From the staff at Valet, to Dan, the sweet and helpful greeter, to Rob, who will take your bags and remember your name(the little things do matter!), you can not go wrong! Dinner at Rare...steak like no other! And our room...its BEYOND clean. Best place to stay in Boston, whether you gamble or not, and weve been to them all. There is nothing to complain about...its our favorite happy place and my fiance and I love it! And the slots are pretty good to us too!Hope this answers someones questions! You will love!

Lovely location, Hotel is beautiful, my advise sign up for a rewards card before u start playing. The benefits included with the membership are great as most casinos they take care of there members!People for the most part are friendly.Cons, it’s hard to get drinks at slots, there is no real high rolling jackpots, slot machines during the week are set on a low payout. Friday,Saturday are best evenings.Cant speak for the other games as i still with slots.

First time there. Loved it. Aside from one snippy lady (a guest) who thought I was skipping her in line.... the staff was friendly and most helpful. Got a rewards card and hope to use it again. Parking was free. Place was packed but everyone was masked up.

Rooms were awesome! the beauty of the room and the harbor side view are amazing! Rooms were super clean. And the casino was a blast!

For a non-player like me, it gets boring after a while. Make sure to have a plan of what else you want to experience after the casino. It was a great first time though

Has a nice time. Its not huge but not too small either. Everything was kept clean especially with COVID. They had masks and sanitizers. People kept their distance too. Was glad to see this. Note that it closes at 9pm

Very nicely decorated, beautiful location, several delicious restaurants to choose from-while your there if your using your Encore Players Card each time you play a card game or slot game youll be earn plenty of comp points which come in handy when you decide to eat something at one of their restaurants. This place is easy to find in Everett, not far from other attractions in Boston. I have gone several times and had lots of fun and Im sure there is a lot of things I didnt see, but Ill be back soon! I went to Encore casino. Covid -19 has changed the procedures of entering and leaving for a cigarette. I still enjoy a good day of action..When i went to have a cigarette(only allowed on ground level in selected areas) I walked around the grounds. Spectacular! You still need to wear masks and 6 distancing..this day i won on roulette wheel..twice for a $350. Tried playing more,but walk out with 3 @$100 bills. Cheers.

Would not recommend encore to anyone!!!!! If you wana lose money and not have fun this is the place to go!! I go to Foxwoods with $300 it can last me all night here they will take it within the first hour. Your better off just handing them cash and walking away. It’s not worth it, there pay out is disgusting. The machines are so rigged....due to the pandemic there losing money by closing early so that means the machines know how to take your money fast!!

Lost $200.00 in slots. I was there for two hours on same machine and not one cocktail waitress came by. NOT ONE!!! It would have been much more fun with a drink in my hand. I probably would have stayed more and lost more. Friday night 5:30pm. Boo

Cocktail waitresses are gorgeous, drinks are good, slots are okay. Roulette is great if you can win. Just go out have fun you only live once drink love and peace!

I love coming here. Tons of slots with all different price ranges and a lot of card tables. Ive been to On The Deck ($$) and Rare Steakhouse($$$$), both very good restaurants. Encore is definitely in a convenient location for anyone that lives in the Boston area. The also have free self parking

This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The staff are highly professional and courteous. The rooms are fully smart complete with Alexa and a tablet to control everything; from the lights to the TV. Encore is an experience, the kind I will repeat in a heartbeat.

Soo close to my house...very nice fancy place

We only had so much time so we didnt explore the gambling part but we did go to the restaurant Mystique and that alone deserves five stars the service was great we had a waiter named Brian who catered to everything we needed the food was exceptional and Brian was very informative I would definitely go back just to eat there Encore itself is a sight to see for sure very elegant and classy beautiful to just look at I really enjoyed myself.

I love the experience especially the Restaurants Fratelli the food is amazing and the staff was outstanding.

The restaurants are great. The casino hosts and red card staff are really good too. The 4am alcohol cut off is good in concept but I have gone across quite a few drunken altercations. Some of the serving staff could use a brush course on how to treat customers, but if you get a good server, stay in her section

This was my first time at Encore. I had a fun time with my son. I won a little and lost a little. I did learn how to play many different games. You can have fun Keep ALL your slips and let them add up then play just for fun . One day you can really yell YEAH!!!Thanks for a stress busting night.

I am very disappointed and grateful at the same time. I lost $1300 dollars and did not even get the dancing drums. Don’t bet high, they only take your money. They took away my whole desire to go again, for that I am grateful. Foxwoods and Mgm at least keep you entertained. You also have to chase some waitresses up to five times just for a drink. Make sure you go prepared to lose your money, don’t get unrealistic hopes. I hope your luck is better than mine. Good luck!

Its getting better, more affordable tables with lower minimum. There keeping up with safety and have heat scanners when you walk in, pretty nifty

Exquisite. We stayed in Signature suite twice this past month and it was truly breathtaking. Definitely the largest and most opulent suite weve stayed in. We ate at Fratelli which was delicious. Also like their new gaming tiers

Its very clean and everybodys on top of you here on safety of keeping your mask on and on correctly which is covering your nose and mouth. You know we all need those reminders when were trying to get a breath of fresh air but it is appreciated. The only thing I question is I wonder why they dont ever have anyone cleaning the machines or anything and Im usually there late night which I would think they would do it at that time.and I do go at various times. I guess in their defense they do have disinfectant wipes around everywhere that we are able to do so ourselves but its still kind of esteemed odd. I could have missed it though. Its not like Im there all the time just a lot LOL

Very nice casino in town however wish there is more attraction for the little ones. Most of the restaurant are 21+ but they are definitely worth your visit.

The place is beautiful, 1st time going, we are from Florida, hit a slot for $ 780.00 on a $ 20 & cashed out that you Encore for lunch at the New bridge Cafe in Chelsea

Two minor complaints.1. Exiting to the parking garages, smokers gathering right outside the doors. Being underground, is the parking garage considered indoors? Please prevent smokers from smoking directly outside the elevator doors.2. Good luck getting a drink in the casino when its busy (i.e. Saturday evening). Its the busiest time of the week and poor planning creates a 45 minute wait just to see a waitperson and another 30 minutes to get the drink.Casino experience was as expected, some areas they should have control of are lacking.

30 minutes from home. Nice and clean and tons of machines. Screw Oxford and the other casinos like foxwwoods and twin rivers and mohegans. I got lots of free play there too

Had a great time. Although with covoid-19 most everything but the machine are open. I am looking forward to when everything of the casino floor opens back up.

The suites here at Encore are so HUGE that one could get lost in these one and a half bath 5 star luxury suites. The view from the top floors overlooking the city at night is spectacular - not so much during the day time. Room service is just what youd expect at a five star hotel weather in one of the regular rooms or their magnificent suites - the experiences far exceed the highest level of expectations for comfort, décor, and luxury .

Its nice inside, but that nice comes at a cost. Usually loosing 90% of your money. They have like zero bonus play.

Just hot back from Encore ViP soft opening and they have made accommodations to keep the customers safe. Lets see how it is when everyone starts going again. Lots of machines are gone to make space to keep distancing between people. Good luck everyone and may you all win a jackpot!!!

Beautiful insidd and out but unfortunately due to COVID most restaurants were closed when I visited.

Burger deck Hostesses are really super nice Jackie and Catherine,I always enjoy food and appetizers..I think its a bit challenging right now due to all the safety rules,, dont really see a lot of big winners but dont mean they dont exist!! you must take a walk outside the courtyard is so nice and dont forget to look for popeye. when your allowed to again they did have a shuttle that does to the wharf in Boston near aquarium real cheap but no cash,

Played progressive black jack average bet was 50 to 150 a hand.. unfortunately I grabbed my thicker face cover and found myself short of breath. I politely asked pit boss if she could locate a blue disposable face covering. Her reply was no you can grab one located at the front entrance. Being a registered nurse I wanted to educate her that if a customer is having difficulty breathing dont ask them to walk across the show room. She could have gone the extra mile and had one brought to me. I should probably thank her as I did vacate my seat a thousand ahead and did not return..

Close to home, Very well spaced out and comfortable..You are scanned off the elevator (asked to take mask down for a couple of seconds ) and there is plenty of hand sanitizer, Also mask are supplied if forgotten.Very comfortable setting despite the changes .

Its fun the food is tasty and reasonable also it sticks by its rules and regulations

So disappointing. Casino is beautiful, but due to Covid... Not much fun. Blackjack tables are down to 3 people with barriers between, so no way we could even get on one. No place to get a drink, majority of restaurants closed. Couldnt even sit with a beer and watch a game. Hope after Covid it turns around!

The place is gorgeous immaculate... food is very expensive... No pool nothing for the kids.. not much to do there but Gamble and eat expensive food... definitely not Vegas...

They are trying to get everyones money before they shutdown at 9 pm.. no chance to try to win your money back. I hate this place..even if I live 10 mins away . Worst than foxwoods.

So much fun! Easy to navigate from the parking lot to the casino. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean. Stayed for an hour just for fun and played a 5 cent slot machine with my husband. We lost only $15 and it was one of the most fun hours and best $15 we spent in a very long time!!

Do not eat at the Ramen food court. Within in 45 minutes my wife became sick. I would like to say the waitstaff at the food court couldn’t of been nicer. Unlike upper management when I complained. They were pretty much unapologetic, pathetic.

Encore is doing an excellent with cleaning during this covid 19. And well designated social distancing.. One thing - watch stuff, money, tickets and machine. Guests walk around just to try to rip you off... Especially when they are busy. Watch your back!!

Nice variety of machines, with some classics, along with nice beverage service, and an awesome buffet.

Only casino around open 24hrs at the moment, great casino with live tables, black jack, spanish 21 etc. Plenty of slots and much more, beautiful hotel with great amenities including great views of the harbor and city. Friendly and helpful staff. I would reccomend it for a night out, bachelor/bachelorette parties. Very clean there is a crew constantly wiping down the machines, they take temps on the way in and if you forget your mask dont sweat it they will provide u with one. Its a non smoking casino so the air is nice n clean but dont sweat that either there are plenty of designated smoking patios. I would reccomend it over any other in new england. HAVE FUN!! but dont spend the rent!!!

Beautiful, clean and plenty of space. Make sure to take the free water taxi shuttle in the winter. We took it late a night and it was a great experience. Wonderful offering by the Casino. Plenty of food options once you get there.

Worked good but I still will go with the waze app for gps I just like how it points out where police are construction where cars are just stop on the side of the road if this can do that id give it 5 stars
