Genuinely hospitable. Excellent kitchen. comfy bed rock-hard pillows (you can ask for different ones) . Interesting, well-done redesign of an older building featuring “views” on a light well. Great food! No coffee in room but condoms and whiskey instead. oh, and the food is excellent. Not a Kempinski but way more enjoyable.

This place was amazing. The staff went above and beyond in every way possible to ensure we had the best stay possible. The rooms were very clean and unique, and the bed was very comfortable. If you plan to eat there, you just have to try the Caesar salad with chicken. This was by far the best Caesar salad I have ever had.

The restaurant is amazing. Paulina was the best server we have ever had. We loved it so much we cannot wait to go back. The food and the experience is great!

Very nice very Modern hotel clean and sophisticated unusual thou, bed and shower and toilet and office area everything in one room. Good food little on expensive side.I loved the experience, but I not sure if I would stay there again, because I prefer toilet as a separate room.

Amazingly beautiful hotel. Room was immaculate!! The decor was very nice as well. I stayed in a suite was I was expecting to be pricey, but actually wasn’t bad. The room was amazing. The staff was always attentive and courteous. The only downside was the parking in the back. Due to COVID-19 there was no valet parking (first world problems)Other than that, my next trip back to El Paso I will be staying at the Stanton house again no questions asked.

The Dinning Room has exceptional food. Pauline was the best and most attentive waitress we have ever had. We will go back to eat there even when we are not staying there!

Still needs work. Our room was a bit claustrophobic with one small window. Stains and hair on couch. Furniture looked a bit used. Normally this would be a problem for $100 or so per night, but this was almost $300. There was no valley to speak of. The staff was very nice, especially Guillermo.

This is my second stay in this hotel and it was like the previous time, excellent. This is a hotel and an art gallery at the same time. You will not regret staying there.

After being trapped in a traffic re-direct for over 2 hrs. (only 20 mi.) the young lady at the front desk made me feel instantly comfortable. Even tho i missed room service, the front desk clerk arrived at my room with a bucket of ice and made sure that everything was clean and that i did not need anything. The next morning, i managed to stay in bed and relax before continuing my journey. i will defin itely make a point to return to Stanton House.

So clean and comfortable! Beautiful modern boutique hotel. We arrived late in the evening just for one night so we unfortunately couldn’t get the full experience, however, from the hours we were there - we are very happy with the experience! Rooms are awesome and clean.

The word that comes to mind is “Wow”! The hotel is modern and beautiful and the staff is fabulous. Everyone smiling, courteous and went the extra mile. We travel back and forth from Florida to Arizona, so we will be back.

I have traveled every week for work for the past 10 years and Ive never had this level of service. The staff is so kind and respectful. Staying here makes me excited to come to El Paso for work. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a little stay-cation this weekend. From the time I booked the room to when we got there, everything was amazing. All the front desk staff were supper nice and helpful, taft Diaz was amazing! Blush, (the spa at the hotel) would be my only complaint.Wanted to book a couples massage there, but whoever was at the desk was extremely rude. I ended up getting us a massage elsewhere and then we went to the hotel after. Would have been nice to have everything done at one place, but I guess blush didnt want my money?Either way, would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The staff here makes the stay that much more enjoyable.

Amazing hotel! Will definitely be back for a special date with my wife. Had the 5 course dinner at the restaurant and the food was great. Despite the fact that we had reservations for 9 and didn’t get seated till 10:30 also didn’t get our drinks or the food started till 11:30. Dylan was very considerate of the time we had spent waiting and was quick to bring the food once we addressed it. and Other than that our stay was very pleasant.

We had no idea this hotel is more couples centered so that was a great surprise. The accommodations were very comfortable. The recommendations they gave us for dinner and breakfast were spot on. Excellent service, very friendly staff. We came in looking like dirty river rats all muddy dirty and smelling like campfire (had just driven hours from a 4 day river trip) and we were still treated with utmost respect. Lovely lovely place.

We stayed in the queen light well room. It is beautifully designed and has all you need. Marble floors and countertops, rain shower head in a large walk in shower. Separate W.C. the room is stocked with drinks and snacks.We had dinner at Taft Diaz. The food was delicious and the service was quick and courteous.In the morning we ordered room service breakfast. The food and coffee was hot and delicious.Overall a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend for a romantic staycation.

Our recent visit to El Paso was a pleasant surprise all due to the exceptional sprit of hospitality from the staff, lead by managers Guillermo and Valeria.While there were some slight inconveniences with our room, the hotel staff responded swiftly in moving us to a different room and accommodating our every need throughout our 3-night stay.We were especially impressed by the cleanliness and chic modern decor, which created a tranquil atmosphere. We were also delighted to find delicious plant based options at the Taft Diaz restaurant located in the lobby.All in all, our visit exceeded our expectations and we will be returning to Stanton House the next time we are in El Paso!* Our only request to management, is to consider offering cots or pallets for children staying as well.

Location is in the heart of downtown El Paso. Very beautiful place! The pictures dont do the justice staff was very helpful and nice. Lady at the bar did an excellent job, did not catch her name. Will return, the room is so elegant and cozy.

Delicious food and great atmosphere. Definitely a twist to the everyday Mexican cuisine. Red chilaquiles were flavorful and full of texture.

Artsy and modern. Helpful staff. Located downtown.Unfortunately there for corporate business and found it inconvenient not to have a coffee maker or kettle or iron and board in room. My room on second floor overlooking lobby was noisy in evening [Sat night]. Otherwise, wonderful for those who dont care about those amenities/ noise level.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel and staff were absolutely spectacular. All staff were very professional and considerate. Dinner at the Taft Diaz was superb and waitress Jackie went above and beyond.

Great new hotel in downtown El Paso. As good as any boutique hotel in Manhattan. Restaurant was an unexpected gem with great food. They had a special event featuring the owner of a vineyard from Mexico, highlighting their products with a wine tasting and fantastic menu. Saw Boz Scaggs at downtown theater. Really nice weekend.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, once inside the lobby you will be amazed at the original artwork. Rooms are unique one from the other. Rooms have a modern/cozy feel to them.

Absolutely loved my time at the Stanton house. The rooms were spotless and luxurious. The best thing about the 5 days I was there, was the staff. Vanessa and Cameron were outstanding, as were everyone I encountered. We ate several meals in the dinning room and the food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, the whole experience was above parr. My family and I were there to see my son off for deployment in the military, and they treated us like royalty. I owe a huge thanks to the Stanton house...

It was a beautiful room, high end fixtures, luxurious soaps and such. Two complaints--no coffee in room and no out facing windows. But the art installation in the interior light well made up for that some. Focus on art and artists was gorgeous. Food great. Coffee in Restaurant outstanding.

We have stayed at Stanton House twice now. We came back the second time because of the amazing restaurant, the beautiful rooms, and the awesome staff. First class all the way. I recommend to anyone visiting El Paso!

This hotel has character. Right in the center of downtown. Very creative conversion of office space into hotel rooms. Boutique style allows the purchase of many interesting prints and other items in the hotel.

In the evenings the hotel staff turn down the lights creating a welcoming and comforting dining experience.The in-house restaurant appropriately named Taft-Diaz has amazing food and a good selection of wine. The bar is not your average bar and costs a little more, but makes up for it with superb cocktails and service.Valet parking is inexpensive and the hotel displays modern artwork on a Mezzanine.

The staff was incredible and the room was perfect for relaxing.

My first experience at Stanton House was phenomenal! I loved everything about it from the moment that I arrived. Complimentary valet was prompt and ready to take my car with no hassle. Once we walked inside, check-in was seamless. It looked like the in-house restaurant, Taft-Diaz, had an awesome crowd! Music was inviting, crowd was enjoying themselves, and the wine being poured looked delightful! Our room was fantastic! Something you would find in NYC, which in my opinion, is something that DT El Paso really needed! Toiletries are provided by Malin & Goetz, which is one of my all time favorite skin-care brands. Its easy to say that the staff at Stanton House cares so much about its guests feeling truly pampered! Concierge & Room Service calls were seamless! I cant express how much I truly appreciate that. Most places have learned to let that go, but not at Stanton House. Simply put: My hotel of choice in El Paso 100%!
