I grew up in this neighborhood. It was a great place to live. Mrs. M. Martin has been there 45+ years and babysat me as a child. The residents have changed but the historic trailer park is over seen buy Mrs Martin and many of her relatives reside or visit and keep a good eye on everything. M.R.T.P. Everything is gossip so create a good persona.Dogs. Motorcycles, ATVS WERE always prohibited. Making it a boring place ( for me) growing up.Lots of chicanos and Hispanics. As it used to be predominantly white community.

Nice community land lord is hard to deal with

Maple ridge Park is a very safe place to live, mannegment is great I would give them 4 stars

Good location. Very strict with water usage. Suppose to be family friendly but a lot rules of stuff kids CANT have or do in park.

Its a Mobile Home Park, appears well maintained. I have friends who live there, its been quiet and a nice place when ever Ive been there.
