Its relatively simple with two kids play area. They created an exercise area. You see adults walk around and exercise. It has parking. Wheel chair parking. There was a staff personnel keeping the area clean and letting us know the parents or visitors know the restroom would be closing. Didnt need to with my little ones but Im certain it must of been well stock and clean.

Nice remodeled park. Playgrounds still closed per Covid but its all been nicely maintained and upgraded now. My kids are ready for it to be safe to open but until it does we can keep walking around it to stretch our legs.

Love this neighborhood park, its a block from my house which makes it super convenient. It has been newly renovated. New gazebos and full track lining the outskirts of the park. Beautiful and serene. The only downfall is sometimes in the evening teenagers will gather under a gazebo and smoke marijuana, quite annoying.

Clean and well kept RR. playground is up to date with kid friendly ground. Large baseball field is angled perfect for scenic shoots and pose sessions. Best place for local roughntough handball sport.

Golden Park is somewhere Ive visited on a regular basis.Its a cute park with recreational pluses.An updated playground. A place for the kids to come &Play Basketball, do Crafts, do various activities with designated employees who are there for just that reason.I think this feature of this park is awesome.And it is a Safe place for the children.

I know this park since 20 years ago and when i move to other city, always i remember how my son playing there and i back and see how much tho park as changed but still be safe and beautiful

Rather small park, plenty of shade from trees. Pleasant to walk through when theres no city workers cleaning.

Safe in the daytime but not as safe at night as you would want it to be but its getting safer

Grew up in nearby Paramount and let.me just tell you, even though its a downey city park its locals are generally ex or active gang members of Paramounts most violent gangs as far as safety its by far from it,would not recommend working out there at nights or Early mornings,plenty of Gang Activity from local Paramount Gangs in the area its nothing short of Unsafe, be advised dont be Mislead

The place was closed I came all the way from the valley just because my friend lives close by when I got there everything was closed and I just wanted a resting spot but no sign no nothing. At least post online that its closed . Its annoying because I have physical problems.

What can one say about this or any other Golden Corral, except Go there Hungry. A true all american buffet, all you can eat foods from salads, chicken, ribs, meatloaf, steak and of course dessert(s) and much much more! While the food is far from top shelf, it is more than adequate, but again, it is a self serve buffet.This location seems to shine a little better, both in food presentation, selection as well as service, than other Golden Corrals I/We have been to. We found this Golden Corral to be clean and the food good. A great value for the money. Overall Rating~ Very Good!

The hotel was good. Service was friendly and it was clean (very happy for that). I liked very much the breakfast. The room was a bit small bot anyway was ok.Worth for the money. When having shower the water wasnt going way but was just staying on the floor. The water was cleaned later by the cleaner

Wonderful, clean and comfortable rooms, with a very nice view and balcony. A relaxing atmosphere, with delicious breakfast, great spa and very accommodating and helpful staff. A wonderful place. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This park holds a lot of memories! Had my baby shower here close to 7 years ago and I always find myself back here whether its to hang out or to join birthday parties!

Clean and active park. Dog friendly and if you forget your doggy bags, they have a post with free ones.

Golden park is a wonderful place to enjoy a day with the entire family.

Calm park. Not too big and not too small! Mostly people exercising, playing sports, walking their dogs and very family-friendly. Childrens play area/ equipment is new and pretty nice, children enjoy it. Downey police do patrol the park often.

A neat little park with a few benches on the South side that are great for having lunch and catching ​up with some good friends. Theres a good crowd that regularly plays handball, and basket ball courts for some fun pickup.

Were we go to hangout from 8pm to 5 in the morning, never crowded or loud, a fun place for college kids to meet-up and just mess around(what my group uses it for), but its its also a great place for little ones to get out and play and exercise

Its an o.k. little park.has beautiful tall shade trees on the Southside of the park which also has benches and b-bque pits ideal for a kids birthday party.also has a basketball court, handball wall and small play area with swings and various other playground equipment.oh and a baseball diamond.
