A great place to work out and they really treat us well. They have done a great job setting up an outside area for us to work out in during this difficult period.
My first time visit at this location, the gym is nice but the customer service! If I could give them no stars I would but unfortunately I can’t.. like this guy who was also a customer there working out along with us said this gym runs by some bunch of kids and they have no respect for their customers.. none of them at all! They need to work on their customer service everything else looks fine to me! Am good with any kind of the lack of the gym but a better customer service and RESPECT!
I just joined and love the variety of equipment. I dont see many members wiping anything down after using machines ect. Im actually shocked people arent being more careful and no employee enforces new rules of making sure we wipe down equipment or will be asked to leave if we dont. Thats what was told to me when I joined over the phone. Safety first.
After the gym being closed or semi closed for several months, I went for the first time in a long time, the cardiovascular machines didnt work. Either the cardio machines worked or the TV wouldnt work or vice versa. I would think these machines are checked on a daily or at least weekly bases. When I reported this to the front desk, the youngman was not very friendly, and acted like I was bothering him.
We signed up on June 19th so we can use some weights. Cyrus signed us up. We paid $100 upfront. Cyrus informed us that we can freeze our account anytime since we had told him we travel a lot for work. On June 29th, I emailed their manager Maria Ramirez asking about freezing or cancelling (whichever was best). We never heard back from her. We then emailed Cyrus on July 9th regarding the same situation. Again, never heard back from him either. I ended up calling the location today, and Maria answered and I had told her what we needed to do with our accounts and I had communicated that Ive been emailing Maria and Cyrus and all she said was, with an attitude oh Ive never gotten any email. Like come on youre a MANAGER, even I know that even if I didnt receive any email from a customer I would apologize maybe it was sent to a wrong email, or that it got sent to a spam folder but instead she was sooooo rude with an attitude. So I was just like whatever, just please freeze my account. Throughout the whole phone conversation she was rude, and unprofessional. Then I called again, a different person answered and I just asked to confirm her email address for me and yup, I did have the right email address. Im going to give Cyrus the benefit of the doubt, maybe hes off or on vacation thats why he hasnt responded to my email. Just for the record, I email them because when I can theyre usually not in or theyre too busy with other customers. And with email, you have receipts of the conversation.Other staff are okay, they greet you and they leave you alone. They had someone at the door telling people they have to have their masks on at all times. But then no one is on the floor walking around to talk to people who do not keep their masks on. Two men came up to me with no masks on and they came to me too close, 2 ft apart! And the members here are so rude for some reason. Like I dont know what their deals are lol.Equipments are okay, theyre pretty old but they do function. But this location is always crowded. Cant really social distance
Staffs are friendly and provide great service! My kids love the kids club. You have a variety of equipments and the atmosphere is pleasant. My family enjoys going to the gym.
Love the Gym, clean and friendly staff. Not enough handicap parking and I would like to see the no parking zone near the front of the store changed into handicap. I would also like to see more foot straps for the bikes in the gym. There are only two straps for more than ten to fifteen bikes.
As a new member for one week, I love it so far! My kids love kids zone and staff. The salesman Matt was the best! The only one thing I think needs to improved is cleanliness in shower and restroom area. It was not clean and has odor. Also, many lockers were broken and needs to be replaced.
Its a good gym to get a workout in but the sauna and steam doesnt seem to work like it should. The fact that they charge 85 dollars a month, there shouldnt be an issue like this. Every time I go to the steam there is no steam and sauna is not even close to hot.
I love that the steam room is usually so clean!! I dont see that a lot in other gyms. Plus it smells like vapo rub and I love that. The pools are heated and I just figured that out yesterday and that was so amazing!!! Im very excited about this. My friend and I love to come to this gym also bc the layout doesnt feel all crowded and awkward. I just really appreciate a clean space and this is it.
It’s bright and feels open. 98% of the machines work. The gym is cleaner than the other CalFit gyms I visit. It’s easy to get to and within walking distance of my home. With the renovations, we see how our November “club improvement” fee is used.
Very bad gym. Very dirt. No soap. Sanitizer. Staff is rude not friendly. Machines down. Do not recommend this location.
Love the variety of classes at the two locations near me, Laguna and Bond. My favorite classes are Gentle yoga at Bong location on Monday and Friday, Wednesday is good too but hard to make that one and the Flex & Stretch on Tuesday & Thursday at Laguna location.
The gym is a great place to work out. The staff of helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and well maintained. The kids club is my grandsons favorite place to go when hes visiting. It all makes working out more fun! Thank you
I wonder why for the membership they have to call you everyday for follow up, nicest gesture? But the moment you said you are cancelling your account, all you can hear from them is go to online, answer as much as you can, then submit,,, and if you really beg for help to cancel the account, staff will help you but you will experience the worst rudest attitude ever in your life. I swear i will not go back to this fitness center again. I even asked why cant they cancel my acoount when i already drove here, replied “ asked the corporate”.To the corporate, why dont you let walk in cancelling? I dont get your point!!!!
Fully equipped gym with kind staff and people of at all different fitness levels, working hard! The Kids Club is amazing!
I started going to Cal Fit to give my son another place to play other than outside at my apartments with the foul mouth kids around here. The clubs are always clean and well taken care of from head to toe. I just moved to a nicer apartment so I cancelled my membership for now but I will be back at it at a later date. I highly recommend Cal Fit if you are looking for a family friendly gym!!
Been coming to this location for about 2 years now and I love it. Kids love it too. My 4 year old calls it gym school . My only complaint is it gets really hot inside, like the AC is NEVER on. Other than that.....and they need to have a space for smaller lockers on the floor, which you can bring your own lock for. Because not everyone needs a big locker for a wallet and a purse.
Great gym! Joining CalFit Laguna was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Personal Trainer Ryan Brager has literally changed my life. He’s the best! I’m 61 years old and haven’t felt this good or had this much energy in 20 years! I’m so much more active now and am able to enjoy an active retirement!
Great gym with a huge variety of equipment, classes, rock climbing walls, several pools, great personal trainers, and I love being able to drop off my kids with staff I can trust. It’s a place the entire family can enjoy!
A great Sacramento gym to get in a good workout. Good selection of weights, well maintained racquetball courts, and a nice hot sauna. But, if youre looking for a relaxing hot post workout shower this is currently not the place. Showers in the mens locker room are lukewarm at best sometimes bordering on cool. Its been this way for about a month and a half or so and though I mentioned this to the counter staff nothing has been done. Hopefully the hot showers will return once the cold weather returns.
Love this gym! Great atmosphere and great energy!
I love the location and hours of operation... it fits my schedule perfectly! Thank you!
Thanks to Cyrus Mitchell I was deceived and charged 3x more than what was discussed over the phone. I can’t stand these facilities conniving lying people, ended up losing out on $200+ so if you’re planning on going to any of these locations think twice.
Body Fit classes are awesome! The instructors are excellent! Kudos to Kelvin Jenkins!!
A great place to become and stay fit--at your level.
Great gym to workout, has everything you need from yoga to cycling, lifting weights, daycare, racquetball courts, kids club, basketball courts and best of all the swimming pool.
Love this facility! Very clean, friendly staff, lots of various machines and classes to participate in. The best gym hands down!
Awesome environment, great area surrounded by many other top of the line sport activities including bowling laser tag indoor paintball MMA and indoor surf all in the same building! Sign up during yearly specials for amazing deals on couple memberships! Good size rock climbing wall indoor courts and plentiful amount of cardio equipment. Separate Olympic weight area as well. Can get very busy... but between 2-4 and after 9 minimal members. Great pool area Co-Ed steam room and sauna as well. Free daily lockers as well.
I have been a CFF member for almost 4 years, I have only been to the Laguna Location as it is the closest to my house. The hours work great for me as I enjoy the gym at 5AM when there are less people and it is a lot easier to work out at the machines I enjoy the most. They have a good amount of equipment variety, the gentlemen at front desk always greets me with a smile and a good day after my workout! The pool area is nice (my teenagers prefer this area the most) the bathrooms are always clean. The only complaint I would have is they need more small straight bars for use at the cable machines(there is only one) there also Should be access to the room where they hold classes as a lot of the yoga balls and step boxes are located in there plus the area in there provides enough room to perform Hiit workouts or Ab/Core training. Other than that overall I enjoy CFF and every penny it costs is worth it!
Great equipment, never really take advantage of any of the classes because I’m busy but there is a lot of bang for your buck. However, this gym is ALWAYS busy and they don’t really enforce the whole “30mins max during peak rule”. I also wish they were open later on the weekends, or just in general.
CLEAN YOUR GYM!!! Get your machines fixed in a timely manner. BUT FIRST CLEAN IT! I manged a gym for 2 years and it was light years older and CLEANER than yours.
Friendly staff; great instructors and plenty of classes to take.
Music from the Body Fit class in the middle of the gym is so loud I cant hear my own headphones. Lockers in mens locker are mostly broken and wont lock. Multiple machines broken. Really gone downhill lately.
Hot water is back, the club is clean and my equipment works. Happy guy!
For the most part, the gym in itself is what youd expect from a gym.. but Im a new member and since my very 1st visit ive still yet to be greeted buy anyone. I was never given a walk through or any advise on routines or equipment, nothing!! Ive been a member for about 1-1/2 months now and still have not spoken to anyone but the attendant up front who always takes my money for a pre workout drink, but never has change to give. I was never told where the bathrooms were or any of the other services provided other then the gym floor. Pathetic really. I recently left 24 hour fitness to join what i thought was a higher class of gym since they charged double the amount,... but no.. CFF vs 24hr just equals more money less service. Probably gonna be canceling after this month.
I purchased a one month pre paid membership for use of the pool when I had my exchange students for the summer. I wrote a letter when I went in saying I wanted the membership canceled. I was never contacted and we never utilized the facility after the 1 month was up. I pulled my credit report as aIndo every January and found out it had never been canceled as requested. I contacted the collections company to resolve the issue and was told to pay it or don’t call them again until I’m able to pay it. I will not be paying this. If you care about your credit I suggest you stay far away from this shady company!!
I came for a trial. The employees were all nice to me. I was most interested in the pool for my water-loving baby. My nephew, who is already a member, advised me they have safety breaks every hour. Seems unnecessary but I understood why because younger children have accidents. I go out of my way to ensure my baby does not leave presents in the pool. I put her in swimming diapers when other parents dont care unfortunately. I think the breaks are for sanitary cleanups when necessary I think or for kids to have restroom breaks. The pool is surprisingly clean. There was an area for swimming lessons, and the instructors were sweethearts to the kids they were teaching. I would trust my baby with them which says a lot because I would only leave my baby in the hands of only a few.
Hello, the swimming pool water is always cold and my child shivers during swim.I hope you can keep the water a little warm like sunshine swim center
Just love the place
Update on Tuesday, 16th: I initiated the conversation since I had not heard back from Sarah, but she alleviated my fears that something would not be done about the situation. She was caring, made me feel heard and gave me a voice because she asked my opinion of how I would like to see the situation handled. I am appreciative and satisfied with the outcome. On Saturday, a man walked inside the womens locker room while I was half naked. When I saw him, I realized he was only 10-15 ft from me . I panicked, covered myself and yelled at him to leave and he responded by saying he didnt have to leave. I threatened to call the police and he left. I got dressed and found a staff member who then located him. The staff member, Jose, then told me the guy would be escorted out.I thought it was odd he didnt ask me for my contact info and after I got my stuff from the locker room, I went to speak with Jose again. I asked him if he could contact me once there was a decision made about the guy. His response was he couldnt tell me what would transpire. I asked him why he didnt ask me for my contact and for more details earlier. He told me he was following company policy. I insisted on giving him my contact info and describing what happened as I feel he didnt understand the extent of the situation. He made me feel like he had done his part already and could care less. I was half naked and a man walked in and was openly defiant towards me when I told him to leave! I felt so violated and scared. If I am the person the issue happened to, how could he not think it was important to take down my contact info and specific details? I had to be proactive and ask him all the questions, in addition to describing the incident. He made me feel as if I was taking up his time. I left his office feeling frustrated and Im not entirely sure if they are going to take action against the person. Im disappointed at his actions, even though he said he was acting per company policy. What kind of policy doesnt address the victim of a crime? If he were somewhat sympathetic instead of being brisk and abrupt with me, I would have have been upset but less frustrated. After a traumatic incident, its important to have closure.. to feel safe at a place you are paying to attend. How am I supposed to feel safe in the locker room when the situation was handled in this manner?Update: It is now monday. I called the corporate office and the person in the phone told me the manager, Sara, would contact me. No call yet.
The music in the gym is so loud that I cannot hear with my own headphones even at the highest volume. Attempts to deal with it fell on deaf ears and assertions that music blasting was a necessary motivator which actually seems antithetical to healthy exercise. I requested a written response and provided my email. Nothing. I suggest they move some cardio machines to the other side of the gym. Their attitude is leading me to consider quitting after 7 years.
My wife and I much prefer this location to the Bond one. It has a lot more open space and as many machines/free weights as you could possibly want. No wipes but bottles n paper towels is annoying though.
Should be a 0 Star but sadly there is no option for that......the guy that signed my wife up lied and screwed her up with a price that we did not agree with AND she canceled on the phone before the cancellation deadline but then later on charged anyways. Do not go to these SCAM ARTISTS
I tried giving this gym chances at trying to redeem themselves and their customer service experience, but they have not been meeting my expectations.Been a member at this location for a while and recommended my mother in law to try out the gym. Came by yesterday 2/27/17 AM with my MIL and I signed her up for the 7 day free trial online, when we got there, the sales rep Brian helped us. I advised him that she’s retired would like to try out the classes like Yoga session which was about to start at 10am, and to see if we can meet with him afterwards. I can give her a tour since I knew my way around the place. Brian said no after confirming with his manager (the other Bryan) and it’s their policy that we have to meet with him first and he have to give us a tour. Fine, let him do his job.Anyways as we sat down, Brian advised us that for the 7 day free trial pass, only access we have is to use the gym equipment, all other activities such as the wellness classes or amenities will not be part of the 7 day pass. If my MIL wanted to try out the Yoga class, I can pay the $15 for the day and bring her in as a guest in order to participate in the class.I advised Brian that per the email that I got on the same day says that “To get the best feel for the club we recommend you participate in as many activities as you can like group fitness classes, strength training equipment, cycle and x-bike classes, swim and aqua fitness activities, and much more.” Also, it was already 10:15, no point in trying to attend the class.Per Brian, he says it varies between gyms, and per his Manager Bryan, that’s what he was told, and this gym at this specific location, there’s been free trial abusers and its new management to prevent this kind of stuff from happening. Therefore, that’s why he couldn’t allow us to try out the classes. He even pulled out the paper form of the 7 day pass and tried to read the terms and condition to me, which did not state that we were not allowed to do the class, and his excuse was that it might not had been an updated one that he had.End result, I just showed my MIL the gym, we used some of the equipment and machines. Brian didn’t give us a tour like he’s supposed to because it’s the rules. Too bad my MIL did enjoy the gym, even without doing the classes, but with that sales experience she did not like and felt that it was not welcoming.Tried contacting corporate about their sales department but reached a full voicemail.
Sexual harassment alert! Discrimination alert!I have been a member of Rocklin Warren Drive CFF for 12 years, 2 of my boys were practically raised in kid care. I have brought staff fruit, cookies and candy over the years, purchased merchandise. I am clean, modest, fitness loving woman who actually likes to not be a bother and workout to close to people to give them space. I am friends with many of the instructor, elderly people, fellow moms and long term staff there. I get daily high fives from other members saying that I am the most influence they ever had there and that they find me inspirational. They said my smiles and kindness come through. Today I was emotional abused and have never felt so unsafe in my life. The manager Nick Duncan told one of their staff members named Megan a newer employee flag me down after exercising during one of the slowest hours of the day. I do my cardio where I never even have a neighbor and find mats in the body dumbbell area after women have already left. Megan when on to tell me that the manager didnt like me breathing. I immediately asked to speak to manager and felt crushed and confused. Nick Duncan (the manager) when on to meet with me and he told me he was offended by my breathing and didnt want me to breathe basically. I immediately felt threatened and I have never been sexual harassed like this in all my 12 years of being a member there. He made me feel like a sexual object! This is where I go for my peace of mind workout and I consider this place a sanctuary for me. I am having extreme anxiety now and I feel like this location is not safe and CFF doesnt protect its members.
Convenient locations in elk Grove area, pool, racquetball, yoga classes,... Lots of excercise bikes, elliptical machines,... Also a nice place for rock climbing for kids, kids day care and play place.
Love Cal Fit been a member since 2000. Never had an issue with staff or corporate office. No hassle place to work out. This one offers a lot of yoga and pilates classes, so has become one of my favorites.
Very poor customer service! If youre thinking about joining this gym dont! Join crunch fitness or 24hr fitness or any other gym for this matter. After canceling my membership for nearly 2 month, I notice that my credit card is being charged every month. When I spoke with Selena the supervisor and showing her proof of cancelation she told me that I have to inform them 30 days prior to canceling and that my account cant be cancelled for another 2 months honoring my contract...The problem in that is Ive been informed that my account was supposedly cancelled and finding out that its been active for 2 months... 2 months of me paying for a gym that I dont go to...After being with calfit for nearly 6 or 7 years Im never joining again. If you think that this might never happen to you.. think again because I have been having issues with calfit the day I signed up... Good luck people Im just sharing my experience
The customer service here is beyond terrible. In the 6 years weve been members here, weve had bad experiences with multiple employees in multiple departments. If ANY other gym in town had a decent pool, we would cancel our membership immediately. Speaking of the pool area, they keep changing and adding more rules seemingly every week. Kids can no longer jump off the side (theyve been doing this for 5 years), they cannot wear masks that have the nose covered (seriously????), they now have a safety break at the end of every hour which just means more chances for kids to slip and fall while getting in/out of the pool and a wet ground for people to slip on. The workers around the pool sit and chat and cuss right in front of kids, and otherwise just seem to be there to yell at the kids for anything they can possibly think up. Theyve had to re-do my account several times due to computer errors. Once they had my 10 year old suddenly listed as an adult, so he was denied access to the kids area. I actually had to bring in a birth certificate to prove my 10-year old was still young enough for the kids area. I kid you not. This is the asinine level of incompetence. This same child at the age of 7 was still pulling up his pants while he was coming out of the bathroom, and they called me out of my workout and kicked him out because he exposed himself to little girls, and they had to notify all of their parents, even though there was clearly no way they could have seen anything regardless because his shirt was down to his knees. They also increased my payment when I got divorced and re-married and changed my exs name to my new husband on our account. Same amount of people, just swapping out a person. However, they treated it as a new contract even though I had been here for several years. Ive never had so many experiences with one company that made me seethe with rage. There are plenty of gyms in town for me, but this is the only one with a decent pool, so they keep getting my money, unfortunately. But if you have any other choice, go elsewhere!!!
The facility is maintained well but if you have anything that you need help with anything administrative they have few staff to help, dont have voicemail for those staff, and dont take appointments so you end up either waiting a long time or coming back. At another time hoping the right people are working or both.
We moved here from Illinois and have been members of Calfit for about 4 years. When I started going to Calfit I was working out on my own, I would get bored and notice little improvement until I met Carol Viano-Nitschke. At first I was attending her classes 2 to 3 days a week and noticed I was getting stronger and loved it!! Now I see her 5 days a week and travel to Laguna and bond to attend her classes. I am not the only one who does. Her classes are usually full and never boring. She always has something new, fun and challenging. Carol is extremely knowledgeable. She also gives advice about health and nutrition. Everyday I look forward to going to the gym and attend her classes. Joining Calfit was one of the best decisions we have made. I call it my happy place!!
Bad customer service,I have been member with my family in this club for almost 2 years, I asked today to add my new born daughter to my family account, they asked me to change my account to the new rate which I have to pay around $45 more, wow $45 to add 5 month old baby.when i joined the club 2 years ago, the person who did the contract said, that my rate will be fixed, no change even if add a family member. I asked the manager today to show me where is in my contract that shows my rate should be increased that much money if i add my new born baby, his answer was that he dose not know which is chocking to me, how manager in this big fatality is not familiar with what in their contract, unfortunately California family fitness do not care about the old members, all they are looking is making new contract and more money, shame on you guys.
New to Elk Grove... Being an all-round smimwer, I found the pool area humongous. The lab pool is 6-ft deep throughout, 3-lane lab is sort of narrow, yet water is crystal clear. Salt filter is friendly to skin and hair, not chewing on swimsuits as quickly and badly as chlorine. At peak hour, gotta wait for a spot but generally short waits so far. I wish there is a covering roof over the lab pool as this could help the busy shady time.Steam and sauna are spaciously adequate, yet seem on the lower end of maintenance. Some walk right in with shoes despite the posted signs. Soil, brownish stains seen on the steam room floor and window frame. Contaminated steam already caused an health issue at an LA fitness which was forced closed. FYI.Not much into lifting... The equipment floor is spiffy. Clean, neat, vibrant possibly in parts due to clean, neat, vibrant younger members day in day out (lol)Kind of pricey membership fee yet generally worth the great, friendly service guys and girls and the provided amenities. The best is saved for last... In the categories of friendliness and effectiveness, Andrew Arrieta - the sales manager - is exceling. His working attitude is awesome. Members would feel attentive interacting with him one time and everytime. Andrew appears to run this location so sportily well, not too stiff into the business aspect of the job, like others, that might discourage if not turning prospective members away.
Great gym and all. Heres why it doesnt get 5 stars (3 reasons). For the love of god please, please put some Hammer Strength machines in there for the chest! At least one!? The two Hammer Strength machines Im talking about is one that works the mid/lower chest and the other one works the upper chest; both are performed while sitting. Theres like 375 cable machines, at least 3 of the cable machines work the same muscles, meaning theyre identical. That whole middle area where theres cable machines is only occupied 50% on its best day! There is definitely room for 2, but definitely at least one hammer strength machine. The Hammer Strength machines give such a great pump and help build a lot of muscle/mass in the chest, shoulders and arms. GB3 in the central valley had them at every location, not to mention that their membership cost was $29/month or less with the same amenities...but thats a collateral issue. Hammer Strength machines take up just as much space as any one of the 5,000 cable machines on the floor (I know I said 375 earlier) . Just transfer out those pathetic Hoist machines that make your body rock back and forth like a cradle. Trust me, put those Hammer Strength machines in and I guarantee they will be used more than the cable machines. Im not going to drive to downtown or the Bond location if I want to use them that bad. Im already spending a good amount of money for this membership and telling me to drive to the other locations is absurd, especially if youre in the professional field because time is literally money. The burden for me to go to another location to use Hammer Strength machines is greater than your burden to simply add those machines. Not only is your burden less, it serves a utility by diversifying your gym equipment and increasing customer satisfaction. Also, do something about the electronic lockers that keep malfunctioning. Talk to the company who sold them to you and do a swap out or something, check out the warranty on the contract and have those things inspected. It burdens your employees and customer service by having someone go back and forth trying to help a customer who has been locked out due to a malfunctioning locker, that, and its super annoying to the customer and inconvenient. Moreover, can you please, for the love of god, get more leg lift stations?! Theres only one leg lift station in the corner, by the entry, behind the stairmaster machines. There is only one, and the one thats there is at an angle. At least get one thats not at an angle, then youd have two...one at an angle and one straight one. The one that is there is usually occupied and there is no other leg lift station to go to. Theres a lot of bogus complaints on here about peoples feelings being hurt and whatnot. Especially about the woman complaining about safety checks in the pool area. But, I believe my comment is constructive criticism. This is not only coming from me but many other members feel the same way. Its just that I actually have the backbone to address the issues. You still get 4 stars however!
15 months clean, well maintained friendly staff, large facility,.Calfit flagship gym!
One of the worst gyms Ive been to. The locker room is always dirty. The water is out of service often meaning no showers. The equipment breaks often. They zip tie the carabeaners which prevents you from moving then when they are missing or break. The loud speaker for announcements is so loud it hurts your ears. And to top it all off the spray bottles for sanitation are always broken. Dont go here if you can go somewhere else.Update: today the gym was out of paper towels so they put rags on the counter. Soaking wet rags on the sink counter. Apparently they cant buy paper towels at the store?Update: the water fountain never gets cold and tastes horrible. Now theres an alarm on the pool door that beeps so loud it hurts your ears every 5 minutes. So instead of fixing issues, they buy more useless equipment.
I give this company 0! This is a company with a terrible fraud! I closed the member account in June this year, but someone signed a new contract pretending to me and they sent me the bill. Terrible!!!!!Please be careful!!
Staff was really helpful. Very clean facility. Most the equipment anybody could ever need.
Weve been members since before the facility was even built. It has gone down hill in the past few years. The aerobic eqt was turned around a few years ago to face the window. The shades on the windows arent adequate therefore allowing the bright sun to beam in. This makes several pieces of eqt. unable to be used. The sun is right in your eyes and its extremely hot.Not that the other aerobic eqt. is worth using. There is at least one thing broken on every single piece if not more. Ive tried and tried reporting it to the front desk but the young kids at the desk are good for smiling and saying they will report it but they dont. Ive watched them. The minute you walk away they go back to flirting with each other. And the noise, oh the noise! They seem to think that the cross fit music has to be so loud that it can be heard at an extreme level all over the entire gym.I could go on and on but Ive taken enough of your time.Im looking for another gym!
At the begining it was great, free January trial. February no water for four weeks. Two weeks after no showers working. Now, April, shower is out of service again. For some great reason in March they stop providing cleaning wipes, so you have to use spray and paper towels to clean equiptment. Not work very well. Spray buttles are found most of time almost empty. It lookes like they planty staff in building, but i wish they did something about this issues. The last but not least, they clean saunas from 10 am to 2 pm, this mean in midle of day they would close sauna for cleaning. Not very convinient, i would say poor management. I hope you guys would be able to make it batter. Good luck.
This particular one has the filthiest men’s lock room that I’ve seen. The floors alone will make your skin crawl.
Best gym at 4:30 in the morning!
Clean gym
Staff is friendly and helpful! Very clean and functional!
The best facilities
Great gym.
Love the sauna and cool staff
Nice place great people.
