Beautiful park! Great, hiking, biking, and walking trails. Very well maintained.Having lived West for over 30 years, once I came across this area, I knew we had to make a move, to live the life, we enjoy! Walking, and hiking, within 1000 feet from our h♡me.

There were a lot of people even very early at 6 a.m. by 8 a.m. all parking was taken in the lot and there were more than 30 vehicles parked along the roads. It was a very beautiful morning out with a nice cool breeze. Great for biking...hiking..dog walking...playing ball...enjoying time with your family and friends

This park seems to be popular for soccer practice and bicycling. It has an accessible walking trail all around the park. There are accessible portable bathrooms at this location. They have swings, a covered play area, and several climbing structures for children to play. Large fairly open areas would work well for flying kites or having a game of football or soccer. Plenty of trash cans and some benches to sit. No picnic tables. There is a parking area and available street parking.

Very scenic and secluded park. Semi good for jogging/trail running as there are a significant portions of trail that have substantial amounts of bigger rocks and arent level. It really requires paying attention when you run, which takes away, a bit, from the scenery, but is required to prevent rolling an ankle. Lots of mountain bikes, which looks really ideal. Otherwise, certainly a pleasant hike

Well maintained local park. Good grassy spaces and access to the east side of the Franklin Mountains. The trails are well maintained but not incredibly well marked. Its good to know where youre going ahead of time because there are few trailhead markers and mile markers. Good trails for mountain biking and hiking. Great park with the playground and lots of grassy space

Very peaceful park. Dare I say more peaceful than other parks I have been to in the El Paso area. Or maybe I luck out every time I come. Everyone I encountered smiled or said hello. The park has playgrounds for the kids and plenty of grass for your pets. A trail encompasses the whole park and another one leading up to mountain territory for hiking and biking. If you stay long enough you might catch a glimpse of West Texas wildlife.

This is by far my favorite park in EP. The trails and views are awesome and the people are usually friendly and considerate of each other. There has been however a few instances where there have been motorizes vehicles on trails or people in cars doing inappropriate things with kids present in the park. Some security would be nice.

The most unusual, potentially beautiful park in El Paso. It has hills and lots of trees. Too bad the ground cover is, like every other El Paso park, 50% grass and 50% weeds.I love this park. Its too bad the city cant organize volunteer groups to further improve the grounds. Im sure many citizen groups would volunteer labor hours and weed and feed fertilizer for the cause. I certainly would.

Loved the opportunity to take a walk out here and check out the scenic view. Mountains. You walk on a burn that separates housing from the wildlife.
