Probably the worst trailer park in imperial valley. Huge speed humps, no new improvements or upgrades to trailer park, and rent going up.

Bad area they are very dirty they are never in the office to pay rent they also neighbors don’t let sleep at night by slamming the doors of there cars or trailers the laundry room it very dirty plus people don’t mind there business.
