Great place to live, very clean property and they have a dog park

Dont rent unless you wanna buy a trailerafter a year :)the hubby and i moved here when i started college, we were hoping to rent until i finished my degree.well, we go to renew the lease and our trailer turned into a sale to own trailer so we couldnt rent anymore and would have to buy it if we wanted to stay. we got 30 days notice to find a place to live in Edmond (which is already hard enough as it is, let alone a time limit)overall, this place f*cked us over. we were 2 young kids with 2 dogs 2 cats and 30 days to find a place. luckily we did, but it was the most stressful month ever.

Cant get repairs made in a timely manner. Ive made a few myself. I asked for 18 months for my water to be turned down. They said four times they did and that was a lie. The manager leaves notes that my yard is a mess and to clean it up. I can go walking and other yards are full of toys stoves washers and dryers. Im told to leave. Other than that we like it here. My friends my lots of friends here. We want to stay.

Don’t move here if you’re going to be okay with getting your water shut off randomly for hours on end. With the rent price always going up you would think they would have bought a new system. Have a great day :)

I Dont live there but I went around trimming trees and chipping wood after this last big storm, the staff was super helpful

The maintenance here is great. All work orders that I have put in have been done within a 24 hour period. If it cant be done that day, they have always returned the next day to finish the job. The community is very nice and well kept. Its a great place to live.

Ive lived here 6 years. Maintenance has always been quick when Ive had a problem, Manager is great, Terry I think, always is understanding when Ive been late on rent. Rent goes up ever year after your lease is up but thats rental life anywhere. Cool location, its next to everything. Kinda strict on lawn mowing which, I hate to do..but thats really the only negative.

Yes! Properties are always amazing. This park is clean and well maintained. I dont live here but my BFF does and my big issue is when I visit I am often blocked in by neighbors who park where there is no parking. Parking spots are reserved for residents but only two are allowed per lot. Therefore residents with 3 cars are left to park illegally or out of the way. Same for visitors. We either have to park at the office or risk blocking someone in and possibly getting towed. However, getting towed at night will never happen because only the office can authorize towing and there is no one to call form the office when your are blocked in at night. So for parking tribulations 3 stars because I feel residents should have more options then complaints that are never acted upon.

Be aware you are anything other than white they will try to scam you out of a lot of money

This place is the worst. Rent goes up every year and they never do anything around other than complain when they don’t like something. They also shut off the water randomly without a warning and just when people are getting back from work. Don’t rent or buy here and if you already live here and get the chance, get out of here.

Great friendly and very helpful people respectful Neighbors. Comes with a pool dog park and basketball courts. Edmond city bus pick up close too. And its backed up too Hafer park.

If there was a less than 1 star option that would be this place. We have had terrible customer service. The management has changed about 4 times in the almost 3 yrs that we have been here. The trailer we were supposed to get they had been double leased and we found out from the electric company when we were trying to switch the electric into our name. We had to rush and move into another one with out a walk through. We have rotting door frames from rain water 2 years ago and still waiting for them to be replaced. We have had a never ending ant problems since moving in that we have ended up treating ourselves. The trailer is not worth the almost $800 that we pay monthly. We do not recommend this place for living and have even talked my sister out of buying a trailer from here.

I rented at oakridge before i bought a home thier. It is like pulling teeth to get anything done.then when it gets done it doesnt get done right. Ive also had problems buying a house from them. Ive. Used their drop box twice since ive lived there and both times they lost my money order and i had to put a stop payment on it both times which cost me 30$ each time. I would not buy or rent a house here. The lot rent is to high and they wont fix anything right the first time. Im most likely going to sell my home and get out of dodge

The rent goes up 10 dollars every year in January.But now in September, 2016, it will rise again, 20dollars more a month. I dont understand why, thereare no visible signs of any significant changes.There are so many older homes. Not very manynew ones here at all. We really arent rich if we livein these mobile home parks! Its sad I have to put1 star on here to post, should be zero
