Michaels is a fun place to let your creative imagination grow... you can see all kinds of materials and form ideas or discover new ones. The prices during sales, like Black Friday weekend are very good. Regular prices are a bit high, but you sometimes you need to dive in and experiment so you can gain experience.This location is nice because the neighboring ToysrUs building is shuttered so parking is spacious. Framing department lacks customer service. Brought a painting in for custom framing. Waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Called yesterday to check the status of my order; phone rang more than 20 times before anyone picked up, and then I was immediately placed on hold. Was told my frame had just been joined and needed 24 hours to set up. Went back late this afternoon, and order still not ready (2 weeks since order placed). Doubt Ill use them again.

They have everything. And employees dont follow/harass you like they do at other locations (everett,)Clean store. Brand new.

I ordered some color pigments the other day for curbside pick up. I showed up about an hour before closing to wait, saw other people picking up their packages, so I called to advise I was outside. The worker said my package wasnt ready yet, but would be out before they closed. Ok cool. Well its closing time and a lady walks out to grab the pick up cart. I explain and she advised me that it takes up to 3 hours to fulfill an order and it wouldnt be ready until the next day. This is not DISCLOSED IN THE WEBSITE ANYWHERE! but what can you do? So I drive back home and get an email at 6:01 saying my order is ready for pick up. I didnt want anyone else to get it do I drive back to the store to pick it up, and store is closed with no order waiting?? Why would you send an email after closing, saying to come get it? Why couldnt an employee grab it when I was there originally? Terrible experience and terrible customer service.

Doing their best to recover from holiday madness, seasonal displays are great. I didnt quite understand why they had holiday storage marked down for clearance but the non-seasonal storage bins were on sale for the exact same price... Also- someone let their husband or kids wander alone (see photo).

The staff is very friendly, and are doing a great job with enforcing social distancing and masks. I felt quite safe shopping there.

Michaels did what they could and had fairly decent guidelines in place for covid however they didnt seem to be on top of it. Perhaps understaffed. No carts where clean even though they had a clean and dirty cart line. But what was worse was how packed the aisles were with people that didnt care about others with social distancing. I was shocked by how many people just packed certain areas. It didnt feel safe. They overstuffed the main walkways with stuff so you had no choice but to get too close to others.The good news is they were stocking Fall and Halloween items and that picked my spirit up and the prices always good.

During this pandemic at this current time which I or bus to visit stores as last as possible I place the curbside pickup order 6 hours later I went to the store called 3 × 2 be hung up on after an hour of waiting in the parking lot I was able to finally reach someone on the phone to tell me my order was still not ready Explained I was there in the parking lot and I would way I was told not to way and to go home I read receive a tax on my order was ready I got the text at 7:00 p.m. when the store closed dating that my order was ready then again at 1:07 a.m. I was told that my noble my order was no longer available And can no longer be picked up even though I already paid for it so I recommend taking a drive with their family and go to the Michaels in Lynwood or possibly Marysville because Everett Michaels does not know a thing about customer service nor do they value their customers so spend your money elsewhere if you value your money they dont deserve your money!!!

Always a fun place to go. They carry so many craft items. Sometimes it boggles my brain. I especially like that they carry Wilton baking and decorating items. Seems they always have what I need.

I placed an order today for curbside pickup, and the email that I was sent said call the store when you arrive, pull up front and open trunk and the employee will place the order in your trunk. Like the previous reviewer for yesterday I was directed to someone else. When she answered I said who I was and that I was there for my curbside pickup. She then tells me the store is open and to just come in and get it. I told her I placed the order for curbside. She again tells me I know but the store is open, I then had to tell her my little boy is in the car and I do not have his mask with me because I wasnt planning on going into the store. She then tells me to pull up and shell bring it out. She comes out with the item in the cart and just stands by the front door so I got out of my car and said thank you and she just looked at me, no your welcome or anything. Im sorry but if your store offers curbside pick up, dont be so annoyed everytime someone places an order.

Michaels is my go-to craft store. This one is pretty big and has all the departments you know and love. Its well-staffed and fun to shop, right across from Everett Mall..

The best place to get crafts for Christmas that is for kids but fun for adults as well. The ladies are so wonderful. I have a special affection for the Everett Mall way store. The manager there is lovely!!!

Very good store for a variety of crafting project needs. I try to always use the coupons that are refreshed weekly. This Everett location is very well lighted, which is a big help when your project has several colors. The staff is helpful and friendly. Also look for clearance items.

Quite a bit of everything. Good deals if you have the right coupons. Wouldve given 5 stars but no one was behind the counter in the framing Dept to help me.

Clean and normally quiet, loses a star because Michaels company-wide tendency toward confusing and/or better-the-next-week sale pricing. Multiple times Ive purchased items only to get a flier or coupon for the following week for the same items for less, meaning I wait, return and repurchase. Because of this, it isnt my number one store for supplies.

I love going here to get my craft supplies, they have a really nice selection of coloring pencils, and in boxed sets. I really love going through all the cookie cutters every time I go there, found a flamingo cookie cutter there one time. You can get lost in there with all kinds of ideas to decorate a room with all the floral stuff they have. There is always a lot of parking they share a huge lot with other stores.

It basically has everything youll ever need and more. I find the space rather crowded as they seem to need more space. Staff is very friendly and helpful without being pushy.

I love Michaels. They have lots of merchandise for a variety of craft projects.Everything is well-organized and most of the staff are very helpful. Sometimes there are long lines at the registers.

I personally wouldnt shop here again, too expensive. But the workers here were really nice and very helpful to find what your looking for.

I like this store for my brush tip markers, they typically have what I need for my hobbie. Prices on some items are unreasonable when Funko Pops are $9-$10 at most stores while they ask $14. This store desperately could use a customer service counter. I’ve seen it now several times when a customer needs to do a return or refund and we all behind in the line get stuck in this ridiculous long wait to do our purchases. Often there will be in other register open butt what happens is all the back of the line people flood that one since the employee doesn’t flag the “next in line” before they open the register. People are greedy like that and will take a short cut when allowed and a good employee should logically be able to see they just helped first people that have waited less.

Well laid-out, will lit, very very clean. First time in a craft store since I dont know when, but I was able to quickly intuit my way right to where I needed.

A great craft store. They do have an extensive selection of picture frames, craft paper, and stickers. The store layout was nice and the employees were friendly and helpful. The only down side I could see was when paying with a card there machine takes forever to process, I recommend paying with cash to speed yourself through checkout.

A very good craft store for all sorts of hobbies

Not a lot of selection if you are looking for matt board for a small DIY project. We ended up using scrap booking materials for the front matt. Large selection of mattboard is reserved for custom framing only.We did find some interesting boxes styled as faux books we were able to use for another project.

Can find pretty much everything here at a decent price. I usually come for acrylic paint which little 4 oz bottles go for 70¢. Store organization is a little difficult to get around though. Like paint brushes can be found in the paint sections, but then somewhere completely different too.

Michaels has an impressive variety of yarn, always have good yarn sales, and a nice variety of knitting supplies.

Theres so much to see here. Its a veritable fairyland if retail merchandise. I could be here for days and not see all the wonderful thingsI just have to have. All sorts of craft items, home and garden decorating...you name it..they have it. Try it...its worth the ride to Everett.

Great Michaels location, Ive never been to this one before. Good selection, and not a very long wait considering it was Saturday and Holiday season. Also had a friendly and nice cashier helping me.

Lots of options for working on projects. They have a lot of knick knacky things. However, some of the stuff can be largely over priced if you dont catch sales or ha e coupons.

Great craft. Always can find a great deal in there and if you cant just download a coupon online for 50% off one regular priced item. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Set up your rewards card so if you ever need to return anything and dont have your receipt still there system keeps a log of it all so no worries. They send regular coupons through the mail and have the best selection of all craft related needs. They also have framing services available also.
