Fishel Park has been special to me for years, about 45 years. I no longer live in Chicagoland, but when I visit I find myself in Fishel Park. What Ive noticed is the park is special to many people. It seems when people are in the park, they at peace and happy.Fishel Park... a tiny park full of welcome.

Fisher park has huge stage for concerts or events. They have a few tables but not a lot, they have public restrooms. Very clean and always looks nice. There is a small play ground for children as well.

Great little park. Tons of free concerts and things on through the summer, and easy to get to with parking on the other side of Main.

My son likes this park and has fun here and thry have picnic tables and just huge area to have a picnic with family n friends. The problem with this place is the bathrooms are always closed. In the 6 yrs I have consistently gone to this park only once have I ever seen the bathrooms open. Not a good place for kids just being potty trained because there is nowhere for them to use the bathroom unless u walk or drove to a business and ask tho use their bathroom.

Very pleasant evening with Downers Grove music in the park series. Large turn out and very enjoyable. Some called it Ravinia of Downers.

Always a fun place to come for summer and early fall concerts!

There is plenty of seating with full view of stage, good vendor food during music in the park, the band stage is right on the lawn level with great sound. There are also public bathrooms and a park for kids to play in

Fun place

Its a great space with a small playground for kids and adults wanting to take a break from Main St. The stage is great for shows and concerts.

I have enjoyed many outdoor concerts here. Its located right in the heart of downtown Downers Grove.

Love their Summer Concert series. Great acoustics and fun bands. The food is pretty pricey so I head over to Subway or bring my own.

Nice clean park in the heart of downers Grove downtown. Lots of boutique shops near by and the train station near by give kids a chance to see a train.The park is tucked away from the busy mainstreet so safe for families.

Hidden gem never knew this park was here. Great place to go relax and listen to music

Cool atmosphere, when I went through there was a little festival going on. My wife and I loved it!

Convienient downtown location, walk to everything. Has a nice band shell for community musical performances at the park. Slightly sloped turf helps everyone see the artists. Has playground equipment within eyesite and earsite of shell. Not too large, a nice quiet park on other days for playing frisbee, reading, praying, napping, etc.

Nice little park and bandshell p er fe c t for the Tuesday concerts in the park. DG PARK District brings in food vendors and musical acts to brighten up a summer evening.

A smaller park next to a tiny cemetary, but a nice peacful place - a break from the bustling big town.

Its meh. Not much there if youre not loitering or at an event. The washrooms are a bit of a tease since theyve never been unlocked for me.
