Clean and good place to live...its always quiet and people dont bother you..

To much rulres which are nonsense its just people minding there own lives working people for to nosey supervising management

I had a problem with my car and had to park it there for a few days I kept going to check on it and very pleased that nobody had messed with my car while it was parked the management put a notice on the vehicle and gave me plenty of days to get it moved Im sorry I had to inconvenience them by leaving my car parked there but I appreciate it that it was safe and that they gave me the time I needed to get it towed great place and safe good environment friendly people thank you

Its a very comfortable and quiet but the rules are very horrible and if you only have one pool pass they only let an amount of 1 or 2 people which i think it is not fair because their are families that live there and plus if you park in-front of someone house they will get a tow truck and get your car taken away which it very stupid and since there are 2 parts of Gios the one with the office is much more rude and the other one is not everyone is better over there and can actually enjoy it there thats it i hope they read and fix there rules and make them more understanding

This place is trash. Bad maintenance, overpriced rent, and maintenance guys make you do their work or else they threaten to kick you out. Electricity goes out at least 10 times a year, in the middle of Summer.
