It very similar to Minnehaha falls but much smaller. Gate to lake access, walking trails and large open space.

Loved the fenced in dog park! Lots of space to run around. There is a separate area for smaller dogs.

Went for the dog park. Decent size dog park with a couple obstacles, grounds were well maintained. Was surprised to see more dog running off leash on the soccer field than in the actually dog park area. Dog pond for swimming was absolutely disgusting, dog toys floating on top of scum, would never let my dog in it for fear of disease.

Clean and plenty of parking. Went in the entrance by the dog park. Great elementary school age playground. Large picnic shelter next to soccer fields. A little surprise to find as your drive through a light industrial park.

Nice little park tucked back off Yankee Doodle, it has a nice little play ground and a nice area of picnic tables, very clean and well taken care of. Nice hidden little gem!

Good place to bring tree branches. The only issue is sometimes they charge more for the same load size and sometimes less. Not consistent.

When in season, this is a great little park, several soccer fields, a dog park (for both big and little pups) with lots of trails, a lot of parking (although not always during a tournament), a new playground, and lights for night play. The one detractor is that it is not within walking distance of anything else - its fenced on one side by the recycling plant, and leading up to it is a large warehouse-company area. There is even a lake for some canoeing, if so inclined.

Great, lighted soccer fields, shelter, bathrooms, playground and Thresher is also the home to the Eagan dog park.

Clean. Looks like a good place to play soccer or walk the dog.

We go here often w dogs because its close. Big wide open space but beware drops down into a nerwork of path by the lake. If u have an adventurous dog may take a while to chase them down!

Its a decent park if you live in the area. Its large but a big part of it is a steep hill leading down to a kind of dirty lake. The top of the hill is a small field which is a nicer area. Again if you go into it expecting a smaller park and you live close by then its good. There is almost always 2-3 dog owners there which is another plus. Probably wouldnt come from another city to see it though. Oh and there is a nice small dog park there as well.

The dog park is lovely. Its fabulous that it has a small dog park!!! Open spaces and woods. The amenities I havent seen elsewhere include covered picnic tables and dogs play equipment - ramps and a balance beam. This was my first visit and I plan to go regularly.

This is a nice off leash dog park, but its not taken care of in the sense that the space isnt kept clear of snow or mud. Theres a fee for users who would like to be able to use it.

Very friendly dogs and dog owners! Nice facilities with lots of land for my dog to play. I’ve never seen a dog fight or conflict since I’ve been going. I go 2 times a week and there’s always 5-10 dogs there to play. They supply poop bags and usually supply water for the pups! It’s our spot in Eagan!

The dog park is great. People are attentive to their dogs and cleaning up. There’s a huge field for them to chase each other in, and trails to walk if you want to break away from the pack. The trail down to the lake is quite steep. The lake is fenced off, which isn’t totally clear from the map. Bring water to contribute to the communal water bowl, there is not a tap on site. There is a separate small dog area.

Its clean, and a great place to take my buddy, but he likes to play with the big dogs. Last week he climbed through the fence because the chicken wire didnt go all the way up.

Fields are in great shape, parking was a challengw. There must be some type of msnufacturing plant nearby as the smell of 4th of July Sparklers were a bit overwhelming throughout the weekend.

The perimeter fence needs to be inspected. My dog got out somewhere by the lake.

Great place to walk the dogs. Has two areas for off leash dog walking. Flat open area for throwing a ball. Trails through the woods. Hills are a bit steep and trails are new and angled. There is water bowls and picnic tables. Bring water and poo bags, trash cans provided.

Not nearly enough parking for a tournament and the goals were mismatched (one was clearly larger than the other) but it was well maintained. Disappointed the bathrooms were closed already for the season too.

Reviewing the dog park. Was great and my dog loved the open fields and trails to walk on. Had no issues and met some of the regulars to the park. Everyone and their dogs were super relaxed and having a good time.

Great open spaces, some nice trails and hills, even some wooded areas for the dogs! Theyve got two separate areas for smaller dogs and then larger dogs. There is also a lake that is fenced off so you can choose to let your dog into the water or not! So much fun!

It is definitely what all Dog Parks should be like. My dog DUKE loves his free time at Thresher Park.

I nice place for a picnic. We sometimes grill out over lunch here. Often times some people are flying RC airplanes in the field which is fun to watch.

Eagan put in a nice dog park, it has some nice wooded hiking trails and water. But if you are looking for a park with a lot of other dogs, this isnt the place. The entire park is kind of tucked away behind a neighborhood and industrial area, so it is hard to find. But, still a good place to take the dog. Also beware, to get to the pond and some of the trails are quite steep, and can be tough to climb if they get wet or icy.

Another cool Park in Eagan the only thing that could make it cooler is if they changed the name to Thrasher Fields Park.

One of the largest fields in the metro area. Popular with radio control pilots. Includes covered gazebo with electric outlets.

The dog park has fantastic terrain to get in exercise while letting your pooch get theirs.

Parking is barely adequate. Suffers like the rest of Eagans soccer fields with being twice as long as they should be. Games only resemble actual soccer games.
