Awesome quiet community.....loved the place close to beach, has a pool and parks for the kids....our family loved it.

Best place to stay for a vacation. Ours was a beach Villa. Beach was visible from bedroom balcony, it was pleasant. 30 min from San Juan, if you have car its an ideal and cheaper place to stay. Chilling out in the evening on the beach was the best part.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, The villa was comfortable and the area was perfect however the amenities were too restricted and to many abandon properties but overall the place was good and friendly.

Place and location are amazing. We tried to enjoy a vacation week, but the employers were spoiling our mornings with so much noice. Installations, everyday blowers and landscaping works, paintings.. every single day. The pool had mold on the walls and kids pool’s water was always blurry, it even damaged my son’s cap because of the chlorine. The kids play area need some work.

Quiet and cozy apartments! Good security and pool facilities. The beach is not that close for swimming. Other than that everything went smooth!

Apparently the previous guests of the room I rented misbehaved so now they keep an eye on any guests that stay in T2 apartment. So for furture reference do not stay in T2 if you dont want the security on ya 24/7.The security guards made up a rule on the spot to get me out of the pool so he can hit on girl at the pool side. I was wearing a mono fin to make it look like a mermaid tail and he said I was not allowed to use it. The rules said no thing about pool toys.

Not only did the property delivered what was promised, the overall experience and view succeeded our expectations! Great retreat only a short distance away from San Juan. Will visit again.

The property and surrounding areas were visually pleasing and had convenient locations to everything that i needed. Always prompt with responses to everything that i needed.

Good accommodations, good service and nice pool. It was very close (walking distance) to two beaches. If your group is bigger than 5, contact the owner prior to arrival to make arrangements to get the necessary pool passes.

The property location was perfect, it was like a home away from home

The house was really nice but for a $75 cleaning fee we expected it to be cleaner. We arrived early and so he may have felt rushed to clean it but, there were things that had never been cleaned (mold in the shower curtain and crumbs and hairs in the futon couch). Miguel was very nice and he even picked us up in town since we didnt have a car. You should rent a car as there are no Ubers and hit-or-miss taxis in this area. Its at least a mile walk in and out of the community to the stores.We were very disappointed by the fact that the pool is closed on Mondays, our only full day there. This was nowhere in the description. Also, the bed in the master bedroom was extremely hard.
