This place is fun! Adults and children of all ages will enjoy! The have a zip line, ninja warrior section, trampolines galore, rope ladder, and party rooms! The birthday set was nice and the party bags included with the package for every child was a hit! Nice addition! Plus you get dip-n-dots! I highly recommend for birthday parties or for a fun night with the family!

Had a playdate here and it was amazing! There were employees that were always around and watching, especially the popular areas making sure the kids were following rules and taking turns! There are even places for you to be and watch your kids without having to trampoline. My son had a really great time we will be returning!

I would avoid this place and take your child elsewhere. There is not enough supervision. The employees are managing birthday parties but not the participants in the trampoline park.During a recent birthday party, my son was punched in the head by another jumper. Not only was the response from the manager and his team at Get Air unacceptable (there was no action taken) but there was no employee around to even witness the incident. This is completely unacceptable for a place that should be providing a safe environment for all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have always loved this place so I booked my daughter’s birthday here. Well with COVID-19 I called to cancel it and no one will return my call. I’ve sent emails and messages for over a month without a response. At one point I even considered rescheduling it but with how they are handling this I’m pretty upset. Bad way to do business.

They would not allow toddlers to play with balls in the toddler area. Why is it okay for bigger kids but not the little ones, if you allow toddlers in?My main complaint, however, is this: there is no soap in the bathrooms! Only sanitizer. See the photos. I think there may be some safety violation associated with this. Whoever runs this place clearly wanted to spend as little as possible (whats up with not even covering up the Binnys sign on the front?), but skipping soap in a place like this is unacceptable.

Great new trampoline park. This one has many obstacles, more than Ive seen at other trampoline parks which makes it different and fun. I liked the kid play place too with slides and different levels for kids. Fyi, they do not let you trade in socks from another trampoline place for free like some places do. You must buy socks for $3 a pair.

And make sure before the event that it certainly is. Because I was making children a birthday, I got there and they told me that the birthday is canceled, that someone in my name called and deleted. As it turned out, completely different births were deleted and not mine !!! I didnt even hear the words sorry!But the place for fun its perfect:)

This place is MASSIVE! One of the the biggest trampoline parks I’ve visited. It was quiet when we went. The kids had fun and they have a cool jungle gym type of thing for kids who are younger. They have another area for bigger kids. The amenities are great. There’s like 5 party rooms. The reason it gets three stars is because the place looks dirty, especially the bathrooms.

Such a fun place! We went with a lot of different ages.. From toddlers to teens... everyone had a great time! The adults even had fun! The staff was great too! Really friendly and helpful!

STAY AWAY as this place is a bad incident waiting to happen for your child. There is no supervision. There were 5 birthday parties at the same time and very few parents. Watched things get out of control in the dodgeball area and a kid land a huge punch to the side of another kids head knocking him off his feet. I was the only adult witness (about 30 kids in the area and I was the ONLY adult watching, employee or parent) and after describing the event to the parents and management, management did nothing except lecture both parties about playing nicely. In other areas I witnessed kids jumping from one trampoline to another with a 10 yr old kid jumping to an area where a couple of 4 yr olds were playing nearly jumping on top of the 4 yr olds. There were two lifeguards as the back of the shirt states in referee shirts walking around the trampoline area but they couldnt keep there eyes off their phones. I could go on and on ... dont take the risk for your child.

Kids had lots of fun. I noticed a couple reviews complaining about the waiver process which is hilarious. Its a big place so if your kids are very young common sense says follow them around like many of the parents do. The employees were very nice as well.

My son broke his arm so badly hell need surgery. This place should be closed forever. Dont bring your kids here.It doesnt matter how serious Get Air takes incidents like children breaking legs and arms. It still happens. They can use whatever waivers, incident reports, or surveillance they want. Children suffer serious injuries at Get Air regardless. Get Real, Get Air.

To be fair, we are here on the grand opening..... Having said that, they grossly understaffed for opening night. Had to wait in line to 20 minutes. Only three attendants and a 30 foot long line full of anxious parents and kids. There were no clear instructions telling you that you had to fill out an waiver prior to paying so it even slow down the process more. Once we finally did the pay, we were told that my smaller kids couldn’t play in certain areas that were reserved for big kids. Absolutely no signage explaining this. Just angry toddlers that didn’t have access to where they wanted to go. Some of the areas were roped off and not finished prior to opening which was very disappointing and somewhat dangerous. Only one ice cream vending machine. No food other than that which seems to be a missed opportunity.Once again… I realize this was the grand opening however… a truly successful business is always well prepared for their customers and opportunities. Hopefully this place will improve.

Although my kids enjoy it, I am always afraid they may get injured while on the trampolines. It is like a free for all there and parents and employees do not stress following rules to kids. I have said something on numerous occasions, but each time we go it is the same.

Perfect for kids b-day parties .

Took my son on a Thursday for 2-hour toddler time (one parent gets in free) and we had a lot of fun. There was plenty of stuff for smaller kids like a giant play place and a whole separate kids area and plenty to do for adults with a dodgeball court, a gladiator pit, and some ninja warrior type equipment

I really like the park overall, but just a little disappointed when there are no foam balls for the dodgeball pit.

I love this place. Kind staff, good food, my only complaint is there is no soap in the bathroom.

I never usually write a review but me and my son went here today for the first time for “Toddler Time” and we had soooo much fun, place was clean, everyone was nice, plus we were the only ones there so we had the whole place to ourselves. Def going back again!

Nice facility that is brand new and well spaced, options for big kids and little. Staff was friendly and helpful. Few things were coming also.

This place is very dirty, I will NEVER go back. Waited 30 min to check in, there was only two people in front of me and it still took that long to check in. No one fallows the rules, teenagers are in toddler are and the staff doesn’t care to say anything.

It was very dirty with trash in the public areas. Confusing check in process compared to sky zone.

Its a fun place for all and a good exercise but when we went some of the activities were closed.

The main complaint that I have is that the manger does not respect the employees availibility. College students hours should been taken into consideration when their work schedules are made and should not be penalized for pursuing their education. The manager does not respect his employees.
