I have a home here that gave me a place to stay while visiting my son and his family. I came every month for two years before deciding to move up permanently. This is actually a really nice park. They have great facilities for dogs a grassy area with a poop bag dispenser and waste can about every other block, plus a lovely dog park for off leash fun. They have a seasonal pool, tennis courts, an indoor hot tub, an exercise room, a pool table room, a TV room, which often has a jigsaw puzzle in progress. Theres a large community room with a kitchen, a TV and some comfortable furnishings, with room for large gatherings, you can even reserve it to use for a family party. Most of the people I met were really nice. All in all, a nice place to live and much more affordable housing.

My significant other and I applied for residency in Briarwood,the contact there Georgia Fletcher was so very rude. We spent alot of time and money with what she asked of us. Then she told us we needed a cosigner. We just got a loan for the house with no trouble. We have live in our current home for 40 years, with a rent of three times of what the space rent would have been and never was late with our rent.

We live here. So quiet so beautiful wonderful place to live. Great neighbors. New management. Has a clubhouse in which they play Bunco every other Wednesday night. Bingo every other Tuesday. Bunch of wonderful woman. They have every Tuesday food from lane County come in. If you are looking for a place to retire This place is awesome. Gated community
