I took the course this morning. IT WAS AWESOME. The Owner/Instructor Sam was fantastic. I read some material on my own but he made it real and understandable. I highly recommend it to EVERYONE.

I took the online version of the course! Took it at my speed, made sure I was learning laws and regulations in a timely manner that best satisfied my needs! Online course was great, took me 2 days simply because I took my time and was extremely thorough. I also truly enjoyed the Range portion of the course. Mr. Sam Morgan was highly professional at all times and it is evident he knows what he is doing. Taught me some great shooting techniques that would improve my stance, position and accuracy with my handgun. Not only was he professional but genuinely insistent that I received the best possible LTC education possible. I HIGHLY recommend! Amazing outfit Mr. Sam Morgan has going on!

Took the online portion at my own pace, and at the comfort of my home. Then it came to the range proficiency training, which was a breeze to pass. Sam gave me some crucial tips on the range, which helped my accuracy in a blink of an eye! Sam also has a great sense of humor, which made me feel relaxed on the range. I highly recommend taking the course/proficiency test with Samuel Morgan if you’re thinking of getting your LTC.

My wife and I took this class today, and not only was Dr. Morgan an incredibly qualified and knowledgeable instructor, but quite the entertainer as well (dude could do stand up comedy in addition to the MANY accomplishments he has achieved!). Learned TONS, time flew by and the range time was only delayed because of folks like me bringing a low capacity 1911 model for the last part of the day at Ft. Bliss (hint: bring a higher capacity pistol if you have one, speeds things up). Overall, an EXCELLENT way to spend our Saturday, and I will be referring anyone left in El Paso that HASNT attended his course to do so!

Well after putting off each day I finally “pulled the trigger” and decided take and complete the concealed and license to carry instruction. The class contents and instruction were spot on and definitely well worth the cost and time. The primary instructor and owner of the business (Sam Morgan) is a solid ethical person with a ton of experience. Very briefly, he is an ex Green Beret, special forces, 21 years of enlisted service to our great country who runs and operates this business. The mandatory instruction you need to complete is well delivered in such a manner that you very much understand the material and he made it easy to remember the contents so taking and passing the written questions were not an issue at all. I am an experienced shooter (not in his arena at all) and he made the shooting side of the test flow very smooth all the while dealing with people of zero experience with a gun to those who have used and are trained in proper use. All went to become certified, and he clearly indicated the many pro’s, and there are some con’s, that you have to understand. When finished you understand each. You will not be disappointed what so ever, in fact you will be motivated and educated!Don’t wait any longer…

Sam is an excellent instructor keeping the class entertained while providing necessary information and having the ability to answer all your questions because he has the experience and knowledge to back it up. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to become an LTC carrier to take his class. You will not be disappointed!

This was a fast and efficient process. Took the online course on my own time and scheduled to shooting qualification right after. Instructor was on time and on schedule. Absolutely no complaints here!!!

I recently completed the LTC online course which was a great way to get the didactic portion done. Easy to do at home, at a convenient time for you and at your own pace. Then it was on to the range where Sam runs a very efficient program and he is clearly an expert in his field. Highly recommend El Paso Concealed Carry and Sam Morgan.

This was a phenomenal course. As active military I did not know exactly what the LTC course was going to consist of. Over the course of the four hours classroom training, Sam Morgan took as much time as needed answering questions and helping people understand their rights, dos and donts as potential concealed carriers. We had a wide range of people in the class from firefighters, to moms and daughters, and college students. Mr. Morgan is retired military and carries himself very professionally. This class was extremely informative in regards to preparing for my concealed carry license, I would very highly recommend this course to others.

Theres not enough stars to rate this mans class. The way of his teaching and interaction with the class phenomenal. Definitely gonna sign up for more training with him in the future.

These class deserves a five star rating. The instructor is one of the best by far. In my entire life i have never met some one with the extraordinary amount of firearm knowledge and capacity to teach in such effective manner. Such a dedicated and intellectual instructor that any one can learn and retain knowledge with his way of teaching. Extremely pacient with people that have no knowledgelege and training with firearms. I will totaly recomend this class to everyone.

So I would like to 1st state that I am already a LTC holder. I am giving Sam and his buisness a 5 star review. Reason being I signed my wife up for his LTC class as asked if I could just sit in with her to hear of any new updates that may have come out. I can tell you I picked up alot of different things my instructor from 2014 didnt really cover on. He was very professional, easy to talk to and answered all questions asked very thoroughly. As a veteran myself knowing a little about his background I know for a fact he knows what hes talking about and knows how to teach (lead, instruct). I would highly recommend El Paso Conceal Carry to anyone I may or may not know looking for an instructor to get thier LTC. Thank you again for everything El Paso Conceal Carry (Sam). Beware if you pay for lessons for someone else to read the back of the gift certificate. They are only honored for 30 days and then you are out of luck. I received a gift for Christmas and didnt read the back. They refused to honor it a few months later when I finally had time to call to set up the lessons. That seems like very poor customer service to me. I felt like he ripped us off. Forgot to add I called 2 or 3 times and got no response from the owner.... Rip off is my opinion. Go elsewhere.

Great instructor and great class. Its not death by PowerPoint. The instructor sets you up to pass and gives you all the info to apply for an LTC.

Paid and took the class, did all my paperwork and sent it into the state... only to get a letter back saying that Sams instructor license is expired and I need to redo everything through someone who has a current license (not an expired one). Ive called three times and left messages as well as emailing this company and no one has returned any of my calls or email. All i want is my money back at this point. Please just save yourself the hassle and stress and just go somewhere else.
