Ryan did a fantastic, no pressure job fitting me. I have been looking for new irons and he helped me make up my mind. I ordered a shirt on line and it was waiting for me when I got there. I highly recommend this store for your golf needs.

This place is much like a typical golf shop. The reason why I gave it 3 stars id because they have decent pricing on used clubs. On this day they even had a good selection of closeouts.

I’d give it a 0 star if possible. Walked around the store 3 times without any workers asking if I needed any help, CLUBS IN HAND. Went up to John the front door greeter and was very rudely directed to someone in the back, got back there and was again rudely directed to someone else. No one seemed willing to help me AT ALL, and I was actually going in, with hopes of purchasing a new set. Spent 20 minutes standing around getting 0 help and even the cash register guy seemed like he’d rather be doing something else. I’d recommend ANY other golf store or a online store before you even think about checking these unhelpful “golf guys” out.

New set of irons. Competitive. Most of the staff have been there through the name changes. A first stop for equipment or repairs.

I have never written a positive or negative review in my life...but Golf Galaxy is such a bad experience, that I thought I would let them have the first one. If I could give them a 0, I would. They have had the worst customer service both in-store and online for years. This poorly run store is constantly a running joke with my friends and family. Just look at all the other 1 star reviews for more proof. And you probably ask, why do you continue to shop there? Well there really isn’t any other brick and mortar golf store, so they have a nice monopoly in the industry. Aside from the enjoyment of buying new golf clubs, apparel, etc...I’d have a more enjoyable experience at the DMV or Post Office.

All of the gentlemen were very nice and helpful. I did miss seeing Kelly.

I had purchased golf shoes through Dicks Sporting Goods online and soon realized they were extremely uncomfortable. I went to Golf Galaxy to look for new ones under the impression I was just going to eat the cost and get new more comfortable shoes. I did not realize that Dicks owns Golf Galaxy and the guy I spoke to, Shawn, was fantastic to work with. He helped me out with an exchange on the old shoes and made a recommendation for the shoes I ended up purchasing. Very happy with my experience and will definitely be back.

Huge thank you to Ryan at the Golf Galaxy of Englewood (Denver.) Was there on a weekend trip and decided to stop in and take a look around. Great store! Took them up on a fitting and went through a number of combos on all the drivers they had. I was seriously out of practice but Ryan was more that patient with me. He did a thorough and fantastic job! Ended up really liking the Mizuno ST190.

Spent about a half hour looking around in this place on an afternoon when it was pretty much dead, had one person half-heartedly ask if I needed anything. Not exactly a welcoming environment for someone new to the sport whos already intimidated by it. On the plus side, there seemed to be a pretty wide selection of products, just no one very eager to sell any of them.

Great knowledge of clubs, products and excellent service! Kyle helped me find exactly what I wanted! Daniel was very helpful by carrying my purchases to my car, I really appreciated that!

Picked out a club and was fitted for it - was excited about my purchase. I went to the register and the price came up over $150 off the listed price. The manager came to the register and we walked to where the club was and the price was clearly listed. The manager didnt know what was up with that and asked if we could meet in the middle, and then rescinded his offer because it would be below his cost. Extremely disappointed and will not shop here again.

I visit the 9657 E County Line Rd, Englewood, CO 80112 location and I can only say great things about this and the Westminster, CO - Golf Galaxy location. Today I spent some time with Ryan Husted getting fitted for a driver. It was one of the most pleasurable fitting experiences I have ever had. John is the store manager and he is equally great to work with as well. The store has a great selection of new and used irons, drivers, fairway woods and wedges. You will also find a great selection of clothing, shoes, etc. I cant say enough great things about this Golf Galaxy location. I have been shopping here for years, when it was known as a Golf Smith. The staff is always amazing and I have never had a negative interaction. Again if youre in the market for new or used clubs go here. Not the PGA Super Store on Arapahoe. The staff here is far better, professional and knowledgable.

Got back into golf in the last year and have bought all new clubs at Golf Galaxy. I made several special orders and was pleased with the help I got in selecting and fitting my clubs. I had an issue with one of my orders, but Dean, the store manager, made things right.

Unelievable service. I worked with a a gentleman named Reed. He was very helpful and knowledge able about clubs and if I needed to get fitted. Helped me on my stance and swing as well while testing out some clubs. Great experience I will definitely be back.

Used to be so much better. Now staff wont look for headcovers on used equipment. Dont even say thank you on a thousand dollar purchase... Just said yea after I said thanks.

Used to really like this place, however it is a completely different story now. Staff is straight up rude. Treat you as if your a waste of time and know nothing at all. When this first happened I thought nothing of it but then it continued to happen. Won’t be spending another dime at this place since your entire staff doesn’t care at all. Nice one Golf Galaxy.

Chris helped me and my son at the simulator (what a cool computer system that is!). He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgable. I felt like he cared about us and Ill be back for more business decisions at this location. Every time I go here I get great service. Kind and professional feedback. Keep it up. Wish I wouldve tipped Chris $100 for his time.

The measure of s good company is how they treat you after the sale. Catch this story out. Bought a new pair of golf shoes that killed my feet after trying them 3 times. I was in for something else and stopped at the shoes section. An older gentleman heard my story and said. Lets measure your feet. Both! He determined I had the worng size and need wide. He asked if I had shoes which were in my car. I told him they were worn and didnt have box or receipt. He asked, you buy them here? I said yes. Well, we what you happy and comfortable. Well exchange the old for this new softer one. Wow, thats CUSTOMER service. Wont shop anywhere else.

Cool clubs. Hard to buy anything when nobody wants to do their job and come sell some clubs. Walked in with full intentions of buying a new full set of Taylormade clubs. Went else where and got my M2s!

Amazing customer service. United airlines broke my driver and wouldnt do anything but Kyle did an amazing job helping me get my club taken care of. I was sincerely impressed. Thank you again Kyle and golf galaxy!! #unitedsucks

Chris was great when trying out drivers. Did not blow me off, because I was an old lady. Knew his clubs and just plain knows his stuff. I will be back...

Went to this store on a Saturday morning to get a club fitting for a new driver. No one ask if I needed help. After asking if I could get a club fitting I was directed to a hitting bay to warm up. I was told a fitting professional would be with me in about 5 minutes and that I would be his next fitting. The fitting professional proceeded to help 2 other customers who came in after me and never once even acknowledged that I was there. What makes matters worse is that I was standing right in front of the Manager and the fitting professional when the manager told the professional that I was his next client. Wow!!!!! I wont be going back to Golfsmith again.

I went in to get an advanced club fitting from a golftech pro. He told me with my club speed I need a senior flex shaft. But since he already asked and found out I am new to the game he set me up he set me up with regular flex. Knowing I will use these clubs for years. The instructor Dan was great he coached my game while giving me a thorough club fitting. My game is now much improved. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

I had dealt with poor customer service at this location before but Scott helped me out when PGA Tour Superstore would not. Now I am a huge fan. Great simulators, great used club selection. Great place. Highly recommend

This store has the best customer service. My travel bag tore after about 10 months of having it, of course I didnt have the receipt, they exchanged it with no questions asked. This store gets all my business when it comes to anything golf.

We went to this store for a tent sale. We arrived at 8:00 pm after receiving an email that the sale closed at 9. When we arrived the sale was closed. My wife approached the manager at the service desk and asked about the sale. He told her it was closed.She said Thats frustrating because we drove a long way to come to this sale based on an email that it was open until 9.He literally screamed at her well its closed! so loud I could hear him halfway across a large store.There are places to buy golf gear without being abused by the store manager.

Horrible customer service! I wanted to get fitted for a new set of clubs and was ready to spend over $1500. Their store staff acted like I was at the DMV Well get to you when we get to you and you should be thankful we even acknowledged you.After being told by the first person to wait by the hitting area for 30 minutes (without anyone even acknowledging me, The only person to talk to me as I was walking out. They still said oh it will just be another minute. Were really busy.Save your $ and go else where.

A huge golf store with a LOT of clubs to choose from. They have awesome simulators and the people were really nice and prepared to help me find good clubs. If you need new clubs this is the place to buy them.

This store is incredible. The custom fitting I received on my Callaway XROS from both Shawn and Toby was both informative and professional. They had the irons in stock and I was playing that afternoon! It really was a great experience.

I ordered a new set of Calloway Apex irons and the guy said they would be here within a week (ordered Monday to arrive Friday). LIES!! I just called the store (Saturday) and they dont know where the clubs are and will have to wait until Monday to call Calloway (drop ship order) to see where it stands. I told the guy I was leaving for Tucson the following Wednesday and he said it should be here well before you go and so here I am waiting to see what they say on Monday prior to departure date. I even ordered these from the store after hitting the demo set and the guy still lied to my face. PGA Superstore or Golf Galaxy now has my business going forward.
