Its absolutely fantastic The kids love jumping around and climbing on the rock climbing section. The staff is young yet professional and they have good packages available

This was by far the best experience Ive ever had visiting a trampoline park. They were soo helpful and friendly and accommodating to our needs. I feel they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience!! We decided to have lunch and the food was great as well. Pizza, chicken tenders and a soft pretzel with cheese were delicious! Two thumbs waay up!!

Im giving this place a 3 because it was actually terrible...but our party host deserves a 5 she was great. Averages out to a 3... So unorganized the children running the place were trying really hard but there was no adult manager in sight anywhere!! The poor kid running the rock climbing had to close because he was so overwhelmed due to having to watch 2 attractions at once on a friday night! There was young kids in kitchen making pizza from freezer burned dough that was literally crumbling and the kid sent it through like chunk by chunk to recreate a whole pizza...again they were doing their best without any adult supervision. I will say that our party host was great! She was very attentive and helped so much! Nobody had to refill any of their drinks or plates with pizza. She served everything and and then the refills too. She even offered to take notes of what gifts came from whom. Truly she did an amazing job!

I usually don’t have a problem at this place. It is an amazing place to let my littles wear off energy. However, with that being said. I had the absolute 2 worst experiences tonight.First we started off the night ordering 2 whole pizzas from the deli. I asked when I ordered the pizzas approximately how long it would take, the guy responded 10-15 minutes. I said awesome. 20 minutes later I walk up to the food area just to see an approximate time and the girl at the counter calls my name. And tried to give my two slices I informed her I ordered two whole pizzas. They hadn’t even started making the pizzas but instead kept making pizzas and selling them by the slice.Second, there are rules at this place for a reason so when they say jump one into the green pit at a time it is probably to prevent kids from landing directly on top of each other and getting hurt. Well, I watch my kids and some people don’t which is fine that is why they have employees walking around to make sure everyone is playing safe. Except I had another kid continuously jumping on the trampoline during other kids turns to jump into the green pit. I waited and waited for the employee who was standing there watching this continue to happen. All was well until my son during his turn jumped into the pit and the other kid jumped directly on top of him. But the “employee” was too distracted by his friends that paid to come in and socialize with him turned around was in deep conversation with his friends instead of doing his job and watching this kids jump and be safe. I brought it to his attention and told him to pay attention and he responded I only turned around for one second. Dude stop socializing while you are supposed to be watching and making sure these kids are being safe.Honestly going back after tonight will be rough.I would rather spend the extra money doing something else than put my kids back where these overly entitled high school kids are just standing there talking on their employees dime.

I was there Saturday 2 /22/20 took total of 7 kids. I couldn’t believe how dirty and smelly it was. They had tables and every table was dirty. I had to clean our own table we were there for about two hours and the tables were still dirty. We had to sit there and see disgusting food and dirty paper plates and napkins everywhere. I was disgusting !! And for the reviews that are saying Awesome place and giving 5 stars must work there or something else!! It’s a bunch of lies. I will never step one foot in the that disgusting place again. What a disappointment! I didn’t even want to give it one star

Not a bad place. Its something to do for the kids. Good spot for them to just run wild an jump around. Theres not much to it. Trampolines, javelin foam pit, rock wall (must be 44 inch. To climb), air jump mattress, food, some games, party areas. Kids sneezing and running around without parents is not great.

I will not book another party here again. First, it’s really hard to get a hold of them on the phone for information. They had 2 operation rock climbers even though they could have more (we asked for more and got one additional one). The kids spent a lot of time waiting their turn. They were quite unorganized in the party room. They told me they had an ice cream scoop but then when time came to serve they didn’t have one. The nice girl found something that worked. My husband and I had to serve the kids because they didn’t have things and the poor girl was running around looking for things. I HATED it here. Never again.

Really great place (compared to Sky Zone anyways). Went here for the first time the other day, it’s a drive for us but I will go back here from now on even though it’s a lot farther then Sky Zone in Stockton. My family LOVES the rock climbing wall & it’s the closest place (versus Tahoe) that I can find that has a child rock wall.

This place is W A Y overpriced. What a rip off. I cant believe the disorganized staff that they have!!! I will warn all of you out there...do N O T book a party there....I guarantee you will be disappointed

Friday night is crowded...parents have plenty of seating. There are also outlets if needed. The DJ was good too.

Held our granddaughters sweet 13 party here, kids loved all the trampolines, wall rock climb private party room. FYI make sure before you go get on line & sign the waver consents...bring socks!

Cool place for the kids to burn off the EXTRA energy we grown folks dont have lol. The prices vary by the time you let the kids jump they have 4 options (30min,60 min,90min,120min) they also have special days where you can get all day jump for a set price. Cool thing is they have a toodler day session and a teenager session aswell. And if you sign up for the email notification after you agree to there waiver they send you coupons and special promo day specials. They have a snack area where you can buy nachos,pizza, fries drinks and they also have various vending machines. My Kids seem to really love this place and i love that they are pretty tired after there jumping time is done and i usually get them the 2 hour session wich is 20$ per kid.

Only came here twice and will be the last. First time was nice, but the second time we came, I was charged $112 when I was only charged $42 the first time I came. And yes I payed for the same amount of people the first time we came. I even told the cashier that maybe someone did their job wrong? After our 2 hr came up, my daughter was stepped on by a old mature guy. And keep in mind, she was at the 6 & under side! What was he doing over there in the first place????? Workers are super lazy. They don’t even monitor the kids and make sure they’re safe! They just stand there and be lazy! If they were doing their job correctly, my daughters leg would’ve been ok! Lazy workers! The guy didn’t even apologize to my baby girl nor helped her up!

Would certainly like to see more staff assisting rock climbing section. Had an hour to spend, but due to only 1 employee, it took 25 mintes just to get 5 children up the rock wall. Almost half of our time was waiting.

Awesome place! Went there with a group of seven people for a birthday party and we all had a blast! Great, clean facilities and very friendly staff! Only downside ist that depending on how many people are there, its hard to get into, lets say the dodge ball area. Worth a visit for all ages!

I went in to Rockin Jump around September with my brother, my friend, an her daughter. The whole experience was very fun and exciting. We walked in and we were immediately greeted by the staff. We did the parent consent form on the computer screens, which was very easy to fill out. Then we went to pay for the amount of hours we were going to jump and also for the socks. I recommend buying them, they are pretty inexpensive and the grip will be needed when jumping on the jumpers. Anyways, the staff is very friendly and the different sections are appropriate for every age. I would definitely recommend coming here to have fun or even to host a party. One last thing, register for their emails they send a lot of good coupons.

I was a lot of fun, but I hope my host would be there all the time because when my daughters friends came over,we had to wait for 10 minutes till we play. It couldve been faster if the host was there quicker.

Large trampolines for the kids to go wild on and snacks that are not overly expensive .We have been there a number of times .

This location is really dirty. The food section is dirty and not well stocked at all. This location has items listed on the menu that they do not offer and the food is not very good. You can tell the owner doesnt care about this location because for the price you pay to jump, the upkeep is horrible. The staff is mostly kids that stand and talk without doing their job. Needless to say, my family will be returning to this location. As parents we were very disappointed with this place and I gave it two stars because my children had a lot of fun.

Good place for the kiddos to burn off some of that energy! Basically a warehouse full of trampolines...there is a Dodge ball area, some dunking basketball hoops, a stunt bag, foam pit and a climbing wall. I have seen kids from toddlers to teenagers having fun here. Even the parents can go out and jump too.

Cool place, not too busy... But the raised the rates and they dont keep enough staff to let kids climb the rock wall. Plus you must buy their socks because the text on them is important.

We go here Saturday morning for Toddler Time. Its nice and quiet and my daughter has lots of people her age to play with. We tried going during the day at the regular time and it can be very busy and dangerous for little ones. We really enjoyed going here have been since she was 3 years old. Its good skills practice and at that age and size Its relatively safe. Its not a good idea to bring a 7 to 10 year old here for the first time because they may go to crazy and hurt themselves.

Great place for kids birthday parties.

Went here for my sons friends birthday party and this place left a bad impression on me. The host (employee) assigned to this party disappeared, and I had to help the mom of the birthday boy get/find the host. More pizza, plates and cups were needed, which is the reason we were looking for the host. They were told that they did not have anymore plates, but later brought some. They have cages with wheels that shoes and presents are put in, which could not be found until I noticed the host of the party never rolled over to the party room (a job I believe is the responsibility of the host (employee) assigned to the party. Now for the JUMPING AREA: compared to other comparable places, this one seemed a lot smaller and the setup of the place did not flow quite as well as the other places. They had a basketball trampoline area, a jousting pit area, open trampoline (squares) area, two trampoline area used for dodge ball (one which was closed off) and a air bag area used to jump into from a trampoline. Aside from the bad service from the host (employee) of the party, one of the employees that was over watching the jumping was lazy.

I enjoy taking my 3year old grandson to Rockin Jump in Elk Grove. The workers are very pleasant and helpful. The facilities are clean. I especially enjoy going during morning toddler times. My grandson has lots of fun and I feel comfortable with him running around and having a good time. Sometimes we bring his old siblings who enjoy the rock climbing and other activities.

Kids had fun but they have lack of workers on the floor managing. The dodgeball game area has no 1 monitoring it and there was big kids throwing hella hard a smaller kids, knocking them down. I yelled at one boy for doing that to a 2 year old. Ya, I was that parent.

This place is great for school age kids (not so much for toddlers during open jump time). However, only gave 2 stars because for as much as this place charges per child there should not be things out of order such as one of the stalls in the womens restroom, the large Sweet Amandas candy machine, and the coffee machine in the cafe (all out of order). Also there is no family bathroom or changing table for infants. Most of the couches are broken and falling apart. Lastly, I understand the concept of business very well but only having 1 water drinking station is pathetic. Children come here and exert immense amounts of energy, there should be more water fountains.

My 3 boys (ages 8-18) & daughter (14) love this place. The rock wall climbing, the trampolines, jump pillows, basketball....they love it all. I enjoy having a nice place to sit and watch tv or read. The snack bar is useful and the their are plenty of tables for the kids to sit at. Also, my kids have been to several birthday parties here and had a great time. Good family fun in a clean, safe environment!

Great fun for the kids! Almost wanted to join in.. Clean and nice too but maybe a hint too much air freshener (which however is way better than the smell of sweat) :D

Showed up this morning along with 5 or 6 other families for Tot Time Tuesday 10-12 but they were closed. We all waited till 1020 then left. What a disappointment. Please update your website if Tot Time is no longer available. A lot of disappointment kids this morning. Luckily some salvaged the day by going to Laguna Party Palace across the street and we headed to see Spider-man.

My kids love this place! We are here almost every other weekend to get their much needed energy free! I have two girls, a eight and six year old. They love the different trampoline stations and that rock climbing wall. The place is clean and the employees are friendly. When we go eat at the cafe, we always get pretzels, nachos, chicken tenders and fries. They give you a good portion for the price you pay and the food is made to order. I recommend this place for kids that have lots of energy to let loose!!

Great place to take your kids and get their energy out. We try to visit 1-2 times a month. I recommend going in about 10-15 minutes before the top of the hour as thats when your 1-hour time starts. We recently had our sons 7th birthday here and everyone had a blast! Our hostess was awesome and she kept us on schedule! Thanks Rockin Jump!

My kids (12 yr old daughter and 10 yr old son) LOVE this place. They beg to go all the time. They dont care if they bring friends, because its just that FUN! I enjoy watching them bounce and play, as well as sitting in the comfy couches and relaxing. The staff is totally accommodating and reliable. Great family friendly place!!!

Super fun place to take the kids. Friendly staff. Asked about a frequent Jump card and was told that you can purchase a block of hours at a discounted price. Very cool because it saves a few bucks per hour on jumping.

Rockin Jump is an awesome place to take the kids. There are plenty of spaces for each age level to get their yayas out. There is a climbing structure in the middle of the room surrounded by fun trampoline spaces. There is a comfy couch to sit on in the play area so you can watch your kids, or you can sit on the main floor near the snack bar. The thing I like about this place is there are kids, including teens, (but no grown-ups showing off) enjoying the place. The staff have always been friendly and the place is clean each time weve visited.

This was my first time to Rockin Jump I completely shocked by how clean this place was even the bathroom, also I do love how ventilated the whole building was it wasnt hot or stuffy it didnt have that funky odor to it like some places. I have been to other indoor Jump places an they were not as clean an they there ventilation system was so bad. I attended a birthday party the kids had so much fun it was nice to actually have nice helpful staff who helped the party run smoothly. I will most definitely be returning to Rockin Jump.

One of the better jump places I have been to. This facility is very clean and features different activities such as rock climbing, jousting, shooting, etc. Very fun the time I went and wasnt too crowded. Snack shack, however was a huge disappointment. Staff working at the snack shack seemed very inadequately trained.

This is a great place for the kids to get plenty of exercise and to burn off some energy.The play areas were well supervised so I could relax and read a book and not worry about the kids.This would also be a good place to take the kids if the weather is bad and they are getting cabin fever.I recommend you try Rockin Jump.

A hidden oasis for children. The facility is brand new. It safe and clean. Its perfect for birthday parties. I would recommend this place to anyone who ask. Your child(ren) are sure to fall asleep after leaving.

The staff here was really nice and helpful and I had fun with my family, but it was upsetting to find out the business was trying to charge our party $5 for a pitcher of what Im pretty sure was tap water. It seems like that is illegal somehow. I honestly dont know if they claim its for the service of bringing you the water or what, but they should look into the legality of that. (Disclaimer of sorts: I dont know about city regulations, but I do enforce the Clean Water Act for the federal government, so I care about this issue.)

Rockin Jump really created a great birthday experience for my daughter and her friends. The assistant assigned to our room made sure all the gifts were secured and that everyone got their food and birthday cake. We will definitely be back again!

Time to bring it down a notch. Ive been to several jump zone places and this one was the worst experience. Im not sure why it gets such good reviews, maybe because nobody travels out of this area and has seen a better one function.*The rock wall - good idea, but there was a line and we spent almost 20 minutes of our hour just waiting in it because although someone is monitoring the climbers, they let ppl stay on or do as many climbs as they want. Huge waste of money when it costs nearly 60 dollars for myself and 3 kids to play for an hour.*The Dodge ball areas had lines and one was completely closed. Let me get this straight...Theres a line of kids waiting to get in and you close one of only two Dodge ball courts. Thats insane. Huge fail as Ive never seen a line at places like this.*Ball pit was a joke. Too small*Basketball area was fine, but again with lines.*Jump platform was lame because you couldnt jump more then two at a time.*Main jump area was not bad...At least there was no wait.The place is not as big as others Ive been to and its poorly run. If you can go when its not busy then you have a chance to get your moneys worth. If you go and it looks like a bus just pulled in...Just do yourself a favor and come back later.

My daughter had a birthday party at the Elk Grove Rockin Jump last month, its fanatic!!! My daughter and her friends were so much fun. The people work there are very nice, and the girl took good care of my daughter and her friends at the birthday party. I live in Elk Grove for 17 years, I always looking for the indoor place for the kids to play, so Rockin Jump is the good choice!!!!

I enjoy the lay out of this place. The place is not clearly marked from the street so it is very easy to pass the first time round. There is a snack bar and the staff were helpful.

I take my kids for toddler jump and they have an amazing time. It is usually not crowded at that time and there are lots of little kids for my munchkins to play with. The prices for toddler jump time are very reasonable - just beware they have a lot of candy/ice cream machines that your kids might nag you about buying!

I took my kids to visit this place. They had a ball! I only wish they had a few more spots designated for the smaller kids. My daughter did not like having to stay in the one designated spot. Fun time for everyone, though!

Rockin Jump is a fun place for kids to jump on trampolines, play dodge ball, and climb a rock wall. It is neat and professional, offers free storage lockers, and has basketball hoops with trampolines. To jump or climb, special socks are required. The socks are sold at the counter, but can be used in future visits. While the socks offer extra grip while jumping, they can make climbing a painful experience, since climbers cant use shoes.

Kids always have a great time here. Usually come for birthday parties but we have also come when we are just plain bored.

Rocking Jump is a good place for kids. My daughter is 4 and she was able to play on most of the equipment. She attempted the rock climbing wall but didnt get too far up. I also was able to jump around with her and run around the large trampoline platforms.

I love their rock climbing activity here. Its so much higher than the others Ive been to.

My kids love the rock climbing they could spend all day doing just that.Foods are ok...take a bit long to order so make sure you get your orders in at least 10 minutes before the kids all sit down to eat...:) were been here about 3 times and counting !!

Why they ask people to sign up to use the facility. The prices are a little to high.

Was awesome for my son he really enjoyed it

My daughter and I had a blast there with her girl scout troop. We went on a Monday and it was not crowded and the kids were able to do all the activities without having to wait in line. My daughter loved it so much we went again but on a Saturday. It was really crowded there and this time she didnt really have the freedom to do all the activities without having to wait in lines. The lines were really long and the trampoline area was really congested. I still rate this place 5 stars because we did love our first experience there. I would suggest trying to go on a weekday or as early as possible on the weekend to beat the crowds.

The kids always have such a good time at Rockin Jump. There is a lot of different things for the kids to do, they love the rock wall. I love that everything is in the same room and we can keep an eye on kids easily. Good times!!

SO MUCH FUN!! I took my kids, 10, 7 and 5, to Rockin Jump and each of them had a blast! They didnt want to leave! The facility is clean, there are age appropriate areas for each child, they obviously care for the safety of each jumper, the staff is super nice and we want to go back!

Really fun place for a birthday party! The party was well run and offered a lot of different activities for the kids. My children had a blast and are eager to go back again.
