A fun and beautiful eclectic mix of art. For these stunning handmade pieces, the prices are reasonable. I have yet to see so many talented artist’s work packed into one lovely gallery.
Went to the gallery with the intent to buy a glass fish and a couple of pottery pieces. I walked around the shop at least twice while the customers before me were being served. The glass fish I wanted was hanging and would require assistance from the shopkeeper. As the previous transaction finished I walked up to the register, made eye contact and said hello. Nothing from the shopkeeper. Not a may I help you or Ill be with you in a moment. I walked out and made purchases at another shop on Main. I will not return to this store. This is the second time Ive been in the store and been ignored.
This is a wonderful gallery featuring over 100 artists and crafts people. All made in the USA. When looking for the gallery dont go by the google map. They just cant get it right. The gallery is located on the west side of the Pinellas Trail just north of Main Street, Not in the parking lot the google map has it in. Not a bad place to park then walk to the West across the bike trail to the gallery. There is a lovely park in-between the bike trail and the front of the gallery with a brick sidewalk that will lead you to the door.
Store keeper did not greet us and never said a word to us the entire time we were there(only people in there for quite a while). I was infact trying to find something for my mother who has been battling cancer. She loves to cook, she loves local art(which there is a lot of wonderful pieces in there, all of it really), the place was the perfect place to get that beautiful cheer up piece that ties any room or porch together. Unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable. That feeling was validated when I gave the store keeper a very gracious goodbye and recieved nothing but cold silence. Dont worry though I found something absolutely adorable around the corner.
Real cute
Interesting, high quality merchandise!
