Went there for a concert. Very nice park. It was clean and well taken care of. The landscaping made for great tiered seating at the concert
The park is very good close to the hospital and take walks if you want theres ducks and geese and you can feed them but dont feed them bread I recommend some form of grain
Nice park that we used for family pictures. Several good spots for photos.
Nice and relaxing park fishing and feed the ducks and geese. Wifi
They provide a very friendly and welcoming environment. The park is so beautiful
I love the government springs since I was a kid and they had monkeys there it really is one of my favorite parts in Enid
Really nice park to jog or walk around enjoyable for anyone no matter the age! Not a fan of the bathrooms, but other than that its a beautiful place to take the family!
The most beautiful park for wondering around all by yourself or with family or whatever, plenty of space for those in deep reflect, by the ponds, feeding the ducks and geese and other woodland creatures that might come your way.
Very nicely maintained. Kids love coming to this park!
Love fishing here...should restock the pond...caught several small bluegills and a couple of small catfish
Is a nice gem of a park right in the middle of town. I drove by it on the highway several times when I was growing up and didnt even know it was there till I was grown and living in Enid. Is small but has nice shady areas and a small lake with a picturesque waterfall. Also has a place for kids to play and picknick tables and a gazebo where plays and events are held from time to time
Beautiful park in the east edge of town! Theres a natural amphitheater with a decent stage. Decent parking. Good playground. The area by the playground could be significantly improved with the addition of a splash pad. Theres a water spigot in that area, and everything downhill gets swampy.
Theres reviews for these parks! That just weird cause it just a park
Its call me when I need a place to go to be alone.
Nice place to walk and take pictures
Love this park an the duck feeders are a great add on.
Fresh AIR W/ SUNSHINE & THE MAN I LOVE. AMEN
Love this piece of Enid history. My dad grew up 3 blocks from here. Everyday visits.I was able to witness the dredging and preparation to keep this beautiful spot alive.Thank you all
The nicest place to take your entire family. We went fishing just for fun. Catching a turtle want no surprise no matter where I fish.
Nice place to bring your family
Great place for kids. There are always lots of kids playing and running around so my granddaughter always has fun.
Nice walking trail. Good place with kids play ground. Has a nice flower garden, when in season. Also has a nice gazebo for the finer occasions. Only downfall... the geese have been know to be slightly aggressive.
Great park and small lake, trout fishing in the Spring ... Kids love feeding ducks and geese and playing in the park
Nice little park. And has a little pond to fish in.
Kids love this park.
Nice clean park
Lovely park with a rich history.
It’s great
This is a great park that has been around for a very long while. I used to visit as a very young child back when they had a small zoo. The zoo is long gone, but the spring is still flowing. The grounds are nicely groomed and the park is clean. Sometimes I just park under a tree for a quick lunch and a lovely view.
Kids for fun
Beautiful park in a not so beautiful town....rock waterfall and trees...highest rating because I was married here and for that alone I will always love it...:))
Very nice, peaceful park. The city just replaced the old playground equipment with updated equipment. Lots of kids play here. Several ducks and geese also inhabit the park. Across the street is the Dillingham Gardens. It is beautiful in springtime when the flowers are in full bloom. The park also has a bridge and a small waterfall. This area is perfect for family get togethers or even weddings.
No nonsense. Sold me what I need
Always enjoy visits to the park and walking through to see the ducks on the water. The trash is a issue but I try to focus on the nice things.
Im only giving two stars because the garden looks well taken care of. The park however, is absolutely disgusting. There is trash everywhere and the bathrooms stink and are extremely unsanitary. We are staying in Enid from Texas while my husband works. I thought this would be a great place to bring our kids but we will not be returning.
Quiet, but water is horribly green and has a faint smell to it, like they havent taken care of it in months, if even years. The garden across the way is much nicer and worth visiting though.
Dirty waters...but fish bite
We love this park its our favorite family park something for everyone from fishing to walking the trail hanging out in the gazebo to feeding the ducks turtle hunting or the park area
Government Springs Park is the oldest Park in Enid, and it is a wonderful place to go for children. There are large tall trees to give plenty of shade for Mom and Dad, there are swings, slides, and other places for kids to play, and there is a lake with an arch bridge over it and a waterfall. I used to go here all the time as a kid and I always loved it.
Nice. Clean for the most part. Ducks and geese. Pretty waterfall, fountain and garden areas.
Good place to take grandkids
Really pretty
This park is surprisingly clean for a city park. In the fall and spring the trees are beautiful. Theres plenty of shade on hot, sunny days. This park always has children playing. My kids always have fun. Theres a garden across the street near the hospital. Its definitely worth a visit.
The park itself is nice, but some of the folks that stroll through there make me a little nervous. The last time we went, there was a couple having a full blown domestic dispute right at the playground equipment. We left the play area and went to go feed the overly-aggressive geese.
Always fun to watch the kids play and the geese!
Great play ground and pond. Lots to do.. bring some bread to feed the ducks and geese. They get a little intense but are mostly harmless.
Very nice park. Great to walk.
There is trash, fishing hooks, etc. littering the entire park, the playground areas, parents allow their children to taunt and scare the wildlife, the landscape hardly gets attention, event holders do not respect others trying to enjoy the park. The wildlife and environment get no respect what so ever.
The flower garden is amazing it is a wonder park to walk around
A peaceful park where you can feed the ducks
Good to go for walking laps around water or explore waterfall
Renovations added more vibrant color and family friendly environment!
Peaceful
Medieval Fair was fun and this is a very cute little park.
Its okay has a nice view and minor amounts of wildlife.
Beautiful park great place for a wedding or just taking pictures
Nice place
A good place to relax and also to attend some events.
Nice to walk around. Lots of trees. Nice to take pictures too. I saw people fishing there.
Great place for a midday walk with spouse
Love taking my boys here to catch perch
A good choice for a quick park stop to let the kids run it out
Love to walk the paths at this park. Beware of the mean geese!
I got married here. Always something cool going on.
Quite Place & Beautiful Gardens
Relaxing park with really pretty flower garden

Really nice, great place to walk around.
Great little park
Going on to go walk there have fun just watch out for drug dealers
So pretty here! Feeding the ducks is nice. Good safe playground. Fun festivals throughout the year
Really really really really really really fffffuuuuunnnnnn
Always help your brothers before they stick out there hands
Very nice park to spend the day. Watch out for the geese! They like to bite!!!
This is an awesome park to take family snaps with the pond ducks and the beautiful waterfall. Will return with the grandkids
This is a nice park for the Enid area. I like it a little more than Medow Lake park. Meadow Lake park tends to have too many people there in the afternoon.
Very pretty park for a picnic.
It was good but the slides where really hot but you cant change that
Beautiful park and historic scenery.
Generally a good park family friendly right by the hospital and wide open area plenty of fishing great place to cruise on a longboard
Nice place to take the kids
Its a very nice park almost always has an event going on during the nice weather. New playground equipment, with the most picturesque walking trails in town, and fishing from the bank or multiple docks.
Nice park to fish, picnic, feed ducks, or just let the kids play on playground. Also has bridge over water and waterfall. Has a bandstand.
Great family park with great park views. Outside of the park, not so much. Still, its great for kids, and its a good place to relax.
Nice park. Great little lake
Its a great place to take a walk or play with my kids or try n catch a little fish or feed some ducks.
I love going fishing here but one thing is the trash need a lot more work on or find a way to monitor it better
Other than the geese trying to attack it was a great park to go to.
Excellent
Wonderful park, nice and clean, new play ground.wondeful place for kids and summer partys
Too hot in july
Pretty nice park but I dont know how much work is put into it by the city.
Its great if you like being outdoors.
Well kept very relaxing just sat down and enjoyed the surroundings beautiful thank you Enid....
