Avoid this place like the plague. if youre thinking of living there, have someone punch you in the face until you reconsider. If you already live there, you know what I mean. Management is predatory, late fees pile up faster than you can pay, and in the end youll pay more for a temporary residence with a postage stamp sized yard, than if you just rent a real home.

I read all the reviews before we moved in, and I thought the bad ones cant be true. We lived here for over a year the bad reviews are very true!! We also moved here because we needed something right away. Please take this warning the place is terrible, the prices are outrageously high. If you have any kind of serious situation that will affect you paying on time, $425.00 will be added to your rent!! Oh yes Jill is the pain they say she is!! By the way most of the good reviews are from people that work for the company!!

If you love roaches this is the place for you. The manager is horrible. They raise your rent every year. They now your grass and then charge you for it. Worse place to live dont move here you will be sorry

I rented for three years here. The staff was rude, Maintenance was almost non existent and was charged for repairs that were never made by the staff when I moved out I was warned by the few maintenance people that the manager, Jill always burns everyone when they move out. I can attest this is true. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! .

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE !1) They raise your month every year. Our rent starts low and was raised AGAIN this year. We are paying around $700 just for lot rent! There Rent raising notice states they raise rent based on curb appeal on the surrounding neighborhood. Which I dont understand.2) When we first moved in the house came with a shed. And it was already in really bad shape. They are now charging US to fix a shed that it theirs. Because we only own the house, NOT the shed. (Meaning if we moved the house we wouldnt be allowed to take the shed with us) but they are requiring us to fix it or buy them a new one.3) Our house came with a deck, which they made us repaint a couple days after moving in. Its been about 2 years and they are asking us to repaint it because it looks ugly to them ...4) If your grass grows even a little they immediately issue a FINE notice to cut the grass. They also as you to pick the weeds out around your house so there lots stays nice and they ask US to buy flowers for curb appeal or they will have someone do it for us and then charge us.5) You are not allowed to have a grill, benches, or anything the deem junk in your yard. And you cant park on the street, only TWO vehicles per house. Every week we get notice about this. It seems to be a rule for only people who own there homes here. As the renters next to us who rent park on the street daily, they also have a grill right out front and there house looks like its falling apart. But when speaking to them, they have said they never get notices from management about any of it.Almost weekly we get notices and fines from management here. It is the WORST place to live, and the ladies in the office turn from sweet to bitchy the moment you bring an issue up to one of them. If possible DONT waste your time. And dont get stuck living near there office like we do. I would request one in the back, if your still planning on moving in so you have a little freedom.

The manager here is very unprofessional and rude. There is an office here at Four Seasons but no one is ever in there, you always have to go to Cobus Green to talk with someone and I truly feel unsafe leaving a money order for lot rent where no one is ever at. I know I can speak for everyone here and say that the manager is sneaky, rude, unprofessional, and the biggest liar youll ever meet. When I moved in here the pool was in walking distance but now you have to drive to Cobus Green to use a little pool thats for that park and the two Four Seasons parks.

Rent is ridiculous. 870 is what I pay now. For a trailer. Yes, they gave me a break down or whatever. How would I know they dont make these prices up? I complained about my dishwasher and furnace more than once no one has been out to fix it. Yet, I get a notice about my miniblindes! Petty. I needed somewhere to live in a hurry and was taken advantage of. I wish I was rich Id move out of Elkhart the whole town is rude and terrible.

I would not live here again. and I would not say why publicly due to I would not want to get myself in trouble.

HORRIBLE PLACE, we had a constant running toilet that raised our water bill from $4.15 every month to $75!!! Everyone is rude, the told us we had 9 lease breaks...we proved we didnt and are STILL getting evicted. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

A wonderful place to live, they are strict and expensive, but also well maintained, clean, quiet, no police calls, break ins, fights amongst neighbors, Ive been here 5+ years without incident of any kind here! And they make you maintain your trailer, yard, sheds, weeds, its got a beautiful curb appeal thats not missleading, enjoy quiet, peacefull, safe, clean, living, drive thru you will see for yourself, Connie

If you love roaches you will love this trailer park,they are infested,if you love being stalked you will love this trailer park,Jill, the manager, has her maintenance workers take pictures of your trailer every chance she gets, the office workers are also rude morons. You have been warned.

I will start by saying that I would not have moved here had I known how rude, and ignorant the people around me are. I have lived here less than a year and have had to deal with a rude office attendant, lazy landscaping, and flat out money being robbed every month due to there various yard charges. I continuously get a notice on my door to trim and mow my lawn of which if not done within a 2 DAY notice I am charged 45 dollars for someone to do a terrible job on my lawn. I own a mower and have discussed this with the office and they still persist on trying to squeeze every penny out of you. Now I am given a notice to go out to my parking spot, which will destroy your shocks and struts on your car, and get every piece of grass from every crack around my driveway. On top of the lawn care issues, I have to put up with insanely loud stereos that vibrate my house, my garden was destroyed by the neighbor dogs, my trash can wheels were busted off by kids walking by, and I have people constantly revving their engines and bouncing them off the Rev limiter! This is by far the worst place I have rented from and I seriously urge anyone looking here to look somewhere else! I also had my screen door repaired due to weather and was charged almost 200 dollars for someone to screw in a piece of metal and put on a new handle (which broke within a week). Like I said do NOT rent from here!Edit: watched the landscaper pull his zero turn mower up next to my Fiances car, he couldnt fit between the car and the trailer so he proceeds to lift the flap on the mower, barely missing her bumper, lower the mower deck, and blast her and my car with rocks, leaves, sticks, and dirt. I confronted him, and he instantly got mouthy and disrespectful. Like i said, the stress here is not worth it. Also had someone walk by and cover my car in mustard. Leaving a permanent yellow spot. Its a shame, because i got a newer trailer, that was not that bad, and it could have been a pleasant stay for the 2 years i lived here.

Driveway designs are horrible and thank goodness I have a jeep cause the speedbumps are atrocious!!

The manager of this place is totally evil she gave my mother and I TWO days to move out, when asked if we could have longer because if not wed be homeless, she didnt care and said no, when she got the eviction from a judge even though she knew wed be homeless and my mom was crying, she was HAPPY about it, she is the devil,shes harassed us ever since she started working here, Ive become friends with the people that work here and my neighbors, she harasses EVERYONE, literally EVERYONE,nobody who lives or works there likes her, not one single person, do NOT move here,living here is the worst decision Ive ever made and I feel bad for anyone that has to live here and deal with her
