. It is safe to walk, drive and live in this community. It is located between Mukilteo Speedway and Highway 99, with entrances to both. Convenient access to 405 and I-5. Great location close to everything you need, but quietly tucked out of sight.

Its nice and quiet. I know they have some break in issues here and the grounds people can be a bit over nosey.

What a very well hidden and secure location, I found it to be very clean and was overly impressed with the upkeep.
