We have a new landlord name Shelly she is awesome. She always makes sure our stuff is fixed on the work order. I’m so happy to live here with my son . It’s so much better than our last landlord and Maintence guy. They r on top of things god bless them both

Only have been to the swimming pool: the swimming pool is a clean area. Very well kept. The homes themselves, thats another story. The homeowners can be friendly. Some can be mean. But all in all its alright

Dont get trapped here. Avoid Trailor 66 and its inhabitants. They are stalkers and are not decent people.

Paid $35 background check fee. Never called me back. No letter or anything. Called her and all she said was I was not welcome. The only thing on my credit file was medical related, which I got all dismissed but still showed up. She never sent me reason for denial. I turned in complaint with the BBB and the office of Civil Rights. The BBB made a detrimental entry and the OCR said they would support me suing her if I wanted. I asked if that included small claims. They said no, federal court. Well you know how that works, if you are lucky you can get an attorney to take in on contingency. I wasnt going to shop an attorney on a $35 recovery and a $1M punitive damage. So I chalked it up to just another crook in Edmond.

Do not move here! I finally had enough, prices are low, but the manager is probably one of the most hateful women Ive ever encountered. Constant issues, A/C always broken, Heater broken, leaks, mold, Snakes! Snakes are everywhere!! Maintenance doesnt seem to care, or he just wants to avoid the manager. Do not move here. Unless you enjoy being talked down to and charged for breathing in her presence.

My neighbor keeps driving in my yard and the owners will not call me back..i have left several messages and they are making tracks all through it.
