I visited Great American Casino during the week and enjoyed a specially fine cocktail. Even won some money in the early hours of the evening. The security was fantastic as they roamed the parking lot at all hours. The dealer at blackjack was inexperienced which was unexpected. The food was glorious and wasnt that bad considering it was COVID season. The managers did a good job controlling the guests amid some loud out of control people especially under the tent that they had constructed due to the virus. It was warm (the climate) inside which was comfy. We came from out of town to visit family and ended going there. Pleasantly surprised. So from our hearts we want to thank the staff and the management especially the cards which were the kindest. I hope that our next visit will be as enjoyable. Because I would have to come back and have a bad experience since this one was so good. Keep up the great work all you people who work at the Great American Casino. And good luck! There was also two or three hotels just off of I-5 that were accommodating with several other restaurants as well. Which were not that expensive either. Again it was a pleasure to visit and hope to be back soon.

Good place to drink and eat even if you don’t gamble in the casino area. They have aerospace worker’s discounts and happy hour discounts as well. Place is clean and well kept.

I’ve been going to GA for years. It was always enjoyable with GREAT service from the bartenders and waitstaff.Now I come in, and it’s dead. Nobody is ever here and I knownwhy...There used to be a full diverse menu including an Asian food section, which in my opinion was the best part about eating here. And if you look at the demographics of the customers, they’re predominantly Asian, but we all LOVE IT.The most basic BEERS are GONE.This new company taking over this bar has completely severed ties with customers that have been coming in for years, and I’m one of them.HOW CAN YOU GUYS TAKE BUD LIGHT, BUD WEISER, RED BULL, THE BEST STEAK AND EGGS IN TOWN, AND THE ASIAN FOOD MENU... among other things.Not all things are meant to change, Maverick.I miss the OLD Great American.I want to change my rating, but someone needs to hear it.

Good happy hour spot and some fun table games. Our bartender Bree was super friendly and not bad on the eyes. Parking is great and the have atms to get cash for games. Got a player card from manager which she was super nice as well.

Great card tables with low minimum bets. They give you lots of free play. Interesting and friendly dealers. Funny, quirky high rollers amazed me at amounts they were betting. Way different than a tribal casino as all the decor is classic Americana. Highly recommend this place. Also convenient location. I didnt try the food but it looked good and all the regulars were eating it.

I really like this place especially with the food. The happy hour was great pricing and the food is delicious. The only thing lacking is not enough games. Bree was my bartender and she was super friendly and she recommended some amazing food items!

Fun place to enjoy the Seahawks game without the smoke. The food is good with great happy hour deals. And a Boeing discount too! Only complaint is the wait staff is bad at noticing you - whether you want to cash in pull tabs, get another drink or pay your bill - it is a constant wait and it gets irritating.

I casually gamble. I get an alert that I will be getting 50 dollar free play every 2 hours. Walk into the casi o at 2. At 5pm ask the dealer about the freeplay and he says we havent logged you into the computer... while the guy next to me walks in and gets a 75 dollar free play betting 25 dollars per hand while Im betting 100 per hand... never going back. Upon entering this establishment I was asked to show ID 3 times before ordering a drink and once more before I left. I have ate at the restaurant a few times. All you can eat spaghetti night was alright, other than that a better meal waits across the street at KFC. There is two chefs, I hear the Asian food was better. The steak is a rip off. I myself will not be returning due to one bartenders poor mannerism where I found her sense of humor insulting to my entire party. Nobody I met at this establishment was good at their job.

Had a blast here, didnt win much, but at least I didnt lose any money this time around. I feel the service is great here and the food is extremely good too. If youre in the area, you should check this place out.

Gross there were fruit flys on the bar . I wanted for 15 min to place my order, the bartender put water in my sprite. It took 45 minutes to get my order. The Spartanburg Regional check and see if everything was all right. A pretty terrible experience

I Dont go here to gamble. I go here for the food. Extremely Reasonably priced food. Great happy hour menu. The best deal is the steak and eggs. It served all day and not just during happy hour. Well worth eating at any time of the day.

The service and employees are courteous and professional, along with the free comps that you get to use in house. I have steak and eggs almost every morning. Sometimes I have business conversation with clients and with my comps, it pays the entire cost o the food and drinks. I go out of my way to play there more than anywhere else

Small but a nice somber environment. Bar is decently sized with great options for cocktails. I have yet to try the kitchen delicacies but seeing people eat there seems like its fulfilling. Business picks up during the weekends but other than that? Its a nice venue to go to

Not really friendly to new customers or people new to the casino scene. If youve got money though they will make room for you and explain the rules, just tables do not clearly display the games being played and it feels as if you are infringing on people if you start asking simple questions.

Absolutely the worst casino I have been to in a while. So bad I self barred. After spending money for 2+ hours, these people still refused to give me a simple match play. They are totally different from the one in the south, but after that gambling experience, I never want to gamble again.

Today, Dec 28, 2019 we went to visit great american casino to gamble and dine-in. But it was the worst experience ever. weve been sitting and waiting for WANDA (server) to get our food order for almost 50 minutes. we obrserved on how she do her job and she definitely stays longger in the kitchen by getting each of the items or one by one to setve to customers. it was not that busy to begin with. i could have scored her negative if there is a way. What a waste of time it was there.

Be careful with your money at this casino! Its a scary place!These top positive comments seem fabricated by one of their employees or the owner!. Fake business! Managers or regional managers dont have what it takes to be real managers. Even if you submit a complaint to the top management, they will never get involved. Even if you lose your money by their mistakes, the managers dont do anything. Either theyre lazy or they dont do their job. Youre out of luck!

Great food and drinks at very reasonable prices in the bar/lounge area. Clean place with friendly staff. My usual go-to spot to watch football on Sunday especially if there is not a Seahawks game (it can get a little crowded), but for some that is an upside.My only qualm is that even when its really slow in the casino they dont run any cheap tables.. I would love some $2-$5 tables, as Im only a very casual gambler and $10/hand for blackjack seems steep. They should run some cheap tables to get people playing.

I agree 100% DONT GO THERE! the atm let me do a cash advance for a fee(which i was ok with) but after the money was pulled from my account the teller told me that she could not except my card! I have done this time and time agin at this and other casinos with no problem. There was no sign or anything telling me that the could except my card. When i asked to speak to the manager he simply said there was nothing he could do. Now im stuck waiting 48 hours for the money to go back on to my card. Not even a customer service number to explain my situation. This is a total negative experience with no customer service at all!

This is honestly a pretty nice casino for the size. If I can recommend anything it be the food. They have amazing food here which really took me by surprise. I didn’t know casinos could have that good of food. But they have a great happy hour price, sometimes with live shows and performances. It is also right next to a hotel so if you’re traveling and need something to do. Drop by you never know what might be going on. Even if you don’t gamble you’ll still have a good time. Especially with the very friendly staff.

My friends and i had Mac n jacks, blue moon and space dust. Id say all Beers is flat or lost its carbonation? The fish and chips isnt crunchy but more of a spongy texture. Service is fast with drinks but avoid food orders.

Wow have you ever thought you might just stop to get a beer? Well if you do don’t stop in here. No joke but the girl who where working the bar ignored me for over five min. I’m not exaggerating! There where three of them and two had the bar. And not it was not busy. A guy came up to the bar just like me and the server I spoke to walk past me and got his drink and told me it would be a sec after I asked if I should sit in another seat to get service. Maybe she was have a bad night. If so she should go home. I had to go get a manger to get service from anyone of them. Wow

Ive been coming to this Casino for years! Ever since Big Als Casino was here. I like playing the tables for entertainment. The dealers are always professional manner and the bar has awesome service and food. If youre not a gambler go there just for a drink and the food. The environment is really relaxing and fun on game days.

So when you go to a casino if you give them your ID and I give you basically a players card or you check in with them to keep track about the money that you have spent I spent $4,000 or lost 4000 thats the gambling thats just how it goes but they dont keep track so you dont get any comps and no reason to come back and the last four times Ive been there theyve done the same thing do not recommend this casino

Friendly staff and not very crowded. Generous with players comps. Everytime I come in I get free match play and free lessons from the dealers. Only downside is location.

Used to have many different tables.. now getting to be a one truck pony... Biggest gripe is that they allow people to stand around and wait for tables..look at having one player give up a spot when they are playing 2 hands... We dont visit that place much because of this

Im more of a slot kind of person and they didnt have slots, they only had card games. Other than that if you like card games and like 21 and what not, then that is the spot for you. I just kind of walked inside then walked back out Cuz they didnt have slots.

Food is okay depending on what you get. The service is the worst Ive seen in a long time and its consistently bad. You can be the only one at a bar table and still not get service. Your water glass will sit empty forever unless you call someone over. I had to go find someone just to pay my bill and leave. Sitting at the bar gets you slightly better service because youre in their face but even thats no guarantee. They also overlook certain ingredients in the meals so make sure you know what youre supposed to get. For example, I ordered a General Tsos chicken which was supposed to come with some vegetables but all I got was a plate of breaded chicken with sauce on top. The breakfasts are really good when they have everything to make it. Ive ordered just to have them come back and tell me their out of something so I would have to change my order. I really hope they work out the kinks and get someone to overlook the quality of the staff more closely. I can go to a heavily crowded restaurant and get better service and more accurate meals than this place can do with only two people sitting at a table.

The food at the Casino used to be quite good. Was there just last Saturday and the food was great. Stopped by today for early dinner. The dishes were all way too salty, especially the sauces and the fried rice too. They said they have a new head chef with new menu, and I dont think I am liking them.

Friendly customer service in restaurant but we didn’t like the food. One of the dishes came out cold and the other was bland. Disappointing. Won’t be back to dine. Good place to have drinks and watch football though.

Was there in February for dinner twice, about a week apart. The food and service have improved a lot since we visited about 6 months ago when the service was slow and the food was all way too salty. They offer a variety of food and drinks in all hours which is convenient for visitors passing through or lodging nearby. Of special note is their all-day steak and eggs breakfast at 6.50, a super value by any standard.

Waited to be served. The waitress was to busy talking with her friends, the bartender had to come over and serve the table. Understand everyone has an off day, that might have been hers.

Not a bad card room. Outs small but they have double deck and kings ransom. The food isnt bad and the drinks are strong. Dont bother asking for a hand shuffle on double deck. Go when its busy.

Use to love this place I recommended it to so many people. I always get the steak & eggs. The portions have shrunk in half. They dont offer country style potatoes any more just greasy hash browns. The service was horrible. I get its a casino but it use to be great the food & service use to be amazimg. Not sure what happened but now the food & service matches the appearance of the outside and surrounding pretty crappy. Just another dump in everett/lynnwood
