The place is awesome it really great for children and adults but when 2020 and the whole missing children thingy its fake the children thingy and they closed not because of missing kids because of COVID19 so that means all the news of missing kids at chuck e cheese its all fake im a kid and i love chuck e cheese im sad it closed my family come there every year so its rare for me to even go there i miss the games and the animatronics and the pizza and the prizes i even own a chuck e cheese plushie and a pizza plushie great memories i might visit to come and get pizza but no games no singing no happy screams i miss you chuck e cheese your a great place im a fan but im slowly growing out of that stage im 9 years old and now im a little more into freddy fazbear pizza but you will still be my favorite place my little brothers and sisters loved the place to they even scream a little and there scared of the chuck cheese mascot i will visit some time i will try to buy a lot of thing with my money my dad gives me to get you of the bankruptcy :)
The server/cashier was very courteous and friendly. I ordered wings with sweet chilli sauce which tasted good but few of the wings were hollow with no meat and a reddish substance in them - I didnt eat those. The whole place had a distinct smell, as if the carpets had not been washed for a very very long time. I would say my kid did have a good time but given the ambience and the food I would not want to go there again.
Paradise, family fun center not only for kids but for adults as well. Week days are not always full, we came here one time on a Saturday, it was too crowded! Hint: better come here on weekdays, but weekdays are always busy for school and work, but if you have the chance better come here on weekdays. Sure it doesn’t get crowded. Parking is available for free. Best value and experience for kids to enjoy. Parties for kids are available, good idea! No fuss preparing at home. Just bring the celebrant and guests here and everything is worth it! Food is great, pizza is always made fresh!
My son loves Chuck E Cheese. He will hog the toddler basketball game for as long as you let him. I love most that you can get a card for games based on time rather than games played. I always get like 90 minutes and its good enough for a small outing away. Every other month or so I take him and spend the entire day but our little 90 minutes is a regular thing. He loves it; My 12 year old did too but grew out of it and he loves Dave and Busters now.
Arcade is very good, separate place for little kids and big kids. Eating area is also good. Avoid time when busy. Clean hands n table before eating. Price is reasonable
Clean, fun and safe - children cant escape outside which makes this place more relaxing for parents. Loved their photo booths, they usually cost around $5 in amusement parks, much more affordable at Chuck E cheese.
I hosted my two daughters birthdays there. I arrived 15 minutes before the party like I was asked I didn’t get anyone to help us check in until 10 minutes AFTER the party was supposed to start. While I was checking in the table still wasn’t set up for the party! When I asked what was going on and why it hasn’t been set the guy kept saying he doesn’t know that he was stepping in as a manager there from another location. Which is annoying because even as acting manage you still have things how they are supposed to be! You’re a manager from another location you should still know how to run one that isn’t yours. So now 20 minutes after the paid time I requested the table is just getting set! Gianni “the manager” was our host which was horrible he came to the table maybe TWO times! So sad we couldn’t find him anywhere. We kept having to ask the lady who was a host to two other tables to help us because she couldn’t find him either. Mind you the lady had about two or three tables that she was handling wonderful and he had just the one that he wasn’t paying attention to at all!! When he brought the pizza out he had the wrong pizzas! So of course I was upset because I place the booking online with the pizzas and the day before they called me to confirm the pizza. Oh and when I checked in they confirmed as well! Very annoying he said he was going to replace the wrong pizza and he would be back. He never came back with the right pizza! (First time he came to the table since we checked in) now it’s time to do cakes and I see all the other kids with their cakes they get ready to sing and I have to tell someone WAIT! My girls don’t have their cakes and here the comes (the manager) with my girls cake still in the box that still need the toppers all on it. I was so upset because all the other people got their cakes in enough time to put candles and set it up, here I am trying to rush putting everything because he was doing god knows what! (Second time to the table) at that point I was beyond over him and that location! I was mad because my guest could see how bad he was handling the party as well. It was just a overall horrible experience! His name was Gianni. It was so bad that I had guest tell me at the party and after to report how horrible he was the fact that he was late doing everything he had nerve to give us attitude every time he came to the table, especially when we asked questions! Like how can you be mad at me that you brought out the WRONG pizza?!
My kiddies love this place. This is a nice location, the staff was very nice and helpful. They could clean the bathrooms more often, but hey Its Chuck E Cheese
Food was fresh and hot and cant beat 5.00 pizza!
You must bring your kids to this place. They will definitely love it.
Pizza was good, not too many people, grandkids had fun.
Not too many kids thats always a plus. Pizza is good, kids had fun!
Nice location. Good games and they keep the place clean. As a parent, thats all you can really ask for at Chuck E. Cheese, daughter loves it so well be coming here a lot more in the future I imagine.
Sad experience. More than a quarter of the games were either malfunctioning, didnt give out tickets for awards earned, or were simply broken.
We like Chuck E. Cheese, especially the concord location. Many of the games here were not working or giving out tickets. The photo rides were out of paper and so many of them were scattered on the floor. It seemed to be under staffed since it took me about 7min to have someone come take my food order and the staff did not seem happy. Just disappointed, will be going back to another location.
Depending on your age group please adjust your expectations. For a 40 old dad I need to mentally return to the age of 5. In this case it is amazing! Soooo much fun. Cant wait to go back. As a 41 year old, its dirty, employees look unhealthy, chuck E Cheese needs a vacation badly and the food looked positively unsafe. But then again, this place isnt for adults. Kids had a blast and we ate elsewhere. Apparently we will be back..... FML
Normally, not a fan of Chuck-E-Cheese, for all the obvious reasons (loud, busy, expensive). HOWEVER, I booked a party online and when the day came, my husband and I went in to talk about what exactly we should order pizza wise for our group size. THANK GOD we went in, cause had we shown up for our party at 5pm, nothing would have been set up. I BOOKED THE PARTY ONLINE FOR THE WRONG DAY! I had accidently booked it for the following Monday. The store manager and manager of operations were absolutely amazing and made us feel like it was no big deal. They dealt with getting everything switched over, helped us figure out how much pizza we would need (we had exactly what we needed!), and when I was so embarrassed, were kind. When we walked in a few hours later, it was like it was planned weeks ago. They didnt skip a beat. Our server for the evening was amazing. She went on break towards the end of the party, but came back to look me in the eyes and thank me for her tip.Im not a fan of Chuck-e-cheese on the weekends, but on a Monday night (we are not amateurs at party planning lol) it was perfect! Not busy, not as loud and we were able to keep track of all the kids in our party without stress.100% would go back and support this business and the people in it.
They were super understaffed for both the prize redemption area and to place a food order. It took me 10 minutes just to get 2 wrist bands and there was only 1 person ahead of me. More than half the games did not give tickets although they should have. Even the ticket counting machine was not working properly, for example, I counted 5 tickets - the machine counted 3 - this happened for 4 out of the 5 machines I tried.
Had a birthday party for the birthday girls 3rd birthday . And it was amazing, clean, and very friendly staff
Chuck e cheese is a good activity zone for the little kids on a rainy day. My 4 year old had a blast and she could be entertained for hours with less than $20. However, the facility is old so it was a little smelly, like dirty carpet and some of the games are broken. Little ones dont seem to mind so I would still take them back. Costco sells discounted gift cards too.
Cleanest one Ive been to in the bay area.
My kid always likes going here to kill time
Great place to spend with kids for couple of hours. Getting tickets keeps kids going. Its a nice clean place and a good place to have kids birthday parties.
Great fun for the entire family and the pizza is very good
We came here for a birthday party for a 5 yr old. The pizzas were good and the Chuck e cheese show was great, judging by how captivated the kids were towards the characters. The kids (toddlers to early teens) all had a great time playing the variety of games. The game cards that allowed them to play as many games as they would like for 2 hours is a great idea. They get tickets for how well they do after a game. The little prizes they can buy with the tickets is just icing on the cake! I gave it 4 stars and the kids a 5 so I gave the review a 5. Who cares what I think!
For a kids place the pizzas pretty decent
I love having a place to take the kids where we can eat good food in a friendly, fun environment
The best place for a 5 year old to enjoy his birthday
The establishment was CV lean and the workers were friendly. My son was totally locked in to playing the games. Especially the motorcycle ride with another child.
Chuck E. Cheese is always a good time! Kids had fun, birthday party we attended was well managed, and overall it was just right!
Good one for kids birthday partys!!
As I walked into the Chuck E. Cheese, I expected to have a grand time. My daughter ran off with her little card and was having the time of her life, and I ordered a pizza and sat down. The little floor show was about to start and I wanted to watch, as it had been many years since I had last entered a Chuck E. Cheese, but as the demon rat stared into my soul and judged me for my sins, I knew that God was angry with me. So long story short, we had a great time and we’ll be back soon!
Not bad for some quick games with the kiddos. Nice employees, fairly clean, almost all the games work. Got the aycp cards and works well with adult help.
Nice place with decent food but oh boy does it smell there. It smells like a wet dog is wearing my gym socks. Other than that, it was a lovely experience. The people were very very friendly and it’s clean. But that smell.
Hey my name is Ebony Nelson, mother of two beautiful girls that are just a year apart .and today is my youngest daughter whos turning three today.Birthday@4-5:30 or if not longer what will be a total??? Me and. 4-6 children will be there also have own cake just some pizza is fine....
Nice place to pary party..
I enjoy this location. Staff is friendly and the place is clean
Better for kitti party and birthdays great for kids
Too much Crowd and chaotic . First time saw 4 parallel birthday parties . Welcome to California
This is a ver good place for kids birthday parties. There is a very big game zone for kidsThey love it. They can play and get some goodies as prizes. They serve food like salads, pizzas and drinks, etc. End to end kids entertainment available in single place.
Its very well managed, contrary to perception from some of the reviews. sunday afternoon in bad weather, got nothing to lose. the place was crowded but most machines (and employees) were functional. we had lot of fun.
We came on a Saturday evening a few weeks before Christmas. The place was so packed, the games kept running out of tickets and the ticket counters kept getting full. The staff, however, were really attentive and energetic. We were all in it together, LOL.
They never check the online order for doordash. I waited 30 minutes more to get he food ready. Management, should do something about it.
Im used to run down CC with only 1/4 of the games working and horrible staff but this location is exactly what I remember CC is supposed to be. Its clean, good pizza, all the games worked and the one that didnt was fixed within 5 minutes of mentioning it. The staff was great and they had plenty of team members to deal with 3 seperate birthday parties and still managed to make our group feel special. Best CC weve been to in decades.
Super fun for the little ones ..alot of games and pizza ..its more for 10 and under i think ..had fun picking prizes and easy to win a 1000 tickets on some of the games
Very friendly and love that you can use multiple coupons. Kids loved the stuffed crust pizza!
Very friendly, clean and kids loved the stuffed pizza. Did I mention you can use multiple coupons.
Really dirty, most of the gsmes were broken. Lazy workers.
Food to 47 mins to be delivered, one person worked the register and the line to redeem tickets so that was a hassle. Cashier did not add play points to all cards paid for and when i went to complain about it manager and worker kept saying it was invalid.. of course its invalid idiot she didnt put the 60min unlimited play on the card. I shouldnt have to keep explaining that. customer service can definitely improve
Very nice place for small birthday parties. We had blast . Kids loved it... food was lovely.
Went here for my little brothers birthday. We asked for endless salad bar and pizza. The manager comes up to us as we are eating our salad and rudely accuses us of stealing salad. Turns out the cashier didn’t ring us up for the salad. But the manager was soooo RUDE.
Good pizza, fun for the kids !
Machines are broken..only one staff member handling multiple areas..
Went a long time ago when children were young and loved it
Had a lot of fun with my daughter. Unlimited Play is the way to go!
Helpful staff, clean facilities, and reasonable prices. Pizza has improved. Go earlier on the weekends when it is less busy, especially with little kids.
Came here for my cousins birthday party. I didnt plan the party, so I cant tell you if there were any logistical issues with that, but I had a good experience there. Not to mention, the pizza was perfectly round! :)
A great place to bring the kids on a weekend. There were some machines which were not dispensing tickets or not giving out tokens, but the service attendant quickly resolved the issue and giving us extra tokens and tickets. Food is just ok, but service is great.
Good to celebrate birthday party for kids, but expensive
This isnt a bad place to take your kids for a little fun, but thats also because theres not many options in Dublin. I was disappointed in the games they had, as they were different from other Chuck e cheese locations Ive been to before. Much of the floor is taken up by the stage and the tables in front of it, which is a waste in my opinion. The salad bar didnt look too appetizing, but they do have cheap pizza that looks decent. My two year old had a good time, but they need more stuff for the smaller kids like her.
Staff is wonderful and so helpful. They try hard to keep the place nice.
Great place for the kids, especially unlimited play
Pizza was very good. Wait time to order the pizza was a little excessive. Im old school. Im a little disappointed they removed the play area for the kid. Now its just all video games.
Clean place with nice workers
Chaotic, small and not very clean, most games does not dispense play tickets....
Great kids birthday place, well cleaned and relatively calm given its full of kids :)
Chuck E Cheese has definitely changed since I was a little kid. My children find joy in the littlest things and chuck E Cheese is a treat for them. I miss the tokens and some of the old games but lifes changing and technology is advancing fast!
A very good place to play and eat different types of pizzas!
Pretty good place. We went on a Thursday at 11am. Not very busy. We arrived right when they opened but they were still cleaning up from the day before. There was a mop bucket and towel around which they did not remove. For a kids casino, it was pretty good. Pizza buffet was good.
Half of the game machines doesnt work and you loose credit if you tap card on it accidentally.
Fun place to hang out with kids.
Pizza got so much better. Everyone that works here is nice and the only thing is I wish I could still get a pitcher of beer not just a glass
Nice place for kids but kinda expiensive plus the fries and pizza is not that good.
Cleaner and better organized, exceeded expectations for a 3yo birthday party.
The good: the arcade games are great for toddlers and young kids. I like how the have many smaller versions of traditional arcade games. The bad: prizes/toys are given for the exchange of tickets which are won att each game however, the games arent always stocked with tickets which then becomes frustrating to explain to your child and almost impossible to get help for. Add to that the tickets equivalent prices and it makes you wonder why they even offer tickets and prizes.
Racist establishment, very rude to kids, discusting place overall
Everything thing was good. All was working,no smell/noise. Kids were happy
So much better yet smaller then the Hayward one. Much cleaner and a lot less crowded on a Sunday then I expected. Service was good and the place didnt smell. I would definitely rather come here then Haywards chuck e cheese. Much better crowd as well. Although not as many games it was still fun for the kids.
Who doesnt love Chuck E. Cheese?? I usually love Chuck E. Cheese but this particular visit there was a game machine stuck making a really annoying loud noise that didnt do a thing for my migraine. They said they were trying to fix it. Unplug it or something pppllleeaasseAnyways, the salad bar was good, the pizza was good. The employees could have been a little more fun, after all its Chuck E. Cheese! It could have been a little cleaner but one employee was stocking the salad bar on her break so they are probably understaffed. Chuck and his band only played once which was dissapointing. Im sure I will return again.
Where your kids will always have fun.
Horrible food .....Just a place to spend money and get nothing....... But if you want to sit down and do nothing let your kids run around and not worry about them, its probably a good place to go... Sometimes you need a time out for yourself... Then yes its at least a little bit of a breather...
Seems like a new staff and they are wonderful happy dancing people! They smiled and helped! Had a blast today watching you 3 day dance with chucky cheese!
They cannot handle high volume-Many of the games were accepting credits even though they were out of tickets-a good 10-20% of the games were not funtioning.-most of the ball throwing or rolling games were missing ballsIt was crowded since it was a rainy Sunday but Ive seen worse days.
Surprizingly, the childs BD party was well organized & fun for the kids who attended (30 kids & 20 adults). Pizza was better than i remember & service was good. Only down side was the high volume of noise.
Arcade pretty deece
My daughter loves this place, so I do my best to tolerate it. She has fun playing the games and redeeming her tickets. The major issue is that they are always severely understaffed. One person is often taking orders, passing out plates/cups AND working the prize redemtion counter. Hire a few more people and it might make tolerable into fun
Fun place. not very spacious.
Kids loved it but was so packed it was hard to walk around.
Best place for kids to spend couple of hours. Evenly crowded
Waaaaayyy to long of lines and the food orders as well. 30 minutes the first time and almost an hour for the second. Not to mention theyre a pricey. And to add...most of the games were either broken or out of tickets. To make things worse... The ticket counting machine was a fraud. Put in tickets and no count... Poorly managed and staffed.
