The park is a fantastic senior park! Very clean and the residents take pride in their homes and yards. I was really glad to help find it for my parent.The only downside is the rent keeps increasing, and they pay the taxes although they dont own the land! And every change you make must be drawn up,approved, and hiring professionals. Family cant help fix or maintain to keep costs down for residents on fixed incomes.

A great retirement Haven for local seniors. Cabana, pool, easy access mail boxes. Park is well maintained.Very quiet. Easy access to shopping and community transportation.

Nice, well kept, over 55 year old community. My mom loves it there. Downside.... only residents can use the pool. Even adult children of the residents cant. The pool is hardly ever used either. I dont believe Ive ever even seen anyone at the pool, but yet adult guests are excluded. Thats disappointing for this type of community.

Mobile home Park. Nice place. Great for retirees. Grounds well kept. Additional RV storage on the east side. Cabana. Pool.Very quiet.

A pleasant 55+ community of friendly neighbors. Many activities available. I love the swimming pool, although I am extremely disappointed that I cannot have a nonresident friend swim with me.

My parents live here, been living here for about 5years, neighborhood is nice, safe and clean.

Sometimes they get a little bit overwhelmed. 50 + my mother lives there i remodel. And Ive done many jobs for my dear sweet mother and god bless everyone who. Lives there. Rw schardt. Moms little boy well used to be

To expensive. On 3rd manager. Second manager. Company. If you dont kiss butt with management your under there microscopic management. People come here to live out there lives so leave them alone. The threats from management are real and threatening.

Resident Managers are untrained and unprofessional. Harrassment of residents is rampant here and lawsuits follow. Sadly - they do not follow their own rules nor the Washington Manufactured Home Landlord Tenant Act. Company needs to employ professionals to run this place. But - it is close to shopping, freeway, malls, doctors, etc. Mostly decent houses in here if you can stand the management.
