Wish I could give zero stars. We live in the adjoining neighborhood and the folks at Arbor Hill keep trespassing and dumping animal carcasses, mostly deer in the wooded lot next door. As a result we now have a coyote problem and several cats are missing. Weve written the owner of Arbor Hill but he doesnt appear to care. This is not only disgusting but also illegal.

Small community could make better parking for visitors

Wow..to sum this place up...both the people who live there along with the trailers are simply the typicaltrashy hillbilly/fighting/roach infested park.. Im stoked my friend who lived there shortly is gone bc it was always drama and the parks turn around is full of pot holes mud and trash..Iv never seen such a horrible place YET the mgt seem to be nice and clean so I cant understand why they wouldnt want a cleaner place?. Anyway..dont advise anyone to move/live here unless you like sleeping with bugs and getting into fights over drugs and the police banging on your door at 3am.

I have a VERY close friend that lives here and feel like this place use to be a dump,but now under new management,i do feel like,especially with the improvements made already,this will be a nicer community when old homes are taken out and newer ones are put in :)
