Cute area for kids to play around and get some exercise. Animals are well taken care of and are a nice addition for the kids to experience.

This place is more of a playground than a farm or zoo. There is a significant lack of animals here and nothing bigger than a goat. Whether or not this is because of Covid19 I dont know. They have a train that is currently not running because of Covid19.

Small, cute, underfunded park/zoo. Animals are nice but not really showcased. My son enjoyed the playground equipment more than anything. It runs on donations so if maybe more people went and gave money it could be pretty cool. Clean facilities and big pavilion. Ill be back ....

Great public park. Farm animals to see, less of playground equipment. Park is spacious with play equipment distributed across the park. A great place for a picnic. Bathrooms were modern and clean.

Great little zoo for our kids who are both under two. There are only a few animals which is all that they have the attention span for. There is also playground equipment as well as a lot of shade throughout.

Family reunions held here. We love it because the kids get train rides so it keeps them busy. Shaded and breezy on hot days

This was our first time going to this place. I was sad and so was my 3 yr old granddaughter. We saw 2 pigs, 1 llama, 3 sheep, 1 baby goat with no parents in sight, 3 rabbits in a hutch without bedding, and then several birds including a peacock all trapped in a large cage. There was one teenage boy volunteer and never said a word to anyone that we witnessed. I turned on the water hose and refilled the bowls for the sheep and infant goat. I would not recommend going there if you are hoping for a nice outing.

It was really windy the day we went, which made our visit a little chilly. There are couple of nice playgrounds with a few different animals to watch. The kids loved the Mary go round. Nice covered pavilions good for lunch.

To the people saying this is not a clean place and they dont take care of the animals, obviously youve never been on a farm before. These animals have nice enclosures for farm standards and are well taken care of. This is a nice, free, family friendly place in Dubuque County. I enjoy taking my kids and my kids love it too! Good place to have a picnic, short drive, nice little get a way.

They had playgrounds which were nice for kids and the park itself was clean but the very few animals that were there are in bad condition, only the cows and llamas h as f field space to run around and the rest were stuck in cages which looked like they were never cleaned and the animals also look very dirty and sick and lonley. I only saw one staff member once driving that little train around but havent seen him since. Would never recommend coming here and the owner should Ill d care about his business.

Lovely park. Shame that they removed the petting zoo. Probably for legal reasons. Oh well. Would be 5 stars if not for that.

Some farm animals to see. Some play equipment. Lots of open space. Kids had a great time. I liked that it was all fenced in and had great picnic areas. Bathrooms are clean and the grounds are well kept.

Not one staff member was around. Hardly anything at the zoo animal wise. The only good thing was that it was beautiful, clean, and attractive. Will not go back.

Awful experience, there was a peacock stuck in a cage with many variety’s of birds, a baby goat had no parents and looked very unwell, a pig was banging itself against the fence trying to get out, the goats furs were very matted and had sores, bunnies were extremely scared and didn’t have any bedding, and extreme heat. Ruined my day.

The animals are sick and are confined to dirty cages and pens. The horse was sick thin and gagging. The lama had sores on it! The birds were dirty and had no bedding they just flopped around in mud filled cages. A goat was appearing to have a seizure. It was heart breaking and I am gonna file a complaint with the department of agriculture.
